Honest mechanics, very good work.

While I did not have an appointment and the shop seemed very busy, Mr. Hugo still offered walk in services and provided me with an adequate time to return to collect my vehicle. Mr. Hugo was very professional and thorough in his explanation of what my vehicle needed. Ochoas automotive and Mr. Hugo also did not over charge me for labor fee, which I greatly appreciate! I previously went to another shop in La Mesa where I was charged $155 for labor fee without my full consent and paid an exrobant fee. I will be returning to Ochoas automotive and I encourage anyone in the area to pay him a visit as he is candid in his vehicle recommendations and not condescending for a person like me who loves her jeep, but does not know much about vehicles. Thank you for the outstanding service!
