Everyone here is extremely helpful, kind, and patient. They gave me advice, diagnosed the issue, and talked through some addition solutions for other problems my car was having. I never felt talked down to or taken advantage of. I sent my sister her for help on her car and she also had a great experience.

Ive had my early 2000s Pilot worked on several times for various issues by Honest Honda and they never fail to disappoint. Their phone communication is thorough and they complete work in a timely manner. I once brought my vehicle in for an unknown starting issue, and they did their best to resolve the problem by ordering reasonably priced salvaged parts. Even when what they replaced what they thought was the cause of the problem, the issue persisted. They were indeed honest and let me know solving the issue was out of their capability, and did not charge me for their work that ended up being unnecessary. I highly recommend this shop to Honda owners!

Worst Experience! I set an appointment for Saturday May 5th 2017. I spoke to them the day before and was told to bring my car in Saturday morning. When I got there, the shop was closed! They never answered nor returned my call. I had to tow my car twice! One tow to Honest Honda, then another to a more professional establishment! Dont spend your money here! ZERO STARS

Ive been going to this shop for 6 years now and Ive only had positive experiences with the staff. They get my car fixed fast for reasonable prices. They have always been fair and honest with me. I drive 30 minutes each way to go to this shop as I know that I can trust their work.

I find the place was honest about their service. They fixed all the issues with our cars. I highly recommend using their place for car repairs. They are very friendly also.

This place is awesome, they are always busy which is good. They tend to you ASAP. They are always on the move working hard. They are straight with you. And the best part they check in with you to see how the car is doing after you leave!

After struggling with exhaustive and expensive car repairs I had decided it was better to do as many repairs on my own as possible. My uncle found Honest Honda and Toyota, and was so pleased with them that he brings all the family cars to them. In desperate need I followed his advice, and am so glad I did. They didnt charge me for reprogramming that didnt take due to a faulty part, even though they tried twice before having me come in for a more intensive diagnostic testing. They made recommendations and gave reasonable and complete answers to all of my questions. Everyone in the shop is knowledgeable and polite, kind and wonderful. Time estimates for the repairs were better than I had anticipated, and their prices are more than fair. I will definitely be using them for my car repair needs going forward!

EDITING MY COMMENT FROM 2 YRS AGO:Mike is the worst. DO NOT trust the guy. Junior has always made it clear that Honest Honda does not do transmissions. But here comes Mike telling my father that he can do his transmission and takes the car to a 3rd party unannounced to my father. Car did not work well after it was supposedly fixed. We had to return the car like twice and then the 3rd time took the car somewhere else. Mike was the WORST thing that happened to Honest Honda.My family and I have been coming here for at least a solid 5 years ( Im pretty sure even longer ) . I recommend Honest Honda because if your a loyal customer or even a first timer, they will always have your best interest. Theyre honest people with cheap prices.

Take me long enough to write this review down.I came in for a oil change when the guys underneath notice that my water pipe was broken. They told me that my car wouldent last ling untill it started over heating if i didnt tend to that issue right away.I was so fortunate to be their where thishonest people could instruct me as of what i could do next. I had mention i gotten a recall letter but wasnt sure about what i was, thank God and them that where able to help me (recall was for water pump).Thank you so much for all your help and hosnesty, elsewhere they wouldent have been so atentive and they would have tried to rip me off.Thanks for your great service and for your honesty Honest Honda.

I had a radiator replaced here a year and a half ago and it was the best price I could find in town. Just went back for a starter, problem with break lights, and a comcern with seatbelts and he came in under his quote on the starter and lights and didnt charge me for checking out the belts and cleaning the mechanisms. Fast turn around too. Solid guy.

My only spot to take both of my well-cared for Toyotas. I am tired of the thievery that car dealerships do just maintain my vehicles even something as simple as putting in a water pump. I have gone to Honest Honda and Toyota for 1.5 years now. Every time I go in for maintenance, Junior and Miguel are up front and honest with the cost of the repair including the price for a replacement part. They dont pressure you into their service but with those affordable and reasonable prices why could I not say yes to having them do it. I never worry about any surprises or hidden cost. If my Toyotas could speak, they prefer going to them for being seen. My Toyotas being mechanically healthy speaks alot for the care I owe them and having those mechanics by my side shows how much I love my Toyotas. Thank you guys!
