We have been with PDR since the beginning. 5 star then, not so much now. We employ 10 - 15 people now in the construction industry. Focus has definitely shifted from blue collar to white collar customers. We know we aren’t the biggest customers but lately if feels like they don’t have time for any questions and we are more of a hassle to work with than it is worth. Not even sure who out rep. is anymore.

They are hands on and always available for our payroll, HR, and insurance needs! The software they have created has really helped streamline our on-boarding process as well as help us manage our employees time clocks, time off request, birthdays, employee demographics, etc... and they don’t slow down they are constantly looking for ways to make improvements.They also handle our insurance for us and answer any questions our employees have as well as come into our office every month to onboard new employees into our insurance plans!
