Excellent cut! The salon across the way from them cost a lot more for a trim and I got better service and results here. The owner accommodated a scheduling error by prepping me herself until the switched out stylist was ready and giving me sample product to compensate for my time. See if Jess is available if youre getting a dramatic cut. Very happy with mine and shes great to work with. I recommend Brennas lash work; especially for other people with red hair. Best brow tint Ive ever had and shes nice.Im not in my element in a salon. Im slow to adopt change like new products and tools and dont like to do my hair. The ladies Gave me a lower maintenance cut and good hair-doing recommendations I can think over for daily life. Clean open atmosphere, friendly staff. Flexible with their error- helped me put my feet up and relax.

This was my first experience at this Salon. A beautiful, calming atmosphere! Jessica was my stylist and she was FABULOUS!! The color was okay not fantastic, not even close for the price. I went to this salon twice... 2 different ppl (the first girl left to a different salon before my second appointment) Both times I feel like I was severely overcharged! Each time I paid over $400 for basic color/highlights. I also didn’t want my hair cut.. and agreed to a tiny trim of my ends, after going back and forth .. and my stylist cut around 4” off my hair. I do feel that they make up pricing on the fly. The website says one thing, and it’s 5x the cost once you get there. Scheduling is very difficult with the online tool. Also the SJ salon is out of product often and so my stylist couldn’t find any of the products she wanted to use on my hair and had to use alternatives instead.. the stylists complained of the salon not being stocked with product and said the manager doesn’t want to restock product... so it’s a guessing game on what they are putting in your hair .. but you get charged $450 somehow? This salon is not worth it. Go here if you want to get taken advantage of and be semi satisfied with your hair

Emily King is hands down the best! She has been doing my hair for 8 years and no matter what style I change it to, she’s in the know and makes it better than I imagined. Whether it’s color, cut or extensions! Recently I also did permanent make up with her too! The only complaint? Why did I not do this sooner!! It looks so good, and I don’t have to do my make up anymore!

I had a great experience with Jessica, she did a bleach wash to lighten my blonde that a stylist elsewhere just couldn’t get right. Talented lady! And everyone, receptionist & another girl I had a consult with, were very helpful and welcoming. The receptionist even reached out via text at 9:00 pm after I had scheduled an appointment to clarify some things about pricing, which I really appreciated the heads up about.

Best Salon!I came in and got my hair done professionally after going to Paul Mitchell for the longest time. I had the pleasure of working with Star 💫 who was AMAZING. Not only did we laugh the entire time and she made my experience so comfortable, but my hair has never felt better! It was surprisingly inexpensive and I walked away knowing I’ll be coming back.

Got a balayage here. Payed around $200. Stylist didn’t do anything even close to what I wanted and showed her. Didn’t even know how to style my hair correctly. Once I got home and had a closer look at my hair I saw that half of my highlights were grey and the other half very brassy. I’ve never had a worse hair color in my life and I’ve also never paid so much for one. I’m sure most the stylists here are great because of all the amazing reviews but mine was just not very experienced I guess..

Emily does a wonderful job and has helped me find a short hairstyle I can easily keep, get lots of compliments on, and enjoy wearing. Shes fun and up beat and knows how to balance the perfect amount of conversation and TLC during the whole process of color, cut, and blow out!

Went in and got a hair color and cut. The girl was nice and all in all it took about three hours to do both my roots and hair. I was blonde with a dark, natural root and wanted an ash root and silver/purple hair. My hair was damaged when I came in from previous mistakes from another salon, but it had been about four months since anyone had touched it and I had used olaplex and no heat to repair it so it was mainly just the ends that werent looking so great. The girl said shed do her best and it may not look exactly like my example photo because it was damaged but I said that that was okay. It took longer than expected and I had to leave with wet hair, but it looked ok. When it dried I realized that the roots were a warm, almost red tone and the bottom was silver. I asked her to fix it because it was a $400 service and the hair looked bad. Warm roots - clear blonde band, and then silvery purple hair. She said it was because my hair was so damaged, but I went to another salon after she fixed it and it was not nearly as bad as she was making it out to be. I went back in and she put color on my roots and a bit more purple, but it washed out to the same red tone a week later in my roots. The purple/silver is expected to wash out, but not a dark ash color. For $400, I wouldve expected a lot better. I went to a different salon and got exactly what I asked for for half the price.Also - I was quoted at $200 when I explained exactly what I wanted and what my hairs condition was and left paying $340+ a tip. No word throughout the service of the price difference. She rang me up and walked away leaving the receptionist to deliver the blow.

My haircut experience with Hannah was top notch. She was very thorough, detail-oriented, asked a lot of questions to make sure my haircut turned out exactly how I wanted it to, and made no hesitation in going back and touching up different areas at the end. On top of all that, she was also so easygoing and a great conversationalist. She took a real interest in me personally and, most importantly, my hair turned out awesome! I love how it looks, and the price was very reasonable considering quality of the salon, services, and people. I will definitely be requesting her next time.

I have wanted to have my eyebrows and eyeliner done with permanent make-up for years. I have been full of trepidation and anxiety. After consulting with Emily (several times, I might add) she would talk me through the procedure and give me pros and cons. She was patient and kind. I felt badly because I had actually made appointments and then cancelled due to my concerns and nervousness. Finally, I decided to go through with it and had my eyebrows micro-bladed and my eyeliner put on. Even when I went in for the appointment, she could sense my hesitation. She never once pressured me or made me feel less than. I love her professionalism and want her to know that I would do this again and again. Hands down. Paige really took the time to listen to my concerns and hopes for my cut and color. She made me feel like I had no dumb questions and that I was going to leave feeling beautiful no matter what, even if that meant having to make changes after we had blow dried my hair out. ( which was not necessary because she did a fantastic job! ) Feeling happy and beautiful was how I left my apt!

This is my most favorite salon I have ever gone to! My stylist was Taylor, he is absolutely fantastic!!! He does exactly how you ask. And he does not get carried away with cutting. You tell him what you want and he does it perfectly. The salon is super nice and smells great. I was worried because of how fancy it was that it would be expensive but it’s actually pretty good!! I would recommend the salon to everyone !!!

Unprofessional. I made an appointment online for my little brother and I. Paige did my hair but she kept leaving to go talk to the receptionist up in the front. She chopped my hair so fast and didnt even go back to do touch up or see if everything looked good. It was my brothers turn to get his hair done with Paige, but she told him she couldnt color his hair...because there were no colors available?? I literally saw two women getting their hair colored across from me. She made my brother reschedule his appointment, and we left feeling so confused. She asked me during my haircut if I was in a rush or had anywhere to go. It was a weird question, but I told her that I was in no rush. Now I know why she asked, because I think she wanted to go home fast and didnt want to color my brothers hair. I felt bad for my brother because he came out here from west Jordan, and was left with nothing done. He was visibly upset. Wasted our time. We made an appointment, why couldnt they honor that or call me to ask for more details or cancel if she couldnt do it.

Omg Hannah was amazing!! She did my hair perfectly- she understood what I wanted more than I did I think. Ive never felt this confident after a hair cut before. Also most of the time, stylists dont talk to me but I loved talking and getting to know Hannah. I avoid haircuts because it feels like a long chore but it went by super fast even though she did something pretty intricate. The salon was so pretty too and I loved the massage chairs!

Morgan did my hair. Nice girl but did not listen to my initial comments. I told her I hated reddish tones and wanted a replica of what Anne Marie had done. She assured me she had the formulas in her system. But my hair looks nothing like it did. I had bright blondes with an ashy brown underneath and now my hair has no blondes - just brown tones and reddish/coppery highlights. I paid over $300 and am very disappointed

Oh my goodness! It’s been almost a month since I went to see Lauren for a haircut and color and let me tell you...she is amazing! My hair still feels smooth, silky and shines beautifully. Taylynn was wonderful! I started feeling really hot during the appointment and need to take breaks to go outside and cool down. She was phenomenal and let me have time to do that with no complaints! Even went out of her way to get me a snack to help. She also did a fantastic job with my hair! We almost achieved the blonde I’m wanting, but ultimately don’t want to kill my hair. Rachelle is so amazing at lashes! I love that she can customize the lashes to your eye shape and style. She has different lengths and curls and can make them look exactly how you want. I love that my lashes complement my eyes and they don’t just look like a fan of lashes. And she is super cute and nice. I love coming in for my lash fills. Rachelle is the best!!!

Well to say the least, I am disappointed. My friends hair is severely dried out due to bleach being left on her hair too long. The gentlemen that did it needs to go back to school. Her hair is falling out due to this. It’s quite disappointing and severely frustrating.
