First time here and it is a nice place. They have the biggest nail color and dip selection Ive ever seen! Lin did a great job with my manicure and was very speedy and efficient, just like I like. The vibe was friendly and casual- the technicians seemed to be friends and happy to be here vs other places where there is a more stressed out vibe. It was very busy while I was there but they still fit me in. She said mornings are slower. I will come again.

My nails weren’t shaped and look like they already are 2 weeks grown out after a fresh set. The guy who did my nails seemed like he didn’t want to be there and did a terrible job. I’m really bummed out. :(

They were amazing. It was the best pedicure I have ever had. We went there while on a girls trip and had a wonderful experience. They were very thorough and efficient. Alex was hilarious.

So grateful for K&W, I got my nails done at another place and they did an awful job so I came to K&W and the difference was unreal. My nails look fantastic and the staff was so kind. This will definitely be my go to place now. The before and after photos say it all.

I decided to treat my daughter in law and I to a pedicure after two days of a tiring move. I made a prior appointment and I’ve been to the spa before. I would say normally a pedicure takes about 45 minutes and I definitely look forward to relaxing and soaking my feet in the water and my favorite is getting the leg massage! We got there and were immediately seated my feet soaked for two minutes before she got going. My disappointment was first I paid extra for the wax treatment but the entire pedicure lasted 25 minutes. To my dismay no relaxing foot soak or calf massage. The massage was over in two minutes and she was distracted and barely tickling my legs. I’ve had the wax treatment before at other spas and usually your feet soak it in for a minimum of 10 minutes nope I got a good four minute wax treatment and my feet feel no different. After she was done I looked down at the paint job and it looks like she just put one coat of paint on and didn’t even cover my entire nail on multiple nails. It was bumpy and smudged and looked horrible. She put my shoes on and left. The girl next to me was there before I came and her treatment lasted a good 10 minutes after mine was done. My treatment was by an elderly lady but I did not get her name, I should have. At least my daughter-in-law had a good experience. Such a disappointment!!!

This is my first time, they are very clean. They did a wonderful job, I wasnt sure what to expect, and communication was very limited. They really need to work on communicating with new customers. I didnt know what my options were and what the difference is between services. I just got the basic, gel nails and toes. They did do a really good job, and I am happy with them. I guess it is a learning experience.

I went with a friend. The woman who performed my friends pedi did an excellent job, took her time, really made my friends feel look and feel perfect. The woman who did mine had me finished in 20 minutes, barely scrubbed my feet at all. Ripped my toes apart -as in bleeding and still sore a few days later- cut my nails too short and uneven. My four year old niece does a better job with paint. There was top coat and polish all over my toes and I walked out in pain. So disappointing. Won’t return to this place an I suggest you don’t chance it - unless you are able to request the right person. The facility was also not very clean. One of my toes is becoming infected.

I have been going to KW nails for over a year now. I have other nail salons near where I live but I make the 15 minute drive to specifically go to their salon. They are so nice & friendly. Lynn is amazing & always does such a professional job on my nails. I have been satisfied every single time. I refer all of my friends & family here because they’re so amazing! I would definitely recommend going to KW nails!

I got a pedicure and i felt like she rushed through the job. She didnt fully clean up around my toes ans its very textured around the edges. My issue is that after getting my pedicure i was supposed to get a full set instead they tried to skip me in line after I already waited 45 minutes. Than told me that i needed to wait an additional hour to get a different nail tech because the person i waiting for apparently didnt know how to do long acrylics….. its the same exact process as a shorter nail. They dont value your time or money and when i said i didnt have the time to wait no one cared to try and keep me. Its so busy that the customer experience is left wanting for more. This establishment genuinely sees you as nothing more than a number. I will gladly take my money to someone else who wants it.

I have been going to this nail salon for over 4 years and I have never been disappointed! It is very clean, the technicians are all extremely friendly and always have a smile on their faces. Very personable people, they have always made me feel welcomed and appreciated. When my family came here from Nebraska, I took them there and my cousin wished they would move to where she is. They listen to what I want, and I am really picky about my nails, but I have always walked out of there happy with the way they look. They are all fantastic and I would absolutely recommend to anyone.

ASK FOR TIFFANYYALL! This place is the real deal! Tiffany was probably the fastest person Ive ever had in any salon ever and managed to do so without sacrificing quality. I told her I wanted gold and sparkly for the holidays and she recommended a gold for me based on my skin tone. What? Ive never had a nail artist pay attention to that! And she nailed it (pun intended) cause Im in love with this look. The other workers were also so kind. Just generally such a positive experience that made this southern gal feel that driving through the snow was worth it.

Is nice that they are open on Sundays...I dont know why so many nail joints arent, because they were packed.Despite being so busy, they were quite efficient and no one waited very long.The employees were friendly and the prices were on par with what youd expect.

Would NOT recommend this nail salon. They were so rude. The first girl helping me was nice then they switched me to a guy. He was so rough, basically throwing my hands around and being very rough. I requested a design. He was so rude and dismissive and of course I felt as if he was talking to his com workers about me. Until recently I have loved KW Nails. I came here almost every month during my pregnancy with twins for a relaxing pedicure and felt they did a good job, especially when new ownership took over. My husband gifted me with a certificate for a mani/pedi for Mother Day that I was so excited to redeem after not treating myself for over 3 months. During that time my car was broken into, wallet stolen and along with it my certificate. After several attempts trying to contact the salon to see if there was anything they would do to honor my credit, my efforts have been in vain. I realize it is not their problem, but it leaves me wondering what ever happened to exceptional customer service?! I have come here faithfully for almost 9 consecutive months, I have brought friends and family with me, providing them with a fair clientele within that time. You would think they would want to go the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction. Im sad to say I will not be returning to KW nails as I do not appreciate the manner in which this service opportunity has been neglected. - In response to your reply; I respect that it is my responsibility once in my possession. That being said, a phone call to follow up would have been appreciated. I physically came into the salon and was told I would receive a call from the owner that day, which never happened. I also offered to show a bank statement showing proof of purchase. Lastly the gift certificate had been nothing more than a business card with the receipt stapled to it and signed by the owner; which now I question if they would have honored when I came to redeem it. Simply stated Im disappointed in the care received throughout this experience.

I’ve been here many many times and never had a bad experience. However, I took my mom in for a birthday pedicure and I’m just appalled at the treatment and quality of service she received. We both asked for the same pedicure, but they did not do half of the treatments on my mom. She kept saying that her technician (Kevin) didn’t do certain things and they just ignored her or said her feet were not as dry as mine. She went in the next morning to get her heels fixed and they said she would have to pay more money to fix their mistake. They told her they would check their video cameras and then proceeded to make her feel like a criminal as they examined the video right in front of her! I’m just shocked at this treatment. No respect or kindness has been shown at all. They’ve lost our business forever and it’s sad that they consider this acceptable behavior.

Im a nail technician creating a review for the countless clients I keep receiving from this place, calling in for help or immediately changing due to bad experiences. Ive heard horror stories, an example is a lady here apparently tried to remove one of my clients nails with a razor blade. Ive heard they have new staff and that its become less of a positive experience for people since. Im not surprised that another chop shop is another chop shop, but cmon. Lazy, unsafe and unprofessional.UPDATE: What kind of business responds to their reviews like this? Oh my gosh, thanks for proving my point. I’m sad to have to share this but I had a horrible experience. This was the first time I went to this salon and and they were able to get me right away which was nice. They person who did the pedicure did an okay job. A few hours after I got home I noticed a sore on the side of my leg, the next day it was bigger raised red with a bigger red ring around it. I went to the doctor and it was a staff infection. Thank goodness I was able to get on medication quickly because it was growing fast. I am two weeks out of my pedicure and still treating the staff infection although it is getting better each day. I will never return and I am hesitant to ever get a pedicure again.

I made an appointment for a pedicure with my best friend. We arrived on time but they were completely full. We literally sat with our feet soaking for 45 minutes! Then they didn’t ask if we wanted to upgrade our service (which we usually do) then they did a horrible job scrubbing and massaging. Out of the hour we were there I sat soaking my feet than actually getting the service! I could’ve done that at home.

I have been coming here for awhile because they generally do a wonderful job. However, this past time that I visited, I was less than impressed. My technician seemed to be in such a hurry to finish with me (I was in and out in 30 minutes) and I was left with nails that I am not please with. Instead of putting the cuticle serum on at the end, the technician put top coat on. You can see it on my skin as well as half way down on the nail. I will continue to go here despite this visit, because this is the first time I have been left unhappy with my nails.

Great quality + people. The reason I only gave 4 stars is because I had 2 nails break off when I was just brushing my hair. Both times they were very nice to fix them for free!! I even showed up an hour early (I heard the apt time wrong) and they were so kind to get me back very fast even tho I was in the wrong, very nice people!

The techs at this place are very talented. I have only had one incident where the work was sub par wand I have gone here for years. Why I rate so low is because they overbook everytime I have gone in. I have an appointment, and I am still waiting for 30-60 minutes. They also can be very pushy with selecting colors even if you come in early to select colors. Weekends are an absolute mad house. Tech are so talented and wonderful, but overbooked.

I was a walk in and they were very busy but still took me in and they were very nice to me, I got acrylics from Ivy and she didn’t hurt me at all, she was thorough and they are PERFECT.

I have trouble with my feet. Even though I had not taken good care of me, Janice at KW Nails did! She took an hour painstakingly helping my feet and getting rid of my Callouses. Its awesome to be able to walk without pain agan!

I got recommended here, I made an appointment. Honestly, the lady cut every single one of my fingers and the shape and quality is just horrible. I was bleeding the entire time and she continued to do it. Extremely disappointed. My hands are cut up and swollen and the shape is just terrible in general. Save your money.

I took my friend in for her 30th birthday and it was a bit of a bummer. You could tell they had over scheduled. So we were in out within 10 minutes. None of the services were really done thorough because they were so rushed. I had to even ask the lady if she minded filing my nails. Even the polish job looks as though it’s been rushed. It’s been like this the last couple of times I’ve come. This will probably be my last trip there ☹️

I had never been here before, but I wanted a really intricate set of acrylics. I googled best nail salons in Utah, and this place popped up So I thought I would give it a try. And it is indeed the best nail salon in Utah! They did an amazing job on my very difficult intricate set of acrylics.

They were very busy, but they moved quickly we only had to wait a few minutes. My daughter got her first mani and she loved it. Only charged me $5 (+tip obv) for painting her little 6 year old nails. I will definitely bring her back! Next time I will get mine done too, and update my review accordingly

Tiffany did a fantastic job. I wasnt really sure what I wanted so she gave me some suggestions based off of a vague idea that I wanted something simple. She suggested shapes that would look best on me to help elongate my stubby fingers. She was very skilled and was done so much faster than I thought!

This business is very awful. They dont treat customers well and if you read the reviews youll see that customers arent treated right. Weve been here before and it was such a disappointment. One of the employees was rushing the work and put pressure to do it fast and then immediately went outside to take a smoke break. Very poor quality. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.

Kathy is amazing! I get dip powder nails and gel pedicures. She is fast and a perfectionist. They have a wide variety in colors too! I did have to go through a few nail techs to find her as they have new owners and had a high turnover. I hope they keep her!

I’ve been coming to this salon for almost a year and have been so impressed every time! Everyone there is so great but I request Lynn every time because she is simply amazing!! She takes her time and always makes sure I’m happy with the way my nails look before she gets started on the next step. Im sad to leave this one star review because I used to love this salon and recommended it to all my friends. But I recently got a gel manicure here and when it chipped 3 days later I called about their 5 day guarantee. Since I was going out of town that day and was headed to the airport directly after work I didnt have time to come in and get it fixed so I asked if I could get a refund instead - I even texted them a picture of my nail and my receipt with the date of service. They said no, even after I explained my situation, and they referred me to the manager, David, who I called and explained the situation to again. He was surprisingly unfriendly (hes usually very nice but now Im wondering how sincere that has been) and told me he was busy running a different business (?) but said he would call the salon for me and get it worked out. Long story short, after calling the salon multiple times and being told that David never called, that they called him but he didnt answer, etc. I finally decided just to leave work (!) and drive up to Lehi and get it fixed. They assured me that if I came in they could get me in immediately, but when I got there EVERY nail table was full and I had to wait.In the end I got my nail fixed, but I will never go back, and I will never recommend it to others. They have traded volume for quality, and it shows.Tip for the owners: instead of trying to pack in as many customers as possible and rushing through services using cheap products and sloppy techniques, just raise your prices and keep your quality high. You will still have more business than you can handle. Just not from me or any of my friends. To anyone who wants VERY high quality nail services, I would suggest Lacquered Loft in Orem. My friend and I came to k.w. nails today and so happy we did! BEST pedicure and manicure hands down. Extremely nice staff and very clean. All their products come out of new sealed bags, pumice stones and brand new and not reused. Definatly reccomend. I could never see them getting a 1 star review

I was not impressed at all!!! We asked for manicures and they only painted our nails and overcharged us! When we told them we scheduled manicures and they kind of just looked away. We had appointments and they got in people that came in after us. (Way overbooked!) The pedicures were short and not worth the money. Really bad experience!

We enjoyed the experience and the toes turned out beautiful, however don’t get duped into paying an extra 14 bucks for gel! I asked for a basic pedi ( 28 bucks) and ended up paying 45 bucks!! Won’t be going back. Too bad they were not clear about pricing.

Appointments don’t mean anything. Had an appt. for 5 people...when we walkedIn there were 8 people waiting and another 5 people were being helped. After 45 minutes of waiting (past our appt. time), there were still 5 people ahead of us who had not been helped...we left and all they said were “we’re sorry”. Not sure why it is so hard to honor your appointments and not to overbook.

I was recommended the salon by a friend. I came with my daughter-in-law to get her nails done before going on a trip. When we came in, with our reservation already set, they asked us if we were getting manicure or a pedicure. I confirmed that we were only getting manicures. To me, a manicure means that you get your hands washed, fingernails file if needed, cuticles pushback, maybe even a small massage in the hands. The girl that took me back, asked me if I wanna gel or dip, I asked for the dip. Then they took me back to a seat which was two rolls away from my daughter-in-law. I guess I was expecting to sit next to her. My hands were not cleaned, the tools were used previously, she didn’t even ask me to wash my hands. I also did not get a manicure that I was expecting. The technician that did my nails also dug her fingernails into my fingers, which was very uncomfortable. Cause I asked her not to take any length off my nails and just to shape them. All in all, I did not like this experience, my nails are shorter than I expected, and I didn’t feel like it was a very clean experience.

Dont bother making an appointment, they wont honor it. First time I went I waited 30 minutes after my appointment time. It was near Christmas so I assumed it was so busy and disorganized because of that. They did a decent job and this place is close to my house so I tried it again. Had a 2 pm appointment today, waited 15 minutes and decided to leave because it was clear I wouldnt be helped anytime soon given the 6 other people waiting. Horrible!

I called and asked ahead if they were busy. They said no. I got there and waited 30 minutes. Purchased a normal manicure and it only took 10 minutes and my paint was uneven.

I asked for almond black matte nails and they gave me oval shiny nails, they looked like they had been grown out and they were very crooked. Very nice people but the nails themselves were not very good

Pedicure: Very pretty nails the trip went very fast and my water was cold but they did a great job and the massage chairs are my favorite!

This place is not good, the guy with blonde hair did my nails and he didn’t do a good job. First, he didn’t remove my fell off all the way and there was still some on my nail. Second, when he was removing my gel polish he kept getting my skin and when that happens it HURTS. Third, he kept using his nail to push down my skin and he made me bleed.

I have been a customer here for 6+ months. I get my nails done twice monthy and my pedicure once monthly. I am always on time and have never missed my appointment. They are under new management at the store. Not only do they not know who I am. They made a mistake of forgetting my scheduled appointment and then not following up with me to tell me my scheduled girl wasnt working. So when I showed up I was disappointed, knowing I wouldnt be getting the same quality and design because ill have to get my nails done by another. They didnt seem to care that I was disappointed. Then after choosing someone else they couldnt find the nail color I had used 2 weeks ago for the same design. And when I didnt know what other color would match. The woman stated I could go and not get my design. So I would have left with my nails not completed. Absolutely unexceptable. So I quickly chose something else close so I wouldnt be left walking out with unfinished nails. How can that be a solution or customer service? I sat there crying while my nails got finished. I was so embarrassed and disappointed. And they didnt say anything. I always scheduled my next 2 week appointment but they didnt ask and i didnt schedule. You just lost a consistent customer.

I chose a pale pink color and ended up with clear nails where you can see the SNS powder through them. They are badly shaped and just messy looking.

Clean, friendly, quality, and paint options. This place hits all my wants and then some. I’ve been here probably 5 times now for just pedicures. They have tons of massage chairs to accommodate a larger party. We had 6 of us in there tonight and there was still room for more! My favorite part about this place is it’s respect for sanitation procedures. They line the tubs with disposable liners to keep from catching someone else’s funk and always use freshly sanitized tools. I’ve had all the pedi options, classic is my favorite. Shellac is $14 more. I’ll post a pic of the pedi price menu and what it includes. The massage chairs are really good. And I love zoning out to whatever they have on the TV. Most times I come with headphones and relax to tunes. It’s really a peaceful experience.

I called and made an appointment and they were awesome on the phone professional when I arrived. When I got there, I got Rosy, who was AMAZING. Again, AMAZING. She took her time, answered my questions and was thorough. It was not a quick nail place to get to the next person. She genuinely cared about my experience and the outcome. Me and my sister came to this place to get a full set of acrylics each. They didn’t have many open spots but they got us in! They were very friendly and they did an AMAZING job. The nails look amazing. The environment was calming and comfortable. We loved it. We will definitely be returning. I think I found my new nail salon!!! So excited.

Every time I come to KW Nails, I know Im going to get detail-oriented and thorough service. I often get acrylic-based manicures will gel on the top. Their pedicures are great! They spend time on cuticles and always give a good leg/foot massage. If you upgrade, you can get a hot stone leg massage, which is lovely as well.

This place was pretty cool I really enjoyed getting my nails done here very fast and courteous customer service. The owner was very nice polite and was able to get all my needs met in a timely matter. I really enjoy my nails they have lasted over 2 1/2 weeks without needing a filling. I came back the next day to get my eyebrows done boy did they look really good. I would highly recommend this place.

Really disappointed in this place, after coming for over a year. I started coming here based on the good reviews. I made an appt for a gel manicure and pedicure ($80), and got a 22 minute pedicure from start to finish. No soak, no callus remover, went straight from clipping to polish, and a massage on my left leg only. I tried to speak with the owner as I left and as they asked for payment, I was told they would “view the cameras and call me back.”They have lost a lot of their good staff, and apparently are indifferent to taking care of the customers that do come in and pay for services. I’m pretty bummed!....and still haven’t heard back.

KW nails is fantastic!! I moved here a few months ago from out of state and have been searching for a new nail place which is not easy to find. I have tried 4 other places locally in the recent months of which have all been very disappointing for various reasons...until I found KW nails. Lily literally did a perfect job on my nails and was very caring for my satisfaction of her work on them. The people in the salon were all very nice and helpful and Lily took her time and made sure I was happy with everything she was doing along the way. The atmosphere and music playing were very relaxing. I have finally found my favorite nail salon in Utah and plan to be going here for years to come!!!! Thank you so much Lily!!

I had been trying to find a nail salon I love for so long, and a year ago found KW nails!! I have never had a bad experience and I recommend it to everyone! I always make an appointment with Lynn. I have NEVER left unsatisfied. She is so talented and just the sweetest person ever! She is an expert at acrylic, dip, and pedicures etc.! She is extremely efficient. I am really particular about my nails.. I’m such a perfectionist! She has always done exactly what I want! Getting my nails done used to be such a chore, but now it’s something I really look forward to!

I went here because the place I normally go to is closed on Sunday. I went in for a fill and at first, I was happy. But a week after I got them done a nail broke. So I went to have it repaired and they got me in within a half hour. Great! 3 days after that, 2 nails broke. I have been getting my nails done every 3 weeks for the last 6 years. If any nails break between fills it would be 1, not 3! And that is even 2 1/2 weeks after I get them filled! I hate to say it because they seemed really professional and had a ton of polish colors, but I will not be returning.

I had a wonderful first experience! I at the very last minute changed my mind from gel to acrylic nails. They were so nice & very willing to help work around my last minute change. They very politely let me know to make sure I let them know next time before the last minute. The atmosphere was so welcoming & relaxing. I will be returning :)

ASK FOR TIFFANY! Tiffany has been doing my nails for a year now and Ive never been disappointed. If you are looking for someone who is fun to talk with, has a keen eye for detail, in a relaxing and friendly environment, then I highly recommend Tiffany. I always make an appointment in advance to ensure I get Tiffany. Shes excellent with classic nails or something fun for special occasions. The salon is clean, modern and the massage chairs are first class.

I have been getting my nails done at KW for over a year now. Tiffany does the dip on my nails on a regular basis and I love the way she does them. She shapes my nails just how i like. Lily, the owner is always professional and always makes the visit enjoyable. I love the facility as well.Cleanliness is of top most importance and KW is the cleanest salon I have been to!

I’ve been here a bunch of times before and they have done a great job with a dip manicure. But today I went and the nail tech cut my nail too short — so short that it hurt. I told them and they didn’t do anything about it, which is fine. Then I got a text message asking for a review, so I gave them the sad face. I got a text back telling me to call them so that they can fix it. When I called back, I talked to someone who was so helpful. Then some woman, maybe the manager, got on the phone and proceeded to argue with me and tell me that “never in her 10 years has she had someone call to complain about this problem” and basically just argue with me about the fact that I called. The only reason I called is because their text message told me to call them. What??? She then told me to come in so that she could give me $10 and take my business elsewhere. Take your business elsewhere.

Always excellent service and premium results. I will never go anywhere else to have my nails done and I am a very picky customer!! My autistic daughter had her nails painted and she felt so comfortable with the nail tech, now she is always asking me if its time to get our nails done! 😊💕

A friend referred me to Lily because her nails always look so great. I loved it! In fact, 4 other family members and myself have all switched over to this salon because she has done such an amazing job. Great attention to detail and wants to do everything to make you happy!

Lovely atmosphere, with soothing music ask for Betty she gave me my manicure and was absolutely wonderfull.

They did a very detailed and beautiful job on my toes! Very nice and new on the inside. They did such a good job and a beautiful unseen before design on my toes. I’ll definitely go back. I also love how many options they have with designs and colors!!

Lily is amazing!!!! I love the way she did my acrylics and she actually took her time to make sure they were perfect for me. I get when people are busy wanting to do a quick service, but I love that she took her time and really made me feel like she cared to make sure I was super happy with my nails!
