Dr. Gordon (and his staff) were seriously the best ever!! He was very very thorough and took a lot of time with me to answer questions and concerns. He genuinely seemed interested in my experiences with TMJ and wanted to help as much as he could. He was polite, pleasant, and understanding. I’d highly recommend him and his office!

We love everything about Gordon Family Dental. They get our family’s teeth cleaned very fast and efficiently. Their dental work is beautiful. The hygienists are so kind and professional. The ladies up front are always one step ahead with their precise organization of appointments and dealing with insurance. Our kids love it here too! I hate writing this review but I had a long string of bad luck with this office. the people and the dentist are so so nice but the bad dental work I had here has cost me thousands and a whole lot of pain. In all fairness it wasn’t dr Gordon that had made the mistakes, it was the dentist he employed there, dr call. I didn’t have a single dental issue when I went in other than a gap in my teeth that was bothering me and all he had to do was fill it. I remember him drilling on the lower and the drill resting on my top tooth as well. I also remember thinking it was weird there wasn’t any water while he was drilling but chalked it up to my paranoia. After that visit I had severe pain for a month but due to it being holidays they could get in to help me. I went to another dr to find out I needed two root canals and crowns which was a direct result of the tool getting too hot and burning my roots (since he didn’t use water). So I came in without problems and left with two major, expensive issues. The dentist also ignored my concerns about my pain and put a new crown on just to be told later I needed the root canal and would have to put a hole through the brand new crown. The dr tried to make good on this by making me a new crown but problem is he used his own machine to save money instead of replacing the better quality one I had mad in the lab. It’s a poor fit and leaves gaps between the tooth and gums which will cause me problems later and also shreds my floss. Even though this crown had poor contact the dentist didn’t say anything and called it good. Anyway just a whole lot of bad practice here. I personally would find a better doctor. I see a new one now who is a perfectionist and an amazing dentist recommended to me by the dr I used to work for.

I had an appointment today to see Dr. Gordon. I have been skeptical when it comes to dentists that overprescribe to make a little more money. This isnt my experience with Dr. Gordon. Not only does he have a great bed-side manner, but I think he is very fair and cares about his patients and staff. He is a very kind person and happens to be a great dentist as well.

Dr. Gordon is a fantastic dentist! After a week of bad dental luck, I was so grateful to have all my issues taken care of. The entire team are great listeners, and they so their best to find the best outcome. I appreciate how they explained options and steps in the process clearly.

Just had my teeth cleaned here and had a very enjoyable experience. Erin was my dental hygienist and she was SO SWEET. They really care about you there and really take the time to get to know you. Highly recommend 👍

Everyone at the office was very friendly. Tera was the best dental hygienist and let me talk her ear off. Also I appreciated her giving my teeth sensitivities a priority. She applied a little sensitive tooth paste before and then I had a pain free teeth cleaning which hasn’t happened in years.

I’ve been going to Gordon Family Dental since they first opened and couldn’t ask for a better dentist. Dr Gordon is always so nice and genuinely cares about your well being. Dr Hill is also the perfect addition to this office, he is just as wonderful as Dr Gordon and his work with my daughter’s teeth has been great, especially because she tends to be more on the anxious side. Everyone you encounter at this office is so wonderful! Keep up the great work!

The dentist has always been my favorite place to go, but I have never met a more client oriented staff in my whole life! I met with Chloe, I believe a hygienist, and she was very informative on things as she went. She also knows how to make you feel at home; great conversationalist where needed. Very sweet girl! I then met with Dr. Hill (I believe it was Hill, because it wasn’t Gordon so I hope I remembered that right). Very kind and gentle! He had a welcoming body posture and was very attentive to what I asked him about. Very honest dentist, too! Not pushy to make you get things done if they aren’t needed. Everyone I interacted with down to their receptionist left me with a pleasant start to my day. I loved it!

I like this office, a lot. Their biggest issue is that I’ve experienced 30+ minute wait times for appointments other than cleaning on two occasions. The office staff are friendly and professional, the dentists are both patient, skilled, and seem to keep up with the latest advances while also respecting my traditional views and not pushing fluoride, or treatments I don’t want. It does take some time to get appointments scheduled as they are booked out quite a bit but they do honor a waitlist and will call you if you want to be notified of cancellations.

I drive past dozens of dental offices on my way to Gordon Family. I even once tried changing to an office closer to home, but it wasnt worth it. Dr. Gordon is thorough, attentive, and straight forward about treatment options and costs. He has some of the best hygienists Ive ever experienced. You will get great treatments here.

I worked as a dental assistant for Doctor Gordon for nine months, and currently am in a bachelors program for Dental Hygiene school.The longer I’m in school the more I realize how incredible Gordon Family Dental is. Dr Gordon consistently stayed updated with the newest technology to deliver the best care to his patients. He remembers his patients names, he is always concerned about the whole story, and does everything in his power to accurately diagnose and treat his patients oral health concerns. Along with that he always tried to make care as affordable as possible. He is unbelievably kind to every patient and employee, despite what he might receive in return, and he is constantly training and teaching his staff.In comparison to what I hear from classmates about their work experience in dental offices, Gordon Family Dental almost seemed divine- both as an employee, and patient. Wow. What a dentist. Ive worked in the Dental field in the past, and have, at times, bounced between dentists because I couldnt find a doctor or hygienist that was anywhere near as great as is Dr. Gordon. Truly, if you want a dentist that is actually going to care about you and your teeth, will sit down next to you and talk through your issues, will treat you with respect and dignity, then Dr. Gordon is your man. Honestly, without reservation, hes one of the most incredible doctors Ive ever had the pleasure of working with. I just cant say enough as to his excellence of character and professional work.

I, along with my two children, have enjoyed coming to Gordon Family Dental for the past three years. Dr. Gordon is great with both kids and adults. My husband and I have recently transferred our dentist to Dr. Gordon. My brother had said he was great and he was! It was nice to be treated as an adult. He also showed us where cavities are and took closer pictures so we could see exactly what was happening. He answered all my questions and even gave me a full tube of sensitive toothpaste (not the mini sample). I would highly recommend him.

Gordon Family Dental was professional and friendly from the moment I walked in the door with my 5 year old and 3 year old daughters for the first time. My daughters never let our previous dentist get near their mouths. Our hygienist, Taelor, was so patient and let them touch the tools before asking them if she could count their teeth, tickle their teeth, or squirt their teeth with the squirt gun. She compared the polishing toothpaste to candy and let them smell it before convincing them to let her clean their teeth. Dr. Hill was friendly and kind and never made us feel like he needed to rush out of the room during our exams. The atmosphere was relaxing which, even as an adult, I have never before felt at a dentist office. We will be back every 6 months for sure!

I had a great experience here. I got in and out very quick, and staff was very professional. We did some x-rays to review a bump on my gums, and addressed some fillings another dentist had performed poorly, so that I can get floss between my affected teeth again. The office is pleasant, and I have total confidence in returning here in the future.

Ive been a patient of Dr. Gordons for nearly 8 years, and I love the experience there. I have needed more than my share of crowns in that amount of time, BUT GET THIS...He has his own 3-D printer for making crowns! With other dentists, if you need a crown, you leave with a temporary one while they send out to some dental lab in a 3rd world country (OK, I made that part up) to have the crown made. I asked Dr. Gordon if he could make action figures with his 3-D printer, but, alas, no can do.

At my first visit I was incredibly frustrated that I sat in the waiting room 45 minutes past my appointment time. When Dr. Gordon found out he was incredibly apologetic and his staff all worked hard to getting me out quickly. He promised to fix the problem and I noticed that the appointments after mine were told of the delay. It sucked to wait, but I was definitely impressed by their response and I found the Dental Hygienist to be extremely professional and experienced which I really appreciated. I will be coming back.

My dentist told me I needed a crown. I was like, I know, right? I love that David Gordon has a crown-making machine in the office so that when I needed a crown last year it was all done in one visit. All the staff act happy to see me and they act happy to be there. David Gordon is very personable and is careful with my dental work. All around a great dentist office with quality work!

He is also very positive and never makes me or my kids feel guilty when cavities happen. He just explains possible treatment plans and lets us decide how or when we want to fix them. I have been seeing the same dentist since i was 5 ( 22 years) I found Dr gordon for my husband and was hesitant to switch dentists but am so glad I did. Not only is he very friendly and approachable, he takes the time to get to know you and your family. He is so good with both of my kids and remembers things about your life. And is very thorough and very knowledgeable. And his staff is so great too and again works great with kids. I would hands down recommend him to anyone and everyone i know.

I have only had great experiences here! The last time I went I had to take my two children (ages 5 and 2) by myself. While I had my teeth cleaned, they also had their teeth cleaned and were fine the whole time! The dental assistants took great care of them and made the experience fun!

Dr Gordon is fabulous and his staff is so friendly. I went in for a cleaning and the hygienist was so very nice. Then afterwards, when I spent time with the doctor, he is honest and upfront about my care. I have some older dental work that is on the verge of needing to be replaced and rather than pushing me to get it all done right away, he gives me the positives and negatives and lets me make the decision without any pressure. I really appreciate the way he does business.

They might be really nice here, but everything is about the upsell at this place. Just get a 2nd opinion before they sit down with you about all the things you need to do out of pocket. Borderline preying on uninformed consumers. We’ve had 4 dentists in 6 years due to moves/jobs and never had thousands of dollars thrown in our face, especially about extra sedation charges. Bogus, we have great insurance, too. We’ll be taking the kids for a 2nd opinion for sure. Be wary of what you commit to behind their friendly balance sheet.

He has up to date equipment. What I love the most is that we dont feel like a number, but they make us feel like people. They answer all our questions.

Just brought my whole family to Dr Gordons office this past month. They are so detailed oriented with our mouths and us! Just him looking to find my sons name as he was with me during my appointment so he could talk to him shows how much he cares. Rebecca cleaned my teeth and did such a immaculate job I want to use her every time! They are up to date with all new equipment. Did a full 3d scan on my head to check not only my teeth but anything else. He also which I appreciate does not see any spot and try to fill it just to get my money. I am so glad we found Gordon Family Dental and hope you go give him a try too!

My first experience here my out of town dentist diagnosed a cavity and Gordon Family Dental filled it. A simple and pleasant appointment.I then came 6 months later for a normal checkup. I was extremely disappointed with my entire experience. The first 45 minutes of my appt was taken up in the hygenist trying to convince me to choose SRP, which would be an extra hundred dollars and 2-3 more follow-up appointments. She claimed that my gums were past gingivitus (have never experienced pain in my gums) and that this would be essential. By the time I opted out of this deep cleaning, she hardly cleaned my teeth (which is what Id come for in the first place). I was also disappointed that Dr Hill did not spend much time examining my tooth health, but only looked at an x-ray and recommended an elective filling (I already have enough problems with my teeth, I dont have time/money to opt for elective procedures).Overall, Im disappointed in my overall experience, and felt like I was taken advantage of as a new patient.

If anyone has experienced my rant about the fear of going to a dentist,.. you should know that I make appointments, months in advance, only to cancel a week prior, because of past experiences with Dentists. But I think my life patterns are changing.. because I finally have arrived ! ! ! I need not worry any longer, and neither should you !Dr. Gordon and his staff thoroughly look into the loaded paperwork and do their best to remember and apply the things listed necessary to give the best care ever !I am no stranger to crowns or root canals.. and for the first time ever.. I was able to have Dr. Gordon and his staff fit me for a crown, and have it made while I was still in their office for other dental work.. not only was it placed the same day.. I have never had one fit so naturally..I feel completely blessed to have found his office and his care.. If you ever question my experience.. reach out.. I invite you to. He is awesome.I am worried about saying too much, because he will get so booked that we will need to clone him ! ! ! And nope, I didnt go to him for any promo or anything like that.. I just decided to try Dentist attempt #25.. (Kidding..but really I just called.. with no outside motivation, just prayers being said to finally find someone I could trust.).

Dr. Gordon is great at explaining the why behind what he does. I dont feel there was a question I had that he wasnt able to answer to my satisfaction. Anther comforting and impressive part of his practice is the technology he uses. When he was telling me about the inside of my mouth he didnt just talk to me about it he showed me detailed pictures. On them it was easy to see what he was talking about and why it needed to be treated. It provided for me great reassurance. Thanks Dr. Gordon!

Very friendly staff. I love that I get to watch a movie during the entire process. They are very punctual, and I cant remember a time that I had to wait more than a minute or two to get started. The massage chairs are also a nice touch.

Dr Gordon and staff are very friendly and accommodating.His diagnostic equipment very impressive. X-Rays instantly processed and enlarged so both of us can see problems. Small photo probe allows you and the doctor to truly see problem areas enlarged for easy viewing.Several crowns made and in my smile in only one visit.Im never changing dentists!

Im disappointed in the service I was given today as I had a filling appointment that Id been waiting nearly 2 months for, all to be denied because I was 15 minutes late. Their policy is that at 15 minutes, they may ask you to reschedule. Well I was firmly told I would have to reschedule. So had I been there literally 30 seconds earlier, they would have worked with me? I called them multiple times to give them a heads up that I was a few minutes behind and got the high pitch operator sound (office manager said theyve been having problems with their phone line). When I called the office manager a few minutes later (who was very nice) she told me they could get me in in a half hour or so.... So they had flexibility in their schedule but werent willing to work with me while I was there. I definitely would have been willing to wait 30 minutes because I was late. I get a babysitter and travel 20 minutes to go to Dr. Gordon but Im not so sure the loyalty is mutual.

We started going to Gordon Family Dental when a family member worked for an orthodontist and had the opportunity to see MANY x-rays of teeth and knew which dentists did quality work and which dentists did not. Gordon Family Dental is fantastic. The staff is friendly and informative. They are always kind to our children and make going the most pleasant it can be. Dr. Gordon is very kind and is the first dentist that I have gone to who seems appreciative of our patronage.

They were able to fit me in the same day when my composite on my chipped tooth came off. The hygienist was soooo nice and helpful. Dr. Gordon - I cant say enough nice things in the few moments that he worked on my tooth and was with me. Ive never met a more sincere and concerned dentist. I am not a regular patient there, but I just might change just because of his demeanor. I would highly recommend this practice!

Ive been going to this office for 7+ years AND this is by far the most positive, comfortable experience Ive had with a dental office. Dr. Gordon is one of the genuine healthcare practitioners Ive ever known! He and his staff have a gift for putting the patient at ease. Theyve also been assertive about encouraging me to take certain preventative measures for which my overall health is thankful. Beyond that, I actually look forward going to the dentist because of the fun atmosphere they maintain -- I was referred to Dr. G by a friend, and have in turn referred others.

I changed over to Gordon Family Dental about 5 years ago. I was at another office and I waited over 2 hours for my 5 year old son to have a tooth taken out. After I waited for 2 hours they came in and told me they did not have what they needed to do it. I walk next door and Dr. Gordon took him right back and finished what the other dental office could not. I was so thankful for his kindness and helpfulness with my 5 year old that was already so nervous. He calmed him down finished the job perfectly. 5 years later we still love the office and his staff.
