We lived at Seasons Traverse Mountain Townhomes for 7 months. A truly wonderful place to call home. The townhouse was comfortable with a great view and all of our neighbors were wonderful. The grounds were kept clean and if we needed a repair or had a question...it was resolved promptly. The staff was truly great.Seasons was the perfect place to live as we were waiting for our new home.
Im so surprised for the quick response! Id thought the staff was all out and really appreciated the fast turnaround
I’ve lived in a lot of apartments, and this has by far been the worst experience. The apartment we moved into was dirty, with several broken items (dishwasher, blinds, and etc.) including a closet completely full with someone else’s stuff. The staff also mixed up our garage and subsequently went in without our consent and moved all of our stuff. We had no idea where our stuff was for the several days it took them to figure out their mistake. When I complained, I was told that if they repaired every mistake, they would make no money. We lived here for less than 3 months, had the apartment very clean for move out, but we’re tagged with a $70 cleaning fee (yet no itemized reason why). Do not move here—we definitely regret it.
The maintenance team has been very helpful. One time my heater broke down in the middle of the night when it was 35 degrees outside. Rob came and fix it in at 2am. And my garage door was acting weird recently and the tall guy (sorry I forget his name)came and fix it even it is 100degrees outside.I have good and bad experience with the leasing office staff. When I first moved in, there was a gas leakage and I didn’t figure it out until I started to have headaches. The way the leading office handled the emergency was very disappointing. She said there could be gas leakage anywhere and it’s pretty common. She even said there could be a gas leakages happening right now at her house. However, Nathan, Branden and Allison have been helpful though.Living here you can enjoy the good view. But there are people smoking and the smell will come to my apt through the vent.
Very clean and beautiful. Amenities are awesome and always well kept. Nice long dog park and also a cute little playground for kids. We love how quiet it is up here on the mountain and the overlooking views.
I love living at the Seasons Apartments at Traverse Mountain. Yancy, Alison, and Nate provide exceptional customer service. The Maintenance team is phenomenal. The floor plans make stellar use of space and the views are extraordinary. I have never lived in an apartment before this and yet I absolutely love living here.
The place has good view. But the maintenance is really slow. My water heater broke and noone came to fix it for like 3 days. Hope not to have something breaking down on Friday otherwise you will live with it for atleast Tuesday. Just wishing I don’t have any heater issues during winter.
I recommend the Seasons community for those that are looking for a place for a short or long term place to live. The staff is welcoming and helpful all along the way. The staff keeps the grounds well groomed and a beautiful place to see each day. Management listen and act to keep the units updated and functioning well.
Moving in was a simple process. The office is always kind and courteous and any issues we had with getting a door handle adjusted to getting our internet up and running for work was responded to promptly and friendly. We love our community so far and the transition to move has been simple and exceptional.
My door lock was dying and I called about it while I was at work. I was worried about how my dog would respond to strangers coming in without me being home, and an office lady offered to go with as she said she was good with dogs. She called me later to tell me it went just fine. Really appreciate the extra efforts! You guys are great, thanks!
Moved here a few months ago. Nice views, internet is reliable, place is really nice and is pet friendly. I see myself staying here for a while, can’t recommend enough. Really convenient location but still feels away from the city which is perfect.
The staff is very friendly and they even remember my name when I come in. Alison is very cheerful and always willing to help me whenever I come into the office whether it is to pick up a large package or just to ask questions. I enjoy living here
I had lived here 4 years ago and I have no problems to say it was a fine place and reasonable for me at the time even with a 3 month lease. But now I went back because I am selling my house and needed a place only for a month this time and they would do that. I knew it would be a little higher than normal because it was only a month I wanted, I also had a pet. Now I understand paying a little more rent because of my dog and even paying a pet deposit. But when I showed up to pay the deposit and get things rolling to get in there was a $300 DOLLAR pet fee also on top of the deposit that was not refundable when I move out. This was not told to me when I started this process. I gave check stubs and the deposit money check and then seen that CHARGE. I would make very sure of all fees you are going to be paying before you pay them anything.Needless to say I wasnt paying that pet fee of $300. Got my check back and left.I would say there where nice and everything in the office, I asked them to waive that and I would still rent there for the month as agreed but they could not do that.Sincerely,Disappointed
I have lived at Seasons Apartments for five years. I have a lovely apartment. I have lived at other apartment complexes, here and there, in life. The office always treated the tenants like the enemy until I moved to Seasons Apartments. Here they are very kind. Nancy, the property manager, is terrific. She is always willing to work with you on any matter that comes up. Alison, a leasing agent, is so friendly. She knows everyone by name. A special shout out to Nathan. He is absolutely terrific. I had a problem with a streaming service. Real Choice TV and Blue Rim Networks were of no use whatsoever. I called the office for help. Nate said he was just leaving work for the day and would stop by my apartment on his way home. Not only did he come over with a mask on, but he took off his shoes too! He fixed the problem in two minutes. He did all this on his own personal time. I was very grateful! He is also very friendly and always willing to help a tenant out. The maintenance staff is polite and efficient too. So, if you are looking for a nice place to live, I enthusiastically recommend Seasons Apartments.
My family and I have lived at Seasons for a year this month. We’ve brought our daughter home here. To say this is a nice place to live is an understatement. This is the nicest/newest apartment we’ve ever lived in. We’ve had no complaints living here so far. We’ve struggled the past couple of months due to Covid with rent and they have always been willing to work with us and our situation to keep us in our home. Nathan has always been super helpful and leads you to the right resources you need. Would recommend this place to anyone I know.
Worst apartment ever. There’s nothing wrong when you live there. But once you terminate lease and leave, they’ll do everything they can to deduct every penny from your deposit and even send you unreasonable bills. They have better reviews when I moved in, now that I left I saw why. Good luck with choosing this apartment.
Nathan has been amazing in everything that he has done for me and my son since I moved here. He has definitely go the extra mile helping me with the leasing and all the questions I had about the apartments. Excelent customer service and professionalism and those are the things that make a whole difference for the tenants and future residents when they are looking for a place to live or even when they are living at an apartment complex with people like him that we can trust.
I love loving at Seasons of Traverse Mountain! The views are incredible and worth it. I had a great experience with their maintenance crew a couple days ago. They immediately sent me a text letting me know they received it, then Dylan called me the next morning. An hour or so later he came to my door, checked my issue, and it was done in 10 minutes! He was kind and courteous. I appreciate the customer service.
I have never lived in an apartment before and I am building a house and I really needed something that was sort term but still nice and affordable. I was so stressed out but as soon as I called in Nathan was so friendly! He was also knowledgeable about the property. He was very professional and actually listened to what I had to say and helped me get just the right apartment with the most amazing view of the mountain and lake in Utah!
Nathan J. from day 1 was super helpfully, friendly, and put our interests first!! We sold our house and needed a place to stay while our new house was being built.. We almost didn’t want to move out of the Seasons. Such a great location, great staff and facilities there.. Nathan made it so easy to get all the paperwork done during our hectic move time. Zero pressure and always available. Thanks again for the great stay!!
Ive started to live in this place 2 weeks ago and it was good at the beginning, but after that we found problems. For example our dish washer doesnt work, and nobody has been fixed it for 1 week. Fire alarm started to work in the evening and we couldnt receive a support only after 1 hour, Seaasons of Travers proposed us to fiz this problem if we pay 50$. Is it fair? We followed all rules and received this lvl of support. Its a nice place but support lvl is low.
I was needing to find a 3 bedroom apartment close to my home in Lehi. Seasons was conveniently located to many shops and restaurants and close to my home. I walked in and was Greeted by Nathan. He helped me from start to finish and was great to work with. Very knowledgeable and good at his job. He easily answered all my questions. I highly recommend going in and seeing Nathan if you’re in need of a conveniently located apartment
The maintenance person was extremely prompt, professional, kind and thorough.Thank you so very much!!!
Seasons of Traverse mountain is overpriced, and extremely needlessly strict. They sent out an email claiming that children’s chalk drawings were graffiti and would result in fines in the hundreds of dollars. Even on your own porch. If you were one day late for rent, they would put an eviction notice on your door. We just received an email saying that after we moved out we had a balance of $400 to pay and that if we didn’t pay immediately they would take legal action. Which is fine except we never received the initial email. They have no leniency, take themselves too seriously, and overcharge and stack on extra charges and absurd late fees. I and my neighbors also had our cars broken into multiple times and reported it to the office. They never did anything about it. No cameras. No security. Nothing. During the pandemic they didn’t give any leniency to their tenants on rent payments even though the governor specifically asked businesses to do this.Someone broke our bedroom window in December, I submitted an order to the office immediately. The cold air was costing us a lot in utilities. A month and a half went by, no repair. I called multiple times. Nothing. It wasn’t until almost 2 months that they fixed it.They’re money focused, not tenant focused. I would strongly avoid living here.
The Maintenance crew here is quick and great service. The office staff is kind and happy to help.
Nancy is great in the office. The whole team here makes a person feel welcome and inviting. It is a relaxing place to live. Weve been here going on 2 years.
This place has amazing and beautiful views! I like the open layout and vaulted ceilings on the top floor. However, I don’t think it’s worth the $5,800 that I had to pay for 1 month temporary stay in a furnished apartment. There were a lot of hidden fees and unexpected charges that just kept coming up. They make us pay 90$ for a pet DNA, yet the parks are filled with dog poo. (The DNA test is to pair poop to animal). It would be more reasonably charged if it were the actual $3500 that we were first informed of. The extra fees were:1000 deposit100/mo pet rent700 pet deposit305 in application fees90 DNA testThen there is a fee for furniture rental, on top of the monthly 3500 rent price. Had I known about all the fees, I would have rented 2 extended stays for 3500 and had that been the only cost. But... you can’t beat these views either. Just hopefully you’ll pay attention better than I did and be more informed.Update: As the manager states below, I get some of that back, 1300... (1000 sec dep + 300/700 pet deposit) I still don’t understand why I can’t get the entire pet deposit back with no damage, but whatever. I went to the front office to try and figure out why there is so many additional charges equating to such an overage of the price quote. Nathan was able to help me and made things correct, saving me quite a bit of money. I’m thankful that Nathan is the face of the company, as he is polite, professional, easy to talk to and work with, and really knows how to take care of the customer. Him+views is what earned it 4 stars, otherwise I would have given less for dishonesty during the evaluation planning phase on finding a temporary place for my family, while we await our new build.
Living in this complex is great!! One major issue we experience is there is a lot of dog poop everywhere. We dont have pets and there is dog poop by our porch/balcony area. I cant freely let my kid play/run around because its so excessive. I wish they enforced pet owners to being responsible for cleaning after their pets, and if they arent going to enforce them, I wish they had some maintenance arrange to clean.
Nancy is great to work with! Every time I need to speak with the people at Seasons, its a pleasant experience.
What a great place this has been for us!My wife and I moved in about a year ago,And we have loved living here so much!Nate in the office was amazing to work with!We wish we could have bought the apartment so we never have to move!
We love living here! The maintenance team is awesome. We put in a work order a couple hours ago because our disposal wasn’t working properly and Dylan came to fix it the same day! He was super professional, friendly, and did a great job fixing it. We are super impressed with Dylan!
The staff in the office were amazing and so easy to work with, especially Nathan who was so quick to respond to our messages. They took the time to answer our questions and address any concerns or issues we had with our unit. The apartment itself was in great condition and fantastic for what we needed while we waited for our house to be built and needed to be out of our old house.
Seasons of Traverse has been great and so has the team that works at Seasons. Nathan has been super helpful and has been very accommodating with my schedule (staying past close and responding to emails after hours when I have questions). Definitely happy with my choice!
I had a great experience leasing here. The Staff are absolutely professional, friendly and so helpful. Shout out to Allison who is absolutely amazing. Their apartments and their homes are well maintained and they use a great home security system. I 100% recommend this place if you are looking to lease in Lehi,UT.
We like to live in this place! We had a issue with our furnace it wasn’t heating! We call the office and they send David pretty quickly and he fixed the issue. I strongly recommend this place.
I have loved living at this property! It is well maintained, quiet, and the staff is wonderful. Miguel helped me throughout the process and he was so very friendly and helpful through my very first least answering all of my questions and taking everything I was telling him into account when showing me around!
Miguel is the best leasing agent we have ever worked with. Fast, precise, and continuously keeping us in the loop of how our paperwork was going. this team is highly professional. Rob (Maintenance ) just came in and helped with our washer and got everything done fast.
The maintenance team are great. They clear the snow even on Sundays. The neighbors are friendly. Only complaint is I’ve had a few issues with my mail, which were resolved by opting out of the Amazon Hub.
Ive been here a year and honestly I cant think of a better place to live. For the price, it is well worth it. The internet hasnt been an issue as I initially thought it would be. Blue rim network customer service has been friendly with every interaction Ive had and I work from home so its been vital for me. The office staff has been amazing too. They answer my emails in a timely manner and quickly answer when I come through the door. (Nathan gets a special shout out for letting me keep my unit when I had a change of heart at the last moment and helped convince the next tenants to go with another unit instead of mine. Thanks, again). I actually like the trash valet service. Never had. Ive only needed one thing from maintenance but they were fast and friendly. Honestly, Im so glad I got a garage. The snow and icy winds are BRUTAL. Worth every penny not having to scrape or dig my 2wd car out during winter. Im looking forward to another great year here.
First, the staff is great. Alison, Nate, and everybody else were very friendly and accommodating. Maintenance reflected the same qualities. The views are great, and the place is newer, which is usually a benefit..Why only 2 stars? Well, I had several issues. First, my car was broken into within 2 weeks of being there. As there are not exterior security cameras, there is really nothing they can do. Second, I lived on the top floor as to help mitigate noise. However, I could hear my neighbors dog and tv every night, as well as the people below me. In addition the HVAC system is unbelievably loud--I would be on conference calls and clients would ask me if I was in a wind tunnel. My biggest issue is checking out. There were a few issues with my place. The best advice I can give you is be meticulous with the check in form when you inspect the place--I found some issues shortly after I moved in (but after I turned in the form). They were very receptive to them, and I spent some time going over them with a staff member. However, that staff member was no longer with the team so when I left there was no recourse because she didnt really make note of any of my issues.I gave serious thought to giving a review that was akin to taking a flamethrower to a field, but that would not be fair. Every apartment has issues, so I let myself calm down a bit before I wrote this. Every place seems to solicit 5 star reviews (which they do), and that drives me nuts. Make sure you do everything you can to log every issue when you move in, because they use every advantage to tack on those fees when you leave.
Love my new apartment! Best view of the valley!Nathan took such good care of me! I plan to live here a long time!
We LOVE our property here! The area is amazing. The staff is great and we loved working with Miguel! He is awesome! Thanks so much!
Update Part 3: We had a problem with a smoker when we first moved in, we had smoke in our living room and throughout the other rooms throughout the day. The staff was very aggressive and took care of it. Weve had lots of requests for minor fixes and they were all done so quick. The communication from the office is amazing. We had the issue of missing packages cause there is a new USPS guy sometimes and the staff at the complex immediately went through all the hubs to attempt in finding it. Alison, Nancy and the other guy in the office are such a big help. Their enthusiasm and attitude towards taking care of their tenants here is great.
We have been living in Seasons of Traverse Mountain for over a month. We love how clean it is here. We had a problem with our washing machine, but within a day we had a new one in our apartment thanks to Rob in the maintenance department. Rob has helped us with several requests. We love the theater room. We have had a birthday party at our apartment and then went over to the theater room and watched a movie. Our grandchildren love the swimming pool, the soccer field, the play areas and the trails. We love how all the staff have been so helpful.
Love this place! I have lived here a short while now but definitely enjoy the view everytime I go down the road. The office staff is great, Miguel is awesome and Nate. Rob is the man when it comes to maintenance.
The best place for short term lease, pricing reasonable, great views, great ammenities. Resort style living to the fullest. Miguel is great in the office and Alison. Dylan and Cody are amazing and take care of you when it comes to maintenance.
Allison helped us and she was AMAZING !!!! she was very informative, helpful and friendly. Thank you Allison!!!
Miguel Rodriguez is the best agent ever! he helped us out in a matter of minutes! We love our property here and looking forward to stay here for a long time.
I totally love everything about here. When i was first moving in, i was worried about the location and nearby stores, but really, everything is close by. Miguel is awesome in the office when it comes to resident calls, and the rest are very nice people. I couldnt figure out the amazon box, and nathan helped me out. They are very friendly.
I stayed at Seasons of Traverse Mountain as part of a job relocation. The apartment I stayed in was one of their upscale furnished apartments. The apartment complex is maintained very well and has great amenities, the location is up the south facing slope of Traverse Mountain with a view overlooking the Lehi valley and Utah Lake that is breathtaking. The location is convenient to shopping and some rather good restaurants. If you’re into the outdoors, there are mountains all around with the Uinta-Wasatch-Cache National Forest just minutes away. The staff is great, when I first moved in, I arrived late in the evening on the weekend and they made arrangements for me to get into the apartment. I have a special thank you to Nancy Ledford, a professional in many ways that one could see she really loved her job. I left some high value items behind and Nancy was instrumental in getting them get them back to me, to the point where she reached out to me on LinkedIn.I absolutely loved this place and recommend it to anyone I know looking for a resort style apartment experience.
Very nice apartments (with a view); Maintenance folks are great; Dylan did an amazing job, fixed multiple things in few minutes.
This is a good place to live. The views are lovely, and the amenities are well maintained.
Maintenance crew rocks! Thanks for fixing stuff:)
Great views and apartments, but the internet service is ABYSMAL. Regular outages, bad customer support, and slow connections when things ARE working. Ive lived here for a year and have our internet customer support on speed dial at this point.Id only recommend this place if they switched to a better ISP. The place is hooked up for fiber but they choose to use a sub-par service. Theyre very aware of this too, so my guess is that they got a great deal on the ISPs service. It definitely feels discounted.
Jordain and Nate are outstanding with customer service. They always make me feel at home and take care of anything that comes up, very quickly. They definitely add to the luxury experience. Ive been living here a few years and even moved to a larger unit, so Ive experienced the full cycle from move-in to move-out. Even though there was accidental but significant damage to the first unit when I was moving out, Seasons charged extremely fairly for repairs and nothing more. It was handled very professionally. The views are outstanding, the nature trail thats right on my doorstep, close proximity to work and groceries all make this a great location thats difficult to leave. And last but definitely not least, a huge part of my tenant happiness is the maintenance staff - Rob and Mike. They are really on the ball, take care of every little detail and are super efficient. Ive had a number of things come up (Im pretty fussy and keep a tight ship). I have always felt totally comfortable with them doing repairs when Im not home too. Thanks Seasons staff - all of you for being so friendly, professional and helpful without a single exception.
Nathan is such a life saver!! The snow was so bad this morning when I was on my way to work. I was pulling out of my garage and got stuck. Everyone was super busy snow plowing, but Nathan came right over and helped push my car. He is by far one of the best employees I have ever worked with!
Excellent job! Thanks
Cody was super quick and helpful. He’s the man!
Living here is great! The maintenance team is super quick and nice. Dylan especially does a great job!
My wife and I have loved our stay here. The apartment is in a great location and is always very calm and quiet. As well reasonably priced..One of the biggest perks is their amazing maintenance team led by Rob. Every time we have had any issues they have been quick to the scene, very genuine, and always do a great job.Lastly it is nice to stay somewhere without any hidden fees. They are very forward with what you will pay and not pay. (example parking is free)
Have been living here for 3+ years and this has been a great place to live so far. I do hope they add a bench and squat machine in the gym though. My maintenance orders have been executed very promptly. Robb is a great handyman who has helped with numerous stuff that needs fixing in the apartment.
I discovered Seasons last May on a trip to Utah, and knew immediately it was where I wanted to live! I was relocating from California and had to rely on the staff to help. Alison & Miguel were outstanding in helping me get me exactly what I wanted. I am delighted to be part of the Season’s community, knowing that they have an excellent, responsive staff!! Thank you Alison & Miguel for helping me for the last 3 months.
Had a clog in the kitchen sink and placed a work order. The next day, Rob came by, took a look at it and within 2 minutes...the clog was gone. He wore a mask the whole time which made me and my wife comfortable. He also check another minor issue from our coat closet and fixed that too. Rob is the best!
Have been living here for 4 years. The leasing office is very helpful. The maintenance staff (Robert, Coby, David and others) are incredibly friendly.I have moved thrice in last 4 years, every time within Seasons of Traverse Mountain. Cant seem to leave this place. Also, cant get over the views.
Nathan is so great! He helped me get my tv hooked up to the internet when I was having a lot of terrible! Great place to live!
We had an emergency yesterday morning. The smoke alarms were going off (not the best way to wake up) but we couldnt find any flames. Just smoke. We quickly evacuated the apartment and called the office to get someone out here asap! Within 2 minutes...we heard a knock on the door and Rob, came to the rescue. He saw the smoke, he smelled the odor and checked everything in the apt. He knocked on our neighbors doors. Checked the garage underneath...light fixtures, outlets...EVERYTHING. He spent about 30 minutes trying to figure it out. We never got to the bottom of what caused it and as soon as it started, it was over but the peace of mind of knowing that someone like Rob would spend so much time looking for the cause brought us peace of mind. Seasons made a great decision by hiring someone like Rob. Thanks for making a scary situation...less scary!
So grateful for Miguel Rodriguez! He is the new assistant manager and the difference is incredible. The young lady that used to work there was very difficult to speak with and would never provide good service. She treated me very badly many times and I was constantly frustrated when trying to anything, even just pay my rent. With Miguel it is a complete 180! He is very professional and kind. He listens to people’s needs and he treats everyone with respect. I feel that Miguel truly cares about people! If there is ever a problem he is quick to find a solution. The best part is that he also speaks spanish! He speaks English and spanish perfectly and it is so nice to have someone that speaks my own language. I’m sure many other residents appreciate him as well.
Be aware!!! They will never going to give you your full refund... when we move in apartment was dirty we did clean the bathrooms and kitchen... full of fruit Flies everywhere!! Well we move out left apartment cleaner that we find it at first. And after a whole month waiting on my $850 refund they give me a lot of stuff that they said they clean that is not even true not way!! I only get $201 back... stay away from this place they do not care about resident, they even force people living there with dogs to pay for have a DNA or they will charge you with a $200 fee... and not only that another few things that make the place the worst nightmare to leave there!!! Stay away from that place.
Our stay here has been a good one.
Great! Recently relocated from Colorado. Nathan J. was fantastic in helping find me a home! I was not able to visit/experience the property in-person prior to moving. He was quick, responsive, and very helpful. The customer service, cleanliness, and space have been wonderful. Thanks!
Wonderful people in the office and the persons who do the maintenance are awesome!
The apartment was very poorly prepared for a new resident, and maintenance requests so far have been largely ignored.
I wanted to give a shout out to Nathan one of the many outstanding staff members that work at Seasons of Traverse Mountain. Nathan was a extremely helpful through out our move in process and with any other questions weve had. Seasons is clean, quiet and a friendly community that youll be glad to be a part of.
I have been here for about 3 months now, so far i am loving it! Great views, amenities, and space. The office staff i leased with, Nancy and Miguel were great to work with, and the maintenance crew rob, bob, david and the tall guy (i forget his name) were fantastic at fulfilling my work orders. The wind is noteable but the views definitely make up for it! Add in the garage and spa and i say its a pretty sweet gig.If you are at all interested, i reccomend taking a tour and seeing it yourself.
We lived here for one year with our two dogs. The staff is horrible and very rude. Don’t expect anyone to come and complete a work order or fix anything. Say so long to your expectations of getting your deposit back, we cleaned for 3 whole days after we moved out to make sure everything was spotless and checked off all what they asked of us, yet we get the deposit back and more than half is gone for cleaning so might as well not clean at all. They will find any reason to fine you and although it is “dog friendly” everyone who lives there seems to want to complain to the office about everyone who has dogs. Very happy we moved.
Cody and David were very helpful!
We have a problem with the disposal that we couldn’t figure out and they send David and Cody..they came and inspect it and figure out what was wrong! good job 👍🏻 to this young men.
We just moved in yesterday and it was the easiest most perfect process. We got a tour of the apartment right before handing over our keys, to ensure everything was up to par. Nate was our leasing agent and he was so kind and made sure all of our concerns, needs, and questions were taken care of. Thank you staff here at Traverse! We are very happy new residents, we look forward to our 15 month lease! ❤️
Nancy and Bob are the best Managers ever! They are the hardest working and most caring people I ever seen. They do things from bottom of their heart and everything is super clean at Seasons of Traverse Mountain. My best momories are doing snow removal jobs at 5 am with Bob having snow pants and boots get wet and sending out Christmas cards to all tenants with Nancy. They really care about their tenants and employees so much. Thank you for your wonderful services to the community. Your hardwork and love will be inspired forever!
Miguel and Rob were awesome! I was having a/c issues and they quickly fixed my problem. As Rob was explaining the issue I realized it was a user error on my part and he did not make me feel like an idiot. Very appreciate. Great experience with both of them!
Would not recommend living here I just moved in October and have had my brother in laws car stolen. I have had my debit card stolen from my vehicle. I woke up this morning to two of my windows shattered. There has been many reports of things like this happening around here. It is ridiculous that there are no cameras around here and there is nothing being done about this situation!
Shoutout to Rob, Mike, Brandon and Matt - the maintenance crew and Jordan in the office for helping us out with our fridge. We had been in contact with the office about some issues we had with our fridge and they stepped up and helped us. THANK YOU!!!!! They take care of you, here at Seasons of Traverse, highly recommend checking this place out.
If you like to hear noise 24/7, live here. Garages below apartments make so much noise. Good luck sleeping through that. You can hear them open and close. Every. Time. We have multiple garages under our apartment. It’s all day, from before sun up until well after sundown. You can hear everything going on from upstairs (good luck sleeping through that, too) and apparently the people upstairs can hear everything going on below them as well and you’ll wake them up if you make any kind of noise. It’s mind blowing, honestly. When you’re looking for an apartment, the staff will tell you “there is special material between floors to keep things quiet, so You shouldn’t hear any noise” but after you move in, they’ll tell you, “that’s just apartment living” and blame it on you for being too sensitive to the constant racket. If you try to switch apartments or move after complaining about the disruption to your lives from all of the noise NUMEROUS TIMES, they’ll have you pay a $500 transfer fee and make you sublet the apartment yourself (even if you’re asking to move to another apartment within the same complex), which who wants to do that, knowing the next tenants will suffer through all the same issues you have because the upstairs noise isn’t going to stop and neither will the noise from the garages. Can not wait for our lease to be over. It’s been an absolute nightmare.
I am so impressed with the staff at Traverse Mountain Apartments! They are all very professional and very friendly to work with. From the minute you walk in the door, you’re welcomed and they care about you as an individual. The apartments themselves are very well planned and clean! The views are unsurpassed, You can practically see the entire county.Nancy, you have truly impressed and created an outstanding place for people to call home! FIVE HUGE STARS!!!
Beautiful accommodations and the view is spectacular. The staff really sets this place apart, Rob in maintenance really saved me by helping me with my car the other day. I can’t say enough good things about here.
Good customer service is getting harder to find but I experienced excellent customer service the last couple of days. The landlord /tenant relationship is a tough one to navigate for both parties in a large rental community. Most of the time the tenant gets lost in the shuffle and both parties are frustrated when it comes to things like maintenance requests. A great property maintenance staff is so important to a great relationship between tenant and landlord. Rob and Mike from the Seasons maintenance team came to repair a wear and tear item in our townhome and did a fast and solid repair job. They actually care a great deal about what they do and provided excellent customer service! Rob responded right away and got it done making sure to communicate well with me through the entire process. Good old fashion customer service and personal human interaction makes this a awesome place to live. Thanks guys!
The bad: Overpriced, surprise fees for unneeded services, and a mandatory wifi package that is impossible to get set up and only supports 5 devices. Barely enough for 1 person. The good: Popular dog park! Clean and newer apartment complex.
Bob & Nancy Ledford are very professional and kind. It is a pleasure to work with them. They go out of their way to accommodate their clients and their needs. It’s been a pleasure to work with Seasons of Traverse Mountain and Bob & Nancy. If there was a 10 star rating I would give them an 11.
Spoke with the friendliest leasing agent; Allyson (sorry if I spell your name wrong). Very friendly, personable, and always looked out for my needs to rent and lease. She was very thorough and straight forward with all the fees listed. Great amenities and also that view is just amazing.
I was at Seasons of Traverse the staff was very helpful and knowledgeable . I spoke with a girl named Jordan and she was very helpful and answered all my questions and needs. She was very thorough and straight forward with all the fees listed. Great amenities and also that view is just amazing.
I want to give a shout out to Rob on the maintenance crew. He was super helpful and fixed the few things that werent quite right with our apartment. He came in and walked us through what the problem was, how he was going to remediate, and over what time frame. Very impressive and helpful! Thanks Rob!
Beautiful environment. Just pulling into the property sets off the calming feeling. Im home I love it. Ive known Tom Elliott since he was a teen. He will give his all to make sure your home is your castle. He truly loves what hes doing. I would encourage anyone looking for that perfect home to go check them out.
Weve lived here for almost a year now and the staff at Seasons have been so helpful with anything we have ever needed. Tom Elliot was extremely nice and helped us figure out everything we needed to know about renewing our lease. Ive never had a problem with anything here. There was even one time I accidentally left my garage door open and they sent me an email just to let me know. Very beautiful Apartments! Very happy here.
My stay at Traverse Mountain was fabulous! It really is such a beautiful and well maintained property. The proximity to stores, restaurants, etc is awesome and the views just top it all off. The units are well cared for and the pool area and club house are top notch. Nancy is one of the best property managers Ive ever dealt with and she always makes sure that you are taken care of! I highly recommend Seasons of Traverse Mountain!
Nancy Ledford was wonderful, every interaction with her and the staff was very pleasant and effective. We enjoyed living at Seasons of Traverse Mountain so much that we chose our new house as close as possible. Views from apartments facing the south are some of the best you will find in the Salt Lake area. The grounds are well maintained, our apartment was lovely. I recommend SoTM most highly.
I absolutely love my apartment! I’ve lived here for almost 3 years and have nothing but LOVE! Staff is so fun and friendly and are willing to go the extra mile. Jordain is the best ever!! This morning, the manager Nancy, was outside the entrance handing out cute breakfast gift bags. Best place to live!!!
I came in to look at these apartments and Nate gave me a tour and he made the experience amazing and helped me out a lot!
I’ve now been here since July 2019. Simply, I love living here. We all know that 2020 was tough, yet Season’s management was very understanding and worked with me to not loose my apartment and risk homelessness. I’m extremely grateful for that and them. I’m planning on renewing my lease once again because of this and because of how peaceful it is for me living here. It’s home.
Jordain is always so super friendly anytime I need to go in. She is very knowledgeable and always seeking to understand my needs and how she can help out.Awesome Awesome employee!!!!⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️
Another update:It’s been great here! Jordain has been very patient and willing to work with me. She gets the job done and is usually who I go straight to in the office. The beginning of the contract was rough but after that, things have been good.———————————————Update (3 Star)Got a call that I’d be able to move in on the original date that was told. Was able to get some things settled. Unfortunately parts of the apartment were still dirty when I moved in (microwave, dishwasher). I reported it that same day (Saturday during office hours) but the cleaners wouldn’t be able to come till the following Monday. Other than that, the place has so far been good. The assistant manager has been super helpful in getting things done and understanding.————————————————1 star review (first)I was promised I would be able to move in by the end of this week by a representative. That very same day (Saturday) I applied online. I just got a call today (Tuesday) that I would actually not be able to move in until the 4 more days than the agreed upon date and would receive NO compensation for the moved date. It was only after I called that they agreed on moving the move in date to the Monday (some days more than original date given) but would have absolutely NO guarantees. This puts a damper on my plans as I have been crashing at a friend’s and hotel, waiting to move in but will now need to extend my stay.
