This was my first visit to Peterson Dental. Brooke was my hygienist and she was wonderful. She was friendly and thorough. Dr. Peterson came in to do my exam and was very thorough and pleasant. The office was very nice and exceptionally clean. I have found my forever dental home.

The BEST dentist office around. I have had so much dental work done in my lifetime so I absolutely hate going now but they make it so easy and actually keep me laughing while Im there. Great prices and phenomenal staff. There is no place like Peterson!

I went in for a cleaning a while back and at this appointment I was told that I had an old filling that needed to be replaced. I trusted that this was necessary. After the new filling, my tooth that wasnt hurting before, was now painful. I returned to Dr Peterson, he now says I need a root canal, so trusting once again, I have the root canal. The worst experience of my life. I returned to Dr Peterson multiple times, not getting any relief from the pain. A tooth thats had a root canal should not hurt. I cannot put any pressure on it. His solution is to pull it. Ive been dealing with this for almost 2 years an now dont have insurance. Sucks!

Love this Dentist! Very well worth the 20 min Drive. Got me in same day for a tooth extraction. Only took them 30 minutes and I was done. And it was painless. They make sure youre comfortable and answer any questions you may have.

We found Peterson Dental last year after years of being unhappy with our previous dentist.The offices are amazing (new, clean, inviting) and the heated chairs are incredible. But what sets Peterson apart is the staff.My wife has severe anxiety about going to the dentist after some dental issues she has experienced in the past. The staff at Peterson Dental took their time with her to make sure she was comfortable. My wife went from not being able to sleep the night before the appointment because she was so nervous to now having a follow up appointment this week that she shows no concern about at all.My son and daughter and I all received the same excellent service. The hygienists are friendly and knowledgeable. Dr. Peterson himself is warm and friendly, easy to speak to, and will answer any and all questions.Definitely the best dentist we have ever been to. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

I had the joy of being a patient of Linh Tran. She is a WONDERFUL dentist. She made sure I was never in pain, and made me feel very comfortable. Even after my visit she called me after business hours to make sure I was healing okay. She and the assistant both made sure I understood exactly what was happening and set up a plan for me to finish all of my dental work. Peterson Dental is by far the best dental office I have ever been to. I began as a patient there in middle school around 2013 and they have always made me feel comfortable. The entire office staff know my family and remember details about my life. They truly do treat us like family! Unfortunately, I moved out of the state and am no longer a patient but I will always speak highly of Dr. Peterson and his dental office. They are amazing!

I am extremely satisfied with Peterson’s Dental Office! I wear a cochlear implant, they were so very patient with me! Their faces were covered, so quite naturally, I did experience difficulty understanding what Dr. Tran and her assistant were saying sometimes. Though they had to be repetitious with me here and there, they showed compassion and patience which I am truly grateful for! Dr. Tran is very informative and she’s a great dentist. And the staff is very friendly and caring. I’m recommending family members & friends to Peterson’s Dental!

These are the friendliest people. I was told by my daughter how this is the best place to go. She was correct. I was in and out in no time. They didnt want you to have to jump though hoops just to get something done. If I ever need anything again. This is the only place i will go.

I must be honest. Going to the dentist is one of my least favorite things. However, Dr. Peterson and his staff make it a stress free and pain free experience. The staff is professional, friendly and empathetic. I can honestly say this is the best dental experience I’ve had.

When youve had dentures for 11 years you dont see a dentist as much as years gone by, BUT when my uppers broke in HALF and they saw me same day and I was prepared to get a new set of uppers until Dr. Peterson suggested they could be fixed for a fraction of that cost. Two days latter my repaired dentures are in and they fit perfectly. Everyone there was professional and considerate, from the front desk to the chair and out the door. Great experience.

In my 60 years of going to dentists, this is the best dental clinic hands down! Even after moving to Florida 18 months ago, I still drive back to Leeds, AL to use their services because of their caring, friendly, and professional staff. Their state of the art technology is also a benefit. Yesterday was the first time I visited Peterson Dental. I had to be seen quickly because of a chipped tooth and cavity. They were so accommodating and friendly on the phone. I was able to come in the same day. I am not one to love going to the dentist, but the staff and Dr. Peterson made having a root canal a much more pleasant experience than when I had one before at another person’s office. I definitely will be using them for all my dental needs! Excellent service!

From the moment I walked in, I was treated with friendliness & respect. I walked in at opening with a minor emergency & no appointment, never being seen here before. As soon as my paperwork was filled out & insurance looked up (5 -8 minutes), I was called back. Both Kristen & Dr Peterson were wonderful - caring, friendly, professional, & fast! The office is beautiful & as soon as I sat down, Kristen offered to turn the massager on the chair. I watched television while I got my work done. Also, Dr Peterson is AMAZING at numbing shots...& Kristen is great at preparing for the shots with numbing cream. I never felt any pain. Im so glad I decided to come here. Ill be back very soon & Ill be getting my husband an appointment here, too.

I was pleasantly surprised with how nice my visit was. I was there for a standard cleaning. They had a heated massaging dental chair. They asked what type of music I liked and played my request. They were very thorough yet gentle. Dr. Peterson seemed very knowledgeable and caring and listened to my answers to his questions. I am absolutely going back for my next cleaning or any other dental need I may have in the future.

I have to say I’m not big on going to the dentist but a good friend told me about Peterson Dential they took time to help with my insurance got me right in and treated me like I was important and the staff is the kindest ppl made sure I was doing good through my procedure and have called 2 times to check on me All I can say they are the best. Peterson Dental is the most professional, friendliest, and cleanest dentist office I have ever been to. Everyone seems genuinely interested in you as a person as well as all your dental needs. They do a thorough job every time you are there all while getting you in and out in an timely manner. Each room also has it very own Pandora Radio and heated massage chairs. I have had four dentists in my life and I will never choose a different place to have my teeth taken care of. Peterson Dental is excellent all around!!

I’m so glad I discovered Peterson Dental. Not many look forward to a dental appointment, but here they make it as relaxing as possible with heated massage chairs and your choice of music. Dr. Peterson is very gentle and reassuring and proceeds with caution if any treatment is needed, rather than immediately recommending an expensive procedure. You never have to wait long when you arrive, the staff is super friendly, and they get you in quickly if there’s ever an emergency. Not everyone loves going to the dentist. But Peterson Dental seriously goes out of their way to make it as relaxing as possible. The chairs are comfy and massage as you get your teeth cleaned. Some of the rooms have essentials oils to take away that dental smell and the dental hygienists are the best. I am always asked multiple times if I am comfortable and doing ok. The staff is always friendly, honest about anything needed (and no adding whats not), and is patient with my scheduling needs. I also have four children who go to this practice from 12 years down to 3 years. They get the same treatment and patient hygienists. If you have to go to the dentist (and you should at least twice a year) this is definitely the one to go see!

I had a tooth go bad. I called Peterson Dental and they fit me in the same day. I had a bad abscess. They did a painless extraction. The ladies and Doc Peterson put you at ease straight away. Beautiful smiles...everyone has one and they make sure you do too. Doc Peterson is very caring and discusses options before you decide what you want to do. I am going for my new patient visit in a few weeks and we will talk about the path we will take for me to have a gorgeous smile! Dr Peterson and staff are wonderful! Very empathetic and understanding .. and conservative in care.. He never tells you to do uneccesary things always what you need to solve your problem.. He listens to you and explains every thing in detail making sure you understand everything.. His staff is both knowledgeable and caring and that makes for a great dental visit even if you are one who fears the dentist ..

Everyone you encounter, from the phone call to the receptionist, to the hygienist to Dr. Peterson is so friendly. The chairs have massage and/or heat. I wanted to fall asleep during my cleaning. I could hear part of an interaction with kids and could tell they do well with kids as well (Im a pediatric nurse).

Today was my second experience with PD and it was just as amazing as my first. I am a very nervous patient and everyone I came in contact with was very kind and reassuring. Even Dr. Peterson was very patient and made me comfortable. I had a traumatic dental experience when I was a kid and have been terrified of dentists ever since. Peterson Dental made a root canal a pleasant experience. That says a lot!

They are always super nice . Would have been 5 stars but they were running behind and I was hurting and I didnt get seen until about 20-30 minutes after my appointment time . Other than that, they were top notch . Staff very helpful. Front office wonderful . They got me in today, and I called this morning because my tooth hurt all weekend . Dr Peterson is the best . I didnt get to see him today, met his partner . She was nice . Treat my kids great . Have always been up front about costs . 👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍. You should go !

My dentist of many years moved to another city, so I had to shop around for a dentist. I chose Peterson Dental based on a friends recommendation. I went to Peterson Dental today and saw Dr. Tran. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. They offered a new patient special and saved me money, which is a plus! Dr. Tran was very sweet and very thorough. She actually told me that I didnt need a filling yet, since the cavity was so small. I could tell she loves what she does. Everyone in the office was extremely polite and friendly! I would definitely recommend this dental office for anyone who wants an honest and kind dentist. UPDATE: I have gone now and seen Dr. Peterson for a broken filling. He was very caring, professional, and appears to be honest and upfront. He explained to me what was going on throughout the procedure and called me later that day to check on me.

I had a terrible experience with a different local dentist and put off going back for almost 2 years- finally decided I needed to change dentists and found Peterson through a friend’s recommendation. I LOVE going here! They are SO nice and down to earth. The seats have heat and massage functions. They remember who I am. I honestly leave feeling like “I wish I didn’t have to wait 6 months to come back.” They are just an amazing team.

This dental office is so clean and well staffed. The front desk staff are always smiling and happy to see everyone. The hygienists are the same way and even keep notes to talk about your family and whats going on in your life. That kind of customer/patient care isnt found everywhere. The 2 dentists that run the clinic are extremely knowledgeable and set you at ease when they walk into the room. Its obvious that the staff is well taken care of. Having a bad experience can make you dread going to the dentist, but Peterson Dental has been WONDERFUL in all aspects since I started going and having some long over due dental work done! Staff is always smiling and so friendly. The chairs have heated massage while you get your dental work done. Dr Peterson is a great Dentist, and they are always asking if you are comfortable or hurting, and telling you as they go what they are doing. My son has had a terrible experience with dentist in the past. He was really nervous and scared about going to his appointment. Once we got there the staff already knew this and they were so helpful and nice. They really took the time to help calm his nerves about the dentist. I called this awesome establishment on a Friday at noon in SEVERE pain. The day prior I had three cavities filled at a different dentist office. No biggie, Right! Nope, I was in pain prior to the cavities being filled and naturally assumed it was the cavities giving me the pain. So Friday morning comes and I feel like my face is going to explode! My very slow light bulb went off and I called Peterson Dental and the sweet young lady at the front( Im sorry I should be able to remember her name) talked to me and was walking through options as far as what I could do so I wouldnt be in pain over the weekend. Then she placed me on a very brief hold and came back and asked if I could come in now. Guys, its 12:15 now. So of course Im like absolutely!!!!! ( I work right around the corner) They numbed me up had me come back in a hour and bless Kaitlyn and Dr. Peterson they fixed me! Im in pain but atleast I know why and I know it will go away soon. Dr. Peterson thoroughly explained everything he was doing and why. He has a A-M-A-Z-I-N-G personality and Kaitlyn is right behind him with making you feel comfortable. She too will explain what she is doing and why! Yall the WHOLE office took such good care of me! It was a true blessing to have Dr. Peterson and his staff right around the corner and so open and willing to help a NEW PATIENT in desperate need of relief! I cant even began to say Thank You enough! This office is amazing and you wont be disappointed!!!!
