Like other people going to the Dentist is not on my favorite things to do list.But going here has been a wonderful experience.The Staff are some of the most caring and reassuring people I have ever encountered...Dr. Koplon took quite a bit of time talking to me about my procedure and his goals for me more than I have ever seen, he even takes the time to stop and say Hi to everyone in the waiting room if he happens by.I highly recommend if you have any Dental needs please consider them, I recommend them so much I drive 2 hours just to use them myself..

I started as a new patient in April. I was greeted by smiling faces as I approached the counter, filled out paperwork and was called to the back in approx 5 minutes. I dont like going to the dentist. But they kept me at ease and didnt rush. The experience was a little scary for me. But the dentist Dr. Koplon was great. He was patient and he asked me was I okay because we had the conversation that I was afraid of the dentist. His staff is wonderful and friendly. I need to have two more taken out. Dr Koplon did all my veneer work 15 years ago. He is the best dentist ever! He made sure my smile was just perfect and it was. He is doing more work on me now. I couldn’t recommend him enough. Never ever going back. Sadly I feel like they do not care about their patients and only care about money. The doctor told me he knows what hes doing but yet made me leave with a broken tooth. Oh and lets not forget they cause more damage to the tooth because they was poking and pulling on it breaking the glue!!!! Then Im being pressured into allowing them to take FOUR of my healthy teeth, NOTHING is wrong with them!!!! He wants to take 4 healthy teeth to put a crown on them which isnt needed just so they all match.Some of the front desk staff is very rude.Lost respect for them and my business!

Called for an emergency tooth issue, they were able to see me the same afternoon. Took care of me in a very professional and caring manner. Returned a week later to have the tooth extracted and all went perfect with no pain at all. Found a dentist I can finally go to and be comfortable.

The front desk receptionist was very nice and helpful and very patient with my card payment over the phone. When my cheap cricket phone ran out of minutes she let me use her phone and payment was taken from my ebt card. Her exceptional customer service skills helped a truly stressful experience causing me from a severe panic attack mental breakdown in the waiting area into a truly pleasant experience not ever had at any dentist office before. She also said that if I filled out this survey and complimented her efficiency that I could enjoy a complimentary chap stick and a happy face sticker .

I have not had any dental work at this facility, but my mother in law did today. & all I can say about the staff: PHENOMENAL. We came in originally for a root canal, the Dr. decided all she needed was a crown (perfect)!! She of course like a lot of people was petrified. We were paired with one of the sweetest assistants, Leslie. She did not leave my mother in laws side. All of this was happening while a tornado was traveling outside. By the grace of God it went over us. Not without first making all of us hustle into the basement. Dr. Adam helped carry my mother in law into & out of the basement. To say I’m pleased, would be saying the least about this facility & it’s staff.A few names I just want to thank personally (excuse me if I get them wrong): Leslie, Jamie & your sweet girl, Dr. Adam, the lady who was giving my mother in law Powerade, Keisha, the lady at the front desk, & another sweet sweet lady.

A little back story first. I went to a dental place in Pell City who I thought I could trust. Turns out they let me down. After a week of a mental breakdowns due to the fact that my dental place could not get things corrected for me that should have been done since day one. I made an appointment with Koplon dentistry. When I walked in everyone kind of knew of my situation and they treated me with nothing but respect and kindness. It was definitely a change from what I just went through. The staff there was more than friendly they treated you like theyve known you your entire life. Ive never felt more comfortable in a dentist office in my entire life. And I suffer from anxiety. But I absolutely had none while I was there. Turns out they were my saving Grace. I tell you a 100 lb weight was dropped from my shoulder today from being in there knowing that I was in the right place and that they were going to fix everything for me. Fran is a great hygienist and took extra time making sure I was satisfied and comfortable. Dr Scott Koplan has always been the best dentist the last 12 years. His son is just like him so either way you have the best. You can’t find a better dentist and will not be satisfied until you are. The entire staff are the friendliest, and most helpful it feels like family. And the best part is they can do crowns and root canals all in the the same day completed. As far as the level of work that this father/son team put out is remarkable. The two of them make a great pair of Dentists. They both take the time to listen to what YOU think about the plan they have in place to make your smile BEAUTIFUL either for the first time or once again. I could tell that they really and honestly cared about there patience. Now as far as the receptionist area where the young ladies gather to answer phones and greet the incoming very nervous people who really dont want to be there but know they have too plus once the have the consult with the Koplon Dentists the will be a little bit more at ease. But back to the typical stereo type of young blondes and brunettes who arent too brite but are extremely cute on the outside. It probably wouldnt hurt that office to do some cleaning up. Since they are remodelling the dental rooms you might as well remodel the staff. Get rid of all the phonies and the really ladies and hire some descent receptionist. Thats the only area failing to ...well basically failing to do anything of importance. All they get done up there is finding out whats the latest on TikTok is what is the latest and the best conditioning hair products out on the market today. As far as the rest of the staff most of the dental hygienists are very nice and carry on a true conversation. They are really sweet though...they try and let you be the lead in the conversation. I would highly recommend Koplon Dentistry to family and friends.

I have avoided going to the dentist for years after horrible experiences. I have dealt with pain, allowed teeth to break and just worked through it because to me it was better than going to the dentist. I have horrible and I mean horrible anxiety about dentist. But today that was changed because of Koplon Implant & Family dentistry. Waited for an hour and fifteen minutes for my appointment, and was told I needed surgery that they couldn’t schedule for a month because they’re down a dentist right now. They didn’t mind taking my money and scheduling an appointment knowing I would be left in pain for a month and letting me sit in the waiting room seemed like a game to them. Very nice dentist but very poor staff I wouldn’t go here unless you like being taken advantage of

Got an appointment call at 7am after leaving a message Sunday. I was a new patient but that didn’t phase Hanna she wanted to make sure my broken tooth was got attention first before asking about prior dentist or even insurance. Alex put me at ease and was very knowledgeable about the possibilities. Adam made it quick and painless. 24 hours after leaving a weekend message I’m home (1 hour 15 mins) and thrilled to recommend everyone I came in contact with by phone email text and in person.

I go into the office with anxiety and come out feeling silly for being so worried. I am always treated with care and consideration. I truly hope anyone avoiding dental work out of fear or embarrassment finds this practice. I did not know it was possible to trust your dentist and feel certain that you’re in good hands before Koplon and their team of people that understand it’s just as important to make people feel safe and comfortable as it is to care for their dental needs.
