Works 100% against the people that have to pay child support. Laid off, fall behind & then find an even better job that pays more? They don’t care, you’re going to jail with the help of a bitter “baby mama”. On top of that not having no rights at all to see the child, they leave the decision up to that same bitter “baby mama”. Whole system needs to be redone (haha yeah ok). In my mans situation, I feel for the men who actually TRY & wind up being 💩’d on.

The staff here do what they can to ensure children receive the child support they are due. I only wish that the process didn’t take so long, but that’s not the staff at the Wilson County office’s fault.

I have had several issues with my caseworker. The lack of communication is absolutely horrible - you have to consistently call and keep on top of what’s going on because they will not. They will tell you one thing and do a completely different thing without informing you. The fact that the people that work in these offices as caseworkers and handle families and children is really scary and concerning. I think that the caseworkers need to be reevaluated because the way they do things is lazy and unfair to either party.

I filed for child support back in september. Theres a major lack in communication. My case worker left the business the day after I met with her and my new case worker has yet to make contact. No papers have been served to my childs fathers and they havent even began to verify his location. Ive given them everything theyve asked for that I can give them. Nothing has been done. This is getting beyond ridiculous. Is there anyone higher that I can go to?

The worst system and people I have ever seen. No payment but $100 since November 2018. Went to court on February 13,2020 and they allowed, along with the judge to let my ex get away with it. The case was put off for three more months. There needs to be a complete overhaul of the staff. $100 is not acceptable to me. Very disappointed in my caseworker as well. She never got anything done and she didn’t help me either.
