I gave one star only to leave a review, otherwise no star would have been given. This place is horrible. My case manager, Gretchen is horrible. There was very little communication everywhere few months for 2 years and I only spoke to Carl Groves, Jr one time for less than 10 minutes and only 30 minutes prior to my court hearing. I received a letter from the Social Security Administration afterwards that I didn’t understand and I called Gretchen and left a message. Nobody returned my call. I then received a letter from SSA that an appeal had been filed by Carl Groves. It is now 8 months later and I just found out through DHS that my case was denied. The communication here is horrible and they ignore you and when you leave an honest review that they don’t like they then suddenly respond. Too bad I can’t share the voicemail on my phone after my most recent hospital visit (July 2021). It will prove how they just post random responses based on feelings instead of facts. Hire a lawyer. I stand by my review.

If it wasn’t for what seems to be a communication problem within the office it would certainly be five stars! I would recommend them to anyone and have. My representative was very knowledgeable and prepared me well for my appeal which by the way was approved and also got me more than what the judge wanted to give me. I talked to several Lawyers and after talking to Tara Sanders I made the decision to use disability consulting as my representatives for my s.s.d. Appeal because they used to work for the social security administration and know how the system works. Also their success rate and the fact that they only charged 25 percent was a big deciding factor for me. Thank you

No Good, Find Other Representation Who Will Openly Communicate With You. I Was Left To Do Most Of The work Myself. Like Getting Medical Records Etc. I Went To Jail For 18 Months, And They Withdrew From Representing Me, But Watch When My S.S.I Is Approved, I Bet They Will Want The 33 And A Third Percent That I Signed To. If You Want Me To Change Or Revoke My Honest Review Then Send Me A Confirmation Letter That You No Longer Represent Me And That You Withdrew From My Case On April Of 2017. Why It Is So Hard To Get Answers From You All Is Beyond Me. Please Contact Me To Resolve My Issues. I Cant Say That It Is Carl Groves Because I Never Talked To Him After Signing Their Papers. Mainly The Staff That Either Doesnt Relay Messages, Or Dont Keep Up With Their Clients And Cases.
