My last visit to the Warren County DJFS was much better than in the past. I went to drop off requested signed applications for Medicare disability benefits as well as SNAP benefits.Ive never seen this place to be a ghost town, but this particular day I seemingly had the office to myself. No taking a number, no waiting, straight to the window to be warmly greeted and helped with my business. I was in and out in less than 5 minutes.Thank you,Warren County DJFS

Child support services will not let you speak to a human. They just hang up on you !! So you call Human services and they leave you on hold for hours and continue to repeat that your position is 6 over and over and over !!!

They seem very nice their dogs but I seen some dogs that didnt have any water or food or anything made me very sad to see the water bowls empty all dogs should have water all the time they didnt get on it people support animals are alive they need the same thing you need

While the help they offer is real, they frequently lose paperwork and its extremely hard to get a hold of people on the phone and get calls back. The people I have dealt with have all been very nice though.

This facility has put a single parent family with disabled children through the most impossible experience for 5 FIVE months. We were only asking for some food assistance. I have gone through the appeal process and was found that this facility practices unlawful and unjust denial actions. It is by far the worst I have ever experienced and will be finding every way to complain about the place that has caused such hardship on my family and children. Especially when we most definitely qualify for such resources.

These ppl are so dedicated to helping the public. Its rare that i encounter someone that seems to hate their job/dealing with the public. I appreciate these ppl & what they did everyday emensely. Only frustrating thing is the phone lines, they are always busy & you can be the 10th person in line for over an hr.. If youre still on hold by or after 430, they hang up on you bc th they are technically closed no matter how long before you called & were in line to speak with someone. Super aggravating.

This place is not very good. They dont call you back even after months, tell you not to leave more than one voicemail but still dont call you back. I asked to speak to a supervisor, got her voicemail, left one, still no call back after 4 days when she says she will call within 24 hours. Never did I have this kind of problem with butler county or Hamilton county. We applied for assistance in July and got approved in October but nobody will answer the phone to tell me anything. Human arc had to tell me I got approved. This place is a joke.

They are rude never return your phone calls lose paperwork. I turned in My paperwork for the third time over 2 months ago. I have also called to see progress all I get is well mam we are behind .

Typically long waits. Case workers for most part are rude condescending and unprofessional. Have heard case workers discussing and sharing private information about clients as well as making fun of clients multiple times for no other reason than their own amusement

Left feeling confused because of the lack of help from employees. I told them I was a first time person looking at what benefits were available to me.

Well considering Ive just recently recovered my assistance back after having a disgruntled job placement agent not comply with federal laws and reporting my end date because of me having my civil rights being violated I lost my job had no food assistance even before hand only recieveing 200 dollars a month to feed myself and 3 children being a single mother and human resources wouldnt even provide me with fair treatment, only recieveing 86 dollars a month for child support because human resources takes the other half so until I got my income taxes I had 86 dollars a month to feed 4 of us. My entire income tax after working the entire year and rupturing my hernia this is how I received help . I was told Id have to work community service to only recieve 500 for the entire time which wouldnt pay my rent and furthermore not even be accepted because that wasnt the full amount. Every penny I received in my taxes had to pay past bills feed my children and try and provide them with a poor Christmas because of the situation and no government assistance. My 11 year old child having spina bifida and scoliosis and a behavior disorder. This is the human resources I received.

Seems that the people in this facility have a very hard time getting anything right or listening to anyone apparently they are so used to dealing with constant Liars that they just assume everyone is lying to them
