Ive been going to the Community help center for years they are so pleasant to be around it is a clean place you can shop very easily everything is in this place if you need help with food clothing cookware are you just starting out in these furniture this is place to go theyre always there for you and always ready to lend a helping hand.

A sometimes hostile work environment. May explain why theres high turnover.

The employees could be more friendlier here. Thats the only problem this location has ever had is employees not so nice.

Had quite alot of household items to donate. We were greeted by a very nice gentleman who helped unload our pickup, and wish us well. A good way to keep donations local.

The community center needs the help. They help lots of people who have very little. We always donate our clothes and items that we fill are useful to ones in need.

They have a lot of great items at a really good price. You youve never been you should definitely check it out. If I remember correctly they only take cash, no credit/debit cards.

The workers are always an absolute pleasure,so helpful and very personable. Though they have no public restroom I am not shamed for taking my toddlers in when needed, that is very much appreciated. THE PRICES ARE AS THEY SHOULD BE AS GOODWILL NEEDS TO BE. This place has been a blessing to the entire city of Lebanon. Ty

They play favoritism on who wears a mask! Apparently some has to & some dont.I was told I couldnt shop unless I had one on. Yet other didnt have to including workers.

Always love coming in here as they typically restock their shelves daily with new stuff and you never know what you might find and never the less also at rock bottom budget friendly prices.

This place Ill give three stars just cause they help people in need. But when I went with a friend that needed help, they kept turning her away because of just not enough time tell they closed or the paper stating where she living didnt have something on it. By the time she had everything she didnt need help any more. Plus you have to have good stamps. What about the ones that cant apply anymore.

The center has a variety of things to browse and excellent prices! Staff is very nice and cheerful! Stop in and explore, you never know what youll find!

Thought this place was like Good Will. It is not. I love Good Will for all the stuff you can get. This place is only for country residents who are in need. The only things for sale are clothes, not the goodies you find at Good Will

They make you wear a mask ridiculous never shop there again, I think it infringes on people s rights which is wrong,theres one thrift store across from police station if rather go they do not infringe on peoples rights to wear a mask, you dont have to wear one there

Love the Staff. Tons of useful items. If you lost something, they may have one, or ten. Looking for a Wear One Time outfit? Look here, cant beat their prices. Lost that favorite spatula? They may have another you like better. Always something different. Need a cheap upcycle project? Drop in and see what you can think of next.

This shopping location accepts cash only. There are gems to find but lack of space means lack of display and shelf organization. They appear to use most of their resources in direct support of people in need. I feel good donating here.

This is my favorite thrift store! Yard sale prices in the comfort of a climate control building. Plus the money that I spend for good junk goes to help people in the community.

If you are looking for a place to donate items to help others then this should be your only option in Wilson County. They actually use the money from sales of donations to help people in our own community. The big box charity donation stores use most of the money in admin and corporate costs.

A good place to get rid of old/worn items that other less fortunate people may need. Ive had hand me downs all my life.

A lotta cheap used stuff, parking can getta little cramped, people are really nice there, and the bathroom is for people who work there

Horrible attitudes especially towards children. Will not ever go back. Everything was filthy and prices were not accurate for the qaulity of the items.

Great place to donate your gently used items where all the proceeds be fit the local community residents in need.

Its a great place for anyone to shop for deals on used items and clothes. People who are on low income can receive a voucher to shop for clothes once every 60 days. You can receive a voucher for a winter coat for each family member every winter. The Help Center helps fight hunger by providing a food box to those who qualify. Sometimes they help people fill prescriptions for antibiotics when they dont have insurance or money. They post job listings so that people can find a job to improve their lives. Everyone is so friendly and helpful doing everything they can to ease the burden of life for the needy. Yes, you have to apply for food stamps before they will give you a food box but that is only the first time. They want to make sure you are getting every assistance available. After that you can come back for food boxes again. I dont know how often because I dont ask often. But it has to be after your stamps are gone, a certain amount days. You can call and ask.I have only seen improvement on the condition of the store. I have to use a wheelchair to get around and the wedding dresses used to be in the way do I had to run over the bottom of several of them to get past. Now they been moved to the opposite side of the room out of the way and I have no trouble being able to get through to shop. Every garment I have ever received on my voucher has been clean, some were obviously just dry cleaned with no wrinkles even. Nothing smelled bad either. I have always had a pleasant shopping experience. In February when I was recovering from an angiogram, angioplasty and stent placement followed by pneumonia I wanted to shop for a birthday gift for my husband. I barely started before I realized I didnt have the strength. I managed to get to the counter where a wonderful lady sat me in a chair and shopped for me. She brought things to me for my inspection and searched until we had found the limit for him then shop for clothes for me as well. Ive only ever met 2 unpleasant people working there and 1 isnt there any longer. The other one is usually working in the back and doesnt have contact with the customers.

Bring your unwanted items to community help center and help the less fortunate ones in your community or town.if your needing something for your home or family call them first you may get it alot cheaper hopefully by shopping at your local community help center

I think it is good our community has a store to help our neighbors but upon my recent visit, I found it very unpleasant. This place is very disorganized and has a bad odor but my main complaint is the rudeness of the personnel. Not one person had a pleasant attitude.
