There are many good things about this company, too many to list. Lisette and the rest of the staff go out of their way to be helpful and save you money. I have heard this from multiple other people as well. They are HONEST, and that can be hard to find in a company. If you need an honest appraisal of what is going on with your system and a reasonable repair price, this is the place!

They dont pump your septic. Only repair. They were helpful in finding someone who does.

This business was hired for a new septic system install, of a home we purchased. We moved into our new home the day after install. After the first rain the ground was literally caving in, due to the soil not correctly being compacted. Sinking past your ankles in mud. We had neighbors ask who did the work, because it looked so awful.. we decided to find out who did the work and give them an opportunity to fix it. We were told this was “normal settling”. Please avoid this company if you don’t want poor craftsmanship.I would also like to add that we received two separate opinions, one from a local septic system place, and one from an excavation company, that this was lazy and poor work and that this is not “normal settling”.When Affordable Septic didn’t like us asking questions, and calling them out on the carpet, we were called a peach, and rude, and told they will not be back to fix THEIR laziness.

When I bought my house I had them come out to inspect the septic tank, they went over everything quickly and answer all the questions I had.Great service and knowledge.

As a real estate broker, we are constantly facing deadlines to avoid closing delays. I had called almost every septic company in town and Lisette was the ONLY one who listened to what the issue was, and scheduled us in her already packed schedule to accommodate. Her prices were considerably lower than other bids and she actually explained each and every charge and what they would be doing. She always returned my calls/emails. They showed up when they were supposed to, finished the job in a day and left my clients ecstatic to be able to close on time without weeks of delay. Extremely grateful!

We trusted Lisette and were let down immensely. We were on a timeline to install our septic by October. We contacted her in August, and she gave us a bid. We decided to proceed, even though there was a potential for other bids, we were wanting to be cautious for our timeline. At the end of September, she told us she couldnt do our job until next year, after taking a $750 fee for a little over an hours worth of work. The only reason we paid this amount was because we thought she would complete the job. I emailed her several times and we were unable to come up with a consensus on the amount of money due. We would have liked to have some of our money refunded. She chalked it up as a misunderstanding, even though there were three of us there and she never mentioned it might not happen this year. We trusted Lisette and were let down. If youre looking to do a septic, private message me and Id be happy to point you in the direction of a reputable company.

BEWARE!!! I had Affordable Septic come out and they told me i needed an entire new system at the tune of $25,000. I got the permits and paid Lisette $750 to do the plan. I decided to get a second opinion and the company i called advised me to have an inspection on the tank because they could find nothing wrong with it. I had county inspection done and there was nothing wrong with the tank. All i needed was a new drain field. Affordable wanted $10,000 for new drain field and the other company came out and said they would be happy to help me since i had already been through so much. It cost me $5,000 in the end and i wasted so much time and money with affordable. Dealing with this company was a nightmare. I hope my bad experience will save someone else the money i was taken for. They knew that i am a disabled grandmother living on a very tight budget so i dont understand how they can sleep at night.

I called affordable septic, they came out promptly and helped trouble shoot the issues I was having! They went above and beyond what I was asking for, even coming by after hours to check things out! They have been very helpful, timely, and knowledgeable whenever I’ve called and used their services.

Lisette came out to our property in November 2017 to check on an alarm for our septic tank. We had just bought the property and came from the city so we were still learning. My husband was at work and I was at home with out then 8 month old son. Lisette fit us into her already very busy route and came to look right away. Thankfully it was an easy fix as our breaker box wasn’t labeled correctly. Now we are actually having an issue with the septic tank again and Lisette is the first and only person I will call to come out. She was so kind and knowledgeable in our previous experience. She took the time when she was slammed to make sure I understood what she was telling me and treated me well. This time she has again fit us in extremely quick and I look forward to receiving the same awesome customer service and knowledge as before.
