Never had anything but a good experience with them

Greer Septic was very prompt (they were at my ouse in less than an hour), and perfromed the service of pumping our septic tank. I would recomend them in the future they took great care of us.

Now a days, getting someone to respond to you is hard enough, THEN getting them to show up and do what they say they are going to do is almost impossible. I am so thankful that Mr. Greer does both of those things. He is honest, he tells you what needs to be done and doesnt pressure. Highly recommend.

Save yourself the headache and look elsewhere. Seriously, if youre still reading this then youve already wasted too much time. We paid him an exorbitant amount of money for a septic inspection, which only entailed looking at our grass to see if there was signs of sewage. For the money we paid him, we could have hired someone to actually find the septic tank (which he didnt even attempt) and then actually inspect the tank (which, again, he didnt do.) Again, I beg you, find someone thats actually BBB accredited and youll save yourself money and a whole lot of headache.

Ronnie did a great job. He got out to my house the same day I called him and he pumped my septic tank for less than all of the competitors. I will be using him from now on!

We called him out to pump last year. When he came to the house two days later, he said he could only pump the liquid side because the solid side was under the pavement of our driveway. We were to call back when we had the money for him to escalate the driveway which would be an additional charge. This past Sunday, our septic was backing up out of both cleanouts (the 2nd being near the house like he was informed last year by my mother). We called another company yesterday who was at our house by 10 this morning. Both sides were cleaned out thoroughly and we were informed a lot of sludge was left in the side that was supposedly cleaned out last year. I know who we will be calling from now on. Very unhappy with what we discovered. Giving 1 star was being generous.
