Wow AMAZING SERVICE BY KEN! SUPER IMPRESSED. I am from out of town and was having a nail emergency with my dip and Ken saved my day! They came out beautiful 😍❤Also covid precautions are on point and well thought out! SUPER CLEAN !!!! I do plan on returning in the future def worth it to come here. I also want to mention customer service was amazing 👏 Ken talked with me the whole time and really listened to what I want! I appreciated that and I also loved the conversation. The staff is friendly and serious about keeping customers safe and quality of service ! Great job!

Absolutely terrible job, the photo of the matte nails off of Google images was what was requested. He did the wrong shape, wrong color, made fun of her while she was getting them done, and left a mess of glue underneath. I called and patiently requested a refund, but they would not help. I had asked if the person was new, and they claimed they had 25 years of experience. This place used to be great, truly disappointed how downhill they have gotten.

I have been going to Luxury Nails for many years. I am always extremely happy with their services. Never a complaint from me.

I called a week ago to set up an appointment for my girlfriend and I. The people I spoke to were very nice and accommodating. We ended up having to cancel our appointment due to unforseen circumstances, but my first impression was well met. 5/5 for customer service over the phone.

Terrible at acrylics, can not get the shape down and they ended up super thick and lumpy. I even went there twice. I didn’t even want to pay, but did anyways, and he kept hassling me for a tip. 10/10 do NOT recommend

This is my first time coming here. This nail salon was absolutely amazing. Had a pedi and a full gel set done that came out EXACTLY how I wanted it. They work extremely hard and take pride in their work. Very friendly and sincere staff. I will be making this my new regular new spot!!

Had a great time! Wanted to get my nails done after work on short notice. They had an opening and even got me in 30mins early. Covid19 precautions top notch (a new kn95 before you walk in, sanitizer, temp check). My woman was super sweet, gentle, and did an awesome job on my nails. In and out in 40mins. Will return in the future. 💅👍

Great pedicure and they are really taking all kinds of Covid precautions. I felt very safe and pampered for my first pedicure in over a year.

4/18/2021 *my appointment was not on April 3. It was 10 days ago. I will not be calling you to resolve this issue. I do not want to come sit for another appointment for the reasons listed below.4/17/2021 For starters, the salon was very clean and I felt like they did an over the top job at covid precautions.Originally, I wasn’t going to write a review, but my dipped nails came up less than a week after I had them done which has never happened at any salon I’ve ever been to. Second, the guy I dealt with the entire time was unprofessional. I felt like he was trying to sell me on added services the entire time. At one point I wasn’t sure if I would rather be at a used car lot, cornered by an old friend that just told me of a new product that she just started selling, or sitting across the table from this guy. When he wasn’t telling me why I needed an extension on my nails or something else he was telling my his opinions on covid and the covid vaccine and why he doesn’t believe in it. For over an hour he blabbed on and on and on. Then, he asked me my opinion on how much longer he should keep these precautions in place and switching to a morning only screening, because the masks and other costs were getting expensive. However, I will say that I’ve never paid this much to get my nails dipped so I’m assuming I was up charge for the mask they made me wear. Everyone is entitled to there own opinion, but the reason I get out to “pamper” myself is to get away from the work place where covid is constantly talked about. Easy to say that I will never come here again. I’m sure they have numerous great employees that I would get along with, but I can’t risk it with my time and money.

They are so nice and understanding and patience with you, the young lady who did my nails was very gentle. She did a amazing job doing my nails they came out beautifully and strong!! Definitely worth the visit! And they are not very expensive very good price for how well they are done!

I had the best experience here the person I had was really great! He took my old nails off that were a disaster from elsewhere. But he was patient and listened to what I wanted. My nails came out way better than the picture!!!!

Absolutely the best nail salon anywhere in the upper valley. I’ve lived in several cities and this salon would thrive with the best of the best. It’s very relaxing, very clean, and is almost always on time for appointments. Just wear a mask and tip well because this team deserves it.

I had a fill done on my nails and Henry i think was his name did them he did exactly what I wanted and went above and beyond he takes pride in his work and these days that is so hard to find this will definitely be where I get my nails done from now on!!!

I’ve been going to Luxury Nails for about 15 years, and I will never go anywhere else. I don’t live in the area anymore but I still travel to have them do my nails. It’s clean and the technicians are friendly, and they know what they’re doing. The owner always makes sure to use the best products, so I can go several weeks in between fills. They are also very accommodating to large parties. If you want a high quality manicure or pedicure for a reasonable price, call Luxury Nails!

I made an advanced appointment for 1 pm, and at 1:40 there was not even a hint of getting started. I finally left because of the completely callous disregard for my time (despite having made an advanced appointment). Cant speak to the quality of the nail service itself because they do not value their customers enough to even provide it within a reasonable time frame. I can respect that they might be busy, but I am at a loss to understand why they gave me an appointment if there was absolutely no way they could have kept it.

First time in, they had time to take us right off, they were very hygienic about everything, gloves, fresh pumice kits, (which they gave us after) and very kind. The pedicures looked great after!

Ive been coming here for a few years now. Theyre friendly, efficient, fun & reasonable. Having owned a store up the road for 10 years, I know how critical some people can be when you strive to serve them. These people work hard & Im happy to see the place always so busy. Keep up the great work...we need more places that care as much as you do. The only knock if I were forced to write one, would be that my 10 lb poodle-mutt (aka Chewy) isnt allowed inside (hint-hint)

The nail tech working next to me has ALL the personality. He engaged with and entertained everybody. I wish I knew his name. He was aces! The prices are inline with most other salons and they are open on Sunday(which is what I need). I only gave 4 stars because my tech was speaking Vietnamese(?) most of the time when looking at my nails. It may have been harmless but it was uncomfortable. I will return as he did do good work and like I said, the guy next to him.

The man who did my nails was amazing. He made conversation, and overall made this experience highly enjoyable. The environment was clean, and the music was pretty good. I would defiantly recommend coming here!!

I love this place. Ive been going to that place for a while. Plus I like never get my nails done and when I do this place is the frist place I think of for getting my nails done.

I would give them 0 stars if it were possible. HORRIBLE service. I have never had any of my appointments start on time and they usually start 15-30 minutes late. They’ve cut the side of my finger multiple times and just continue on like nothing happened. My nail polish (shellac by the way) chipped the day after I got them done. I went in and asked if they could fix it. They then proceeded to tell me I could sit and wait until they think they have time to do it and I told them I couldn’t because I was already late picking up my son from daycare yesterday due to them taking me 30 minutes late past the start of my appointment time because he took a walk in before me. He asked me to come back a different day which I responded I couldn’t because I’m going out of state this weekend. I asked for some kind of refund so I could find someone else to fix it and he refused. He eventually just took me to fix it. He then asked for my name and the spelling and wrote it down. I told him not to worry I’m never coming back. When I was leaving he started laughing at me. Worst nail salon experience I’ve ever had. I would never recommend someone to go here! Unless you want RUDE customer service, CRAPPY nails and LATE appointments because they NEVER get you in on time.

I was getting a manicure with gel polish and I was with a friend. We had just finish a pedicure when we got up. My friend made a dent in the polish and the guy refused to fix it. Then my person was really nice when I got a dent and so she fixed it but when I went to go put it in the UV light the guy (we think the owner) came over and said no to putting my finger in the light so I had to leave with my nail not finish and I had to go home and take it off. So I walked around with out paint if my finger. We also waited forever. They take over a hour to get you in and seated.

Went in and had an appointment at 5:30. But 6:15 I still wasn’t called up and just got up and left. They never said how much longer or anything. Super unprofessional. Don’t give out appointments when you can’t keep up on the time. 20 min can be acceptable but not almost an entire hour

This place is a JOKE!Don’t even bother making an appointment because they will not honor it... at all. You will be waiting longer then walk-ins.Icing on the cake is their customer service skills... NONE.They were EXTREMELY rude and unprofessional.Go elsewhere!!My friend recommended Nancy Nails so I am going to try there now.

Very friendly and clean and loved the music the played. BUT my nails were lifting a week later and the gel didnt cover the whole nail and gel was bubbling. Not worth $50
