Bad people to deal with

Ceva called my husband did an interview with him and he went in for a drug test. He told his recruiter Maria that he will give his two weeks to start on January 6th, after his drug screening he called and called finally the management for recruitment said on January 7th his position was put on hold but as soon as it comes off hold they will call him to start .. the max they said should be two weeks well in between that time he called to check on his position NO ANSWER FROM ANYONE, me and him left voicemails asking for answers to wants going on and no one returned our calls, going on 3 weeks and still no call from anyone. It seems like a great company and I’m sure they mean well but communication is terrible. My husband gave his two weeks and he was out of a job because of what they did and the lack of communication. We just had a newborn baby and could not afford this hiccup

Live unloading been two hour they didnt start yet. They are too busy with drop of trailers. All I can say services is very poor and unprofessional. Good for 10 hour reset.

Drop and hook facility. Plenty of room to maneuver. Make sure you slide tandems and break seal before check in. Also take the seal in to office when you check in.

Paper work is always ready,ladies at the desk are fast.

The people here are slow, rude, will not open the exit gate.... I have sat for 20 minutes waiting to get out. I refuse all work when Ceva is involved !!

Absolute worst service. Check in/out kiosk has a dispatcher in Texas. People in the office range from well intentioned to outright blatantly incompetent. I pick up the same load every day and will wait up to 2 hrs some days. Whats worse is I have to commute back to Nashville, and from there to, Murfreesboro with nightmarish traffic conditions. God help you if you have to deliver to this place.

I was surppose to do a drop and hook and my trailer was not ready until 4 hours later.

Dispatch office is okay, but the guys who is unloading very slow. Getting one pallet out and not coming back at list 5 minutes. So Crazy...

Poor service no communication do not give a damn about drivers to busy playing with other staff members and always on personal cell phones PATHETIC !!!!!
