One of the worst places Ive ever been to for trucking. Showed up 2 hours early. Made me wait until my exact appointment time. After that they bounced me around docks for many hours until I finally left. At which point they penalized my company for me leaving. Many other drivers also left.

Pretty nice lady at check guard, arrive 2 hrs before appointment and put me in a dock less in 1 hr got loaded

Not a bad place if you live around, they let you drop trailer, call you back once loaded

In ans out fast. Security guy kinda weird however overall faat service

True true true poor slow service we arrived at 5pm for our 6pm appt when we got door they didnt finish getting us loaded till 2am rude guard shack employee said they are over shipping but understaffed 8 hrs to get loaded record breaking for us never waited so long lol.

Wasted all day long. First they loaded for 4,5h. At the security I got paper with weight 37000 everything was double stack in front of trailer of course huge overweight for drive axle. But they told we need scale ticket. I went to pilot closest scale 20min away. Around 39000 drive axle with slided tandems. Came back they reload with wrong weight. Completely unprofessional and not organized

Checked in at 9:30 for a 10:00 appointment. They sent me to staging area telling me I was late. They said appointment was 9:00. Called broker to straighten it out. At 11:45 they admitted to broker it was their mistake. Finally got unloaded at 12:20. THERE WERE NO OTHER TRUCKS THERE. They made me wait for nothing. VERY ride woman at guard shack. Only stamped one of five BOLs. When I asked to have her stamp them all, got a very rude reaction, slamming stamp on desk and shoved paperwork back at me through slot in window. Never again will I go to that place. I dont treat anyone like that and will not tolerate being treated that way.

Sat for 4.5 hours, no sign of getting loaded. Called Convoy and cancelled the trip. DO NOT TAKE LOADS that come into or go out of this place. They must be horribly understaffed and dont seem to care.. The worst DHL facility that we have been to.
