We all know Comcast uses predatory business practices. We need to legislate some change--make internet a public utility so they cant just rip people off because they forget to call and cancel once the promotional rate ends. Im even thinking a class action suit would be appropriate to recoup some of the funds theyve stolen from the public. They are effectively a monopoly and able to do this because we have no other options.
The staff is so incredibly helpful and kind. They are the perfect example of what great customer service looks like. If i could give 10 stars I would. They are polite, understanding and it feels like family every time i go in to the office. : )
Worst company EVER! Constantly increasing the price of services, all the while claiming its because its now faster and better even though Ive personally never even noticed an improvement if any was indeed made. Frankly, I dont WANT faster internet! I WANT reasonably priced and STABLE internet! Something that these people cant seem to provide regardless!
I went to return equipment and they did their job. I ended up there because Comcast/Xfinity didnt want to keep a 2 year customer by giving me an affordable rate. I was advised when I signed up two years ago Id be eligible for a much lower rate when my 2 year contract was up. NOT TRUE. Wouldnt you want to keep a good paying two year customer?? Well the employees in their call centers were not interested and I gave them 2 Chances.Its much easier to keep a customer than to go out and find new ones.
If it was possible to rate this business with a negative star, I would. Their customer service is abhorrent and they push everything through to xfinity whos customer service is equally as horrendous. If there is another game in town, play that one and avoid Comcast.
Very quick, and easy to resolve my service request. Makes a huge difference going in person, into an office versus dealing with a national customer service phone number.
Went into the store Dec 3 signed after selecting package and returning equipment not in use. Agreed to a 2 year contract/promotion whatever you’d like to call it for $140 per month. Received my 1st bill for $140.08- perfect! Just what I expected- yes!!!Next month $188- prices increased I was told on December 20th and I was given a credit for $48 but was no longer eligible for the credit.... oh and I’m in a two year contract so I have to pay cancellation fees.WORST COMPANY EVER!
Staff here is always friendly to us and willing to help however they can from understanding your bill to changes on your account.
I know Comcast gets a bad reputation, but its no fault of the local office. Theyre very helpful and friendly people working here.Many of the reviews here seem to be reflecting the corporation as a whole, which yes, can be pretty awful for customer service.
WORST CUMSTOMER SERVICE! Each person you speak with says different information or will put you on hold for a hour. When you ask to speak with a manager or someone in charge supposedly you cannot do that because managers do not take customer calls. What are they doing if they cannot speak to a customer? I would not recommend Comcast to ANYONE it has been a month of back and forth with them for us to get no where.
Staff is accommodating and nice but business practices are lacking on a corporate level that forgets about the customer over accounts.

They are a no-show for my service upgrade. Missed a half day of work. A computer voice now tells me I have an appointment later in the week at a different time. Supremely crappy service. You should all be ashamed of yourselves and try to get jobs with a real company.
Returned my equipment since we moved to a location without Comcast. Location is conveniently located off route 120. Staff was cordial and professional.
Unfortunately they are totally useless and unhelpful. Zero Star if it is an option. It would be better to call xfinity customer service to make your requests done. I hope they will be improved in the future.
I complained about my COMCAST phone/internet/TV package going up $25 a month and was offered a new package (Robin in South Burlington) for only a $10 increase where I would only lose three channels (Uplifting, ID and WE). I was assured all other channels and services would remain the same. However, that night I found many channels including TV Land, Starrs and NHL) were also excluded. When I called I was told I could get those missing channels back with a new package for $199 a month. I could not go back to my original package (the one that was increased from $153 to $178 a month) because they didnt offer it any longer. The bottom line is I was misled, Jennifer from Enfield, CT acknowledged, but there was nothing she could do about it. So I am stuck with an inferior package for $10 more than I was paying or have to increase from 153.31 month (my September, 2018 bill) to $199.00 a month to get the same package I had. This is pretty sleazy in my opinion and unacceptable. I have contacted Vermont Dept. of Public Service Consumer Hotline and will speak with them next week.
The price aint worth the problems we experience with the cable boxes, remote troubles, and the constant fixes associated with having cable. Were so close to dropping cable permanently.
The worst customer service ever is right! I waited 8 hours for them to hook up wifi and tv, they said they came and I wasnt home, BS big time! Then they said they would were going to expedite it for me - could they call me right back! Kiss of death! They never called and never intended to cal, they just wanted to get rid of me. LIARS! They are absolutely the worst customer service in the entire country, they were getting better but not here obviously. If the place I moved to didnt require only Comcast, I would NEVER get their service! Dont believe them or get their service if you have other options!
I never quite believed what friends told me about getting disconnected each and every time you try to call the Lebanon Comcast. Guess what?! Theyre right! Tried five times yesterday and six times today.Hope the home office of Comcast see this.
Truly the worst service EVER. I have never ever had even a neutral experience with Comcast, it has always been TERRIBLE. If you can avoid them, PLEASE save yourself a HUGE headache and disappointment.
Terrible customer service. Completely rude. They treat you as if you are lucky to be able to have their service. This is what you get with a monopoly, no competition = no care for the customers.

I have never in my life dealt with a business that has such horrible customer service. First Willam signed us up and outright lied about the price. We spoke with the manager who laughed at us saying there is nothing we can do they can charge what they want. Avoid this company!!!
Zero stars for Comcast. My bank sent payment to them and they said they did not receive anything. I tried for about half an hour to get a fax number that my bank needed to send proof of payment and Comcast said they did not have a fax number. Are you kidding me? Such a big company with no fax number! It is the worst service I have ever encountered. Even the service representatives dont have consistency with what they say. What a waste of my money! I wish they go bankrupt!

I cant think of a worse company to have as a provider for phone internet or cable. Im paying over $200 a month for a bundle and suposably there fasted internet available but yet it still takes an hour plus to stream one movie.
So disappointed, Had a simply question talked to two people and had extremely hard time understand the english language they were speaking. Then asked to speak to the office located in our area and couldnt even do that.
They failed to change address for service which resulted in me having to travel an hour away to spend almost 2 hours there to fix it then an hour drive back all while failing to uphold their customer satisfaction guarantee.
