They have horrible customer service!! The service is iffy most of the time. If there was some other internet in the area, Id use them!! Bill gets raised without notification or explanation. When you try to ask them about it, they get snotty and dismissive
They have increased the price of 50mb to 69 from 59 which had increased from 55 just a few months ago. they also advise me the rate will do up by $4 next month? Service sucks when there are football games on and evidently the service gets busy. Isnt there a limit on how much they can jack up the price?
You get a confirmation email of your payment, 12 hours later still without no service and no one can help.Their routers are suppose to be 2.5 & 5 ghz however they only push out 5 so none of the smart plugs will work. When called they have no idea what to do or even remotely help.You click on forgot password and never get the email making it hard to even get online to pay your bill.For the price you pay you get pretty poor service.
Update: received yet another bill from this company even after they said Everything is taken care of. I told them to remove me from their system but they said it wasnt an option. I have talked to the corporate office. What would you do? I think harassment charges sounds good to me.Sent me bills for 2 months after I quit my service. Tried charging me for the modem I returned.
Ive been trying to pay my internet bill for about a week as I have none of the codes... no one will answer the phone. Id say theyre great but I cant even pay my bill.
Its okay customer service to talk to someone to pay your bill wasnt so good got hung up on three times and then had the it person transfer me and it was still five minutes before five pm and they wouldnt answer. Not happy with my experience with them thinking of switching to another provider that cares about their customers.

Just tried tech support for an issue. Spent the entire time with a technician that had one word answers or “uh”. Clearly he was doing something else in the background and not focused on helping us. Needless to say our issue is still not resolved. We just set up our account and already the service has been disappointing to say the least.

I stopped using Fidelity approximately a year ago because they are too expensive when I have just one tv and a tablet. So I stopped by here to see if there have been any improvements via price and quality. The answer would seem to be no. Fidelity..You Are Too EXPENSIVE!!
What kind of communications business is constantly unavailable to communicate. Weve had WiFi for all of 4 days. It goes down and their 24/7 tech number doesnt ring through. The local number is constantly busy. What a joke.
Internet is best in town. Cable selection and service sucks and customer service is totally non existent. Best to go elsewhere for your needs
Internet always crashes and for the lowest speed available it starts at $39.99 and barely a year in and it goes to $63 dollars with NO warning! I am currently looking for something else. Besides that they said I didnt pay a month when my personal billing statement said I did! I had to pay two months at a time, plus all the late fees when I had proof of payment for the month in question! They would not except that proof or my word either one. Needless to say, I am searching for a new provider.
Horrible customer service. They tell me they will be at my house to set up internet and they never show up, I call and ask why they never showed up and she gets real hateful about how they didnt have time to come by my house that day that other calls ran over. Yes I understand some calls run over the estimated time but if you say youll be there on a certain day actually show up.
Have been a customer since October 5th 2017 (about three months) and in that time they have shut off my service because of someone elses bill and then expected me to double pay for the time of service, botched my direct withdrawal payment by putting in the wrong numbers and then charged for a bounced check, twice. Three times in three months, and they have not once done anything correctly. It is by chance I have service to report this.

I would honestly give this company no stars if I could... the service sucked all around, from the wifi being really slow constantly shutting off not working for days and as well as the help desk being not so helpful . After about 5 or 6 months of my year premonition my bill went up and then a month or two after that it went up again and then when my year was over it shot up. So the service got too expensive for my family so I paid my bills told them to turn it off and then got two more bills after that, I called the desk and they said I didnt have to pay that those bills were late mail and that my deposit was on its way but when the deposit never came I called and they had used my deposit to pay a bill for a whole month an a half after I had closed my wifi

Very reliable internet speeds. my xbox one pulls 120 of the 125 megs i pay for. if you say your experiencing lag on gaming then stop playing on the ps2. cause there is no lag and if there is its cause the host of the lobby has crap internet. the cable is a bit glitchy in some places but not very often and for cable internet and phone 130$ a month is not overpriced

Way over priced!! cable is glitchy and high speed internet is NOT high speed. i pay for the 60mg and only conect at 18mg. this is the worst cable provider i have ever had to use.. sure wish we had another company to use here in lebanon...

All my neighbors have this and I can not get it cus Im not in a area where they go tho the neighbor 15 feet away has it like huh.
