Ive called several times left multiple messages. No return call.

Never open! When you call you get an answering machine and its always full and cant take any more calls. I dont even know if theyre open!

I needed a new charger port and battery for my iPhone. Thank goodness Lebanon Computers had the parts in stock and was able to fix it for me in an hour. Charlie was so nice, bubbly, and friendly. They are very reasonably priced in my opinion. Thank you again for the great service!

My experience was awful. Dont go there. Its a filthy, dusty,sticky mess. Im sorry you had health issues. Thats not a reason to blow me off. They had an impact on my business. There is more than one person working there. Someone should have contacted me. Never,ever again. Go anywhere else,they dont know what theyre doing.

Brought my desktop down to be looked at and told her the problems before hand she said she thought it was a loose wire. Well she was correct and didnt charge me to tighten the wire. Very fair and speedy service took the password protection off from the previous owner as well. Will definitely come back again

Not helpful when the website says they’re open can you drive all the way from Sweet home to find out that they’re closed. Very inconvenience.

Took my laptop in for a cracked glass screen on a touch screen laptop. Finally after 3 months of waiting they tell me I have to buy a new motherboard for $600, because they broke the backlighting. They refuse to compensate me for their movie error. Incompetence and arrogance is all you will be met with by the degenerate man who works there. Ill make sure everyone I know goes elsewhere. Be warned!!!8-5-18 update. After attempting to reassemble computer and try to use hooked up through hdmi, computer will not power up. Ive meticulously gone through everything. Theyve rendered my laptop 100% inoperative.

Walked in to ask a few questions about my laptop that hasnt been running quite right, tech was friendly, very helpful and patient with me even though i felt some of my questions were silly. will definitely return should anything really be wrong.
