I emailed back and forth with Paul and he was fast at responding and we set up an appointment. I showed up for the appointment and he either wasnt there or didnt answer the door. His van was outside, so I assumed that he was there but just didnt answer. I tried calling about 4-5 times, emailed him just as many times about the appointment, and anything else I could think of. He completely ghosted me, hasnt called back or emailed me at all. Super weird!Because my issue was time sensitive, I went to a different that charged about less than HALF the price. Paul charges $75, this other place charged $35 an hour. Really really disappointed, I wouldnt even be leaving a review now if he had gotten back to me in the week or so since. Definitely not coming back here, now that I know there are cheaper, faster, and more reliable places close by

Very prompt. They did an awesome job of fixing my computer twice. I will use them again when needed.

Paul is the man! Hes a great computer tech whether you need routine maintenance or problem solving. He also puts on an annual Christmas Lights show called Cascade Christmas Lights that is a wonderful gift to Lebanon. Definitely check out the show and give Paul a call if you need computer help.
