Cyndi is just the sweetest. Her prices were competitive, the alterations were perfect and she completed prior to the expected completion date.I would absolutely recommend her to my family and friends and I plan to use her services again in the future.

Cyndi altered 3 dresses for me, 2 bridesmaid gowns and a mother of the bride dress. She did a great job with the alterations and finished them in a timely manner. I paid exactly what I expected to pay and did not feel like there were any surprises. She also took time to talk with me and offered some really encouraging words as we discussed all of the troubles my daughter was experiencing with her “pandemic wedding”. Overall, a great experience.

My daughter was invited to a dance that was 2 weeks away. Unfortunately, the dress she selected was too long. I called Cyndi and she said she could definitely hem her dress in time.Returned within a week, with amazing results.I will always remember Cyndi for my alteration needs!Thank you so much!

Needed a skirt for my sons wedding and had Cyndi Patterson help pick the fabric and pattern. Her attention to detail was outstanding and she made sure that everything was beyond perfect. She questioned if I wanted any changes, explained what she did, very detailed oriented. I would go back when another occasion requires her expertise. She was only happy when I was happy.

I had my wedding dress done by Cyndi and she did an awesome job. It was a job that had to be done 2 weeks before my wedding! Not only did it fit perfect but she even put the bustle in and was able to put the lace up on it in the back! She understood that it was an emergency situation and made sure to make my day special! We needed someone to put a corset back in my daughters prom dress. I had called every where and no one could get it done in time. Cindy not only got it done in time but did an amazing job. We cant thank her enough. The dress fit like a glove! We will never use anyone else!

Short story: my wedding dress lace bridal order was way to big! Huge even. I went to other places to see what they could do, and no one wanted to touch it. I found Cindy and she seemed very confident when I came to her. I was super excited. Things were going well until she cancelled a couple of appointments with me minutes before i was there, once she. I was in the drive way. After my mother and I came to the appointment Cindy got. My dress and started saying how it was super hard, and there wasnt anything else to do basically. I freaked out and then put my dress on. It was horrible!!!!!!!! The lace was coming off, the netting had holes!!!!, the back where it once was super low, went up 4 inches up my back. My hips of the dress were still completely not touched they still didnt fit me. I started crying. The seams are horrible it so bad I had to purchase another dress.... and still PAID Cindy. Never in my life would I ever recommend her to anyone with a dress. I WILL be posting pictures!

Cyndi did a great job on my uniform pants; all three pairs of pants were altered perfectly.

Seems like she has a problem cancelling appointments. Read the negative comment on here before mine and decided to give her a chance since all the other reviews were positive. We had an appointment scheduled for today at 1:00. Called her twice she ignored my call both times. I texted her asking if there was a better time to come back. Waited for 15 minutes no call back or response. Kind of unprofessional and rude. Very bummed because she seemed extremely friendly and confident that she could help with my wedding dress.

READ BAD REVIEWS TOO !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!When I got there to drop my stuff off she wasnt even there and her son was handling a very unhappy young girl who was there to pick up her uniform for a school function that night and it wasnt ready, I should have known then. I left a shirt and a duvet cover that I wanted a zipper put in. Never heard from her that she got it, how much the estimate was and how long it would take. So I called her. 4 weeks later I contacted her to pick it up at 3 on Monday. At 1:30 she texted me saying I had to come at 4. I rearranged my day so I could be there at 4. I text her asking five different times how much I owed her so I could get cash out, thats what she accepts. She never replied. I got there, her house smells so badly I was nauseated and had to wait 10 min until she came up. She did not even so the duvet at all. She sewed my shirt but did nothing to the duvet and said she needed a few more days. Unreal. She had 4 weeks to do it but said it would only take her 30 min so I said Id wait. She said why dont you just take it with you. I know this is long but shes very unprofessional to say the least.

I had Cindy hem two pairs of scrub bottoms for me and she did a fantastic job.

Cindy has been available and amazing in my last minute desperate needs since 2012!! I highly recommend her.
