This place is very unprofessional and untrustworthy. They are very quick to take your money but when things do work out as plan they take months to provide a refund. I would highly recommend not using this company when trying to bail/bond a loved one out. They are inconsiderate and they do not provide quality service to paying customers.

Its very unfortunate that I have to write a negative review, but Ive been trying to get a refund of 16K for 2 months now. Im only able to speak to someone from the call center, I can never speak to a direct staff member, they are always in a meeting and never return my calls. I ask to speak to a manager and Im never able to be placed in contact with them. They constantly lie to me, telling me they will be mailing out the check and I still havent received it. At this point they are avoiding me, I will continue to write a bad review every day until a manager calls me and provides me an answer!

I have been trying to get my refund for two years after being proved innocent after having to sell everything I owned just to have a chance to defend myself. These people are criminals nothing more DO NOT USE THIS BONDSMAN THEY WILL ROB YOU BLIND!!!!!!!!! I wouldve ran if I knew this bondsman would make me homeless and cost me my job over someone crashing into my car at 120mph and killing my daughter.

I do not want anyone to have the same experience that I have had with this company. Absolute garbage humans that must have a hiring policy that requires 3rd grade level competency.

This is a work from home Gig/Business, One of the agent was in a very nasty mood, advised we were bothering because they can only give us the same LIES/BS, Sounds like she was still sleeping in her bed!! We can never talk to the Boss / Head CEO or Supervisor, we were advised we would receive a call back, which I never received!!The agents argued each day on behalf of them completing the bond, which the prison advised nothing was posted!!which they do not answer the phone 24 HOURS a day to give a correct confirmation!

They got my brother out of jail same day. Kaley was very courteous and easy to deal with. She made the whole process very easy for me and my family from start to finish. Would use again

The girl in the office was so nice and very professional. My son was bailed out within a few hours of me signing all the paperwork. They were also able to get us in contact with an attorney who is helping my son out ALOT. I would highly recommend this company.

My experience with this company was great. I had no idea what i was getting myself into but they walked me through the entire process and helped me understand how this all works. They had no hidden agendas. Great place to do business.

Terrible policies; terrible bondsmen.

This company, is by far the most unproffesional, unreliable, slowest bails bondsman I ever dealt with. They took my money and did not bail out my person. The lack of communication and disregard for my case, was unbelievable. Come to find out they are suspended in Montgomery county because obviously they do not run a good business. I would give them negative stars if I could because they hurt me way more than helped me. Stay Away!!!!!********

The woman in the office made it very simple, paperwork was easy to fill out, my sister was released from Lebanon very quickly.

You Were Warned. Do no use this place. Paid these people cash to bail a friend out before Thanksgiving 2018. For days we got nothing but lies and the run around. Eventually I had to go post bond myself. Three months later still no refund of $5000 . Now had to call a lawyer to file a lawsuit to get the money back for a job they never did. Plenty of bond companies out there but dont use this one. Update.. as of May 2019 still no refund and numerous lies.
