Second day of my new job and I got a leak on I-65 headed into Indy. I sure didn’t want to change a tire in my dress clothes and there was no way my tire would make it all the way downtown. Thank goodness I was right about a mile away from the team at Pomp’s.Not only did the fellas open up a couple minutes early to get me handled, but they fixed my tire, aired up the other three and sent me on my way quickly and professionally. They were kind, understanding, and frankly… saved my bacon. (Thanks, Jimmy! I still owe you a nice cold beer!)Shop is clean and well lit. Chairs are comfortable, but you won’t be in them long. Easy to get in and out. Great staff.

Ive only needed their services twice in 20 years and both times they were a long shot, in whether they could help me or not. Both timed were tire flats. Once was a garden tractor tire and the other a wheelbarrow. Both times they had what I needed and fixed both without hesitation or question. Always polite and respectful. I cantrecommend them enough. I had gone to 2 other tire shops before finding Pomps. The previous 2 shops couldnt mount tires on a half size wheel (8-14.5) for my mobile home wheels. The service person at Pomps took my information and assured me it could be done. I was able to drop off 5 wheels and tires at the end of the day and they had them ready first thing the next morning. Good work and reasonable pricing!

Pomps diagnosed bad sidewalls on my RV ‘s steering tires. Ordered the correct tires and installed them in a very time efficient way. They visually checked the remaining tires and found no other problems. Quality folks!

Coming home from Indiana University, my daughter blew out a tire on I-65 just past the Lebanon exit. She talked to Pomps and they sent someone right out to her to put on the donut spare, gave her directions to circle back around on highway to get to the Pomps store, waited until they saw her take the exit successfully then met her back at store and got new tire on car so she could continue home - all in just over an hour. Great service and great people that helped her out. Thank you.

Took a small tractor tire in 3 days ago. Picked it up today stating it was repaired. Got it home and installed and it was still flat. Went to air it up and I could hear the leak. Called the office and no one has a clue who worked on it. Told me to bring it back. Horrible service, avoid these jokers at all costs.

Me and my family have been using Pomp’s in Lebanon for years! We always go to them first if something goes wrong. They have on multiple occasions, gone above and beyond with their service and are honest if they can or can’t do a repair. We love them!

They know what they are doing. These folks are professionals. You can say that about many other tire shops.

Bad experience. Made an appointment on a Saturday for first available the following Thursday. Dropped the car off Wednesday evening. Needed a brake line replaced that had ruptured in a rusty area. Received a call Friday afternoon (!) with a quote to repair the brake line and authorized the work. I was a little surprised to receive a quote a day and a half later as I had made an appointment. The work was estimated to require 5-6 hours. I called the following Monday mid afternoon to inquire on status. Matt told me the car was on the lift. Okay, as that doesnt tell me anything. So, I asked if the repair would be completed that day. Matt tells me probably not. At this point Im wondering why he doesnt ask the technician working on my car when he estimated completing the repair. I asked Matt if he thought tomorrow the repair would be finished? Matt said no because the technician working on my car was off on Tuesday. I had seen more than one technician working in the shop when I made the appointment. Better hope the technician working on your vehicle does not need to take time off as it appears once a tech begins a job, they stay on it no matter what. By Wednesday afternoon I called again and spoke with Matt. I asked how the repair was progressing and if my car would be completed that day. Matt responds the technician was bleeding the brakes. As this did not answer my question, I asked Matt if he would ask the tech if he would complete the repair that day so I could plan accordingly to pickup my car. Matt responded verbatim: Im not going to disturb the man while hes working. My blood pressure went to a very high level after receiving such an arrogant, moronic reply. I was absolutely dumbfounded and momentarily lost for words to respond. I ended the conversation with please let me know when the car is ready. Matt called me about an hour later and said the car was ready. I asked what the final repair cost was and it reflected 3 hours of labor. I did not waste my time asking why my car was in the shop 5.5 business days for a 3 hour repair. They made a brake line and were not waiting delivery on a special part. Picking up my car the next morning Matt was the one to process my invoice. No how can I help you? or a thanks for doing business with us. I was only asked what do you need? and the invoice pushed toward me after I signed it. If in the future I require automotive repair, I will definitely not return to Pomps in Lebanon.

We had a flat tire on I-65. Changed to the mini spare and drove over to Pomps. I the office personnel we were traveling and wanted to get back on the road ASAP. They repaired the flat and remounted the tire.Wait time was minimal.The wait area was clean and comfortable. The entire staff was very friendly and helpful. Pomp’s was responsive to our situation. I would highly recommend this tire business.

Unhappy. Dont get any call saying hey this happened while working on your truck. I have to question my bill its higher than what I was quoted. Not the first time this is happened. Not sure the reason why?

I had recently gotten my brakes checked from big o tire in whitestown and was told I’d need rear pads and rotors and a brake flush. I decided to go to pomps after calling around for the best prices. I was told my brakes are fine. The last brake job before I got the car was done without lubricant so I heard a noise when in reverse and when I was almost stopped. Ray lubricated everything and explained everything to me. I know where I’m taking my stang from now on.

We stopped at Pomps because we had a flat tire traveling to Wisconsin. I had just purchased 4 new tires at home. The one that went flat had a hole in it and was mounted wrong. They fixed the hole, mounted it the right way and checked all the rest of the tires to make sure they were mounted correctly. They also reprogrammed the tire sensor so it was right because the other place where I got the tires screwed that up too. They took my car in right away and I was back on the road in less than 1/2 hour. Then he refused to charge me for it. I left him a tip and many thanks. They were very personable, fast, clean and I would recommend them to everyone. Thank you again for all the help for an out of state traveler.

My rear tire blew out at 75mph going North on I-65 and I had to drive on almost a bare alloy wheel to safely make it to the off ramp. I was worried that the wheel would be declared too damaged to just replace the tire.Luckily Pomps was nearby as they were honest and didnt up sell a new wheel to a stranded traveler trying to get home to Wisconsin. A new tire was quickly installed and the price was great. Everyone working there was friendly. I couldnt be happier with the experience.

Had a slow leak in left front tire over the weekend. Got to Pomps in Lebanon as they were opening.Matt got me right in, the technician located the problem, made a quality repair and brought my truck back around, right to the front door.
