I met Kay when I worked at State Farm briefly and she was one of the nicest people I had ever run across- she made me feel comfortable and welcomed. I saw her recently at a MTSU football game and asked for her information so I could see if she could get me a better rate on my car insurance. She was able to do that and then some! Kay has your best interests at heart... she is honest, dependable and knows her business. She reaches out to me just out of the blue to make sure that I am ok on both a business and personal level. I have never had an insurance agent do that before! I was with my previous insurance agent for over 15 years and he never once called me even if I had questions regarding changes to my policy! If I have questions... even the smallest ones Kay will ALWAYS speak to me about this. This insurance has come through for me so many times that I cant even count. They helped from when I was a high risk candidate paying over $600 to 7 years later when Im laying less then $200 for car, renters and life insurance all together. My car was hit when it was parked in a Target parking lot by someone and I had just changed my deductible type like earlier this year. I didnt have to pay a deductible, and the car rental was free also. I came out of pocket for nothing. I have recommended others to this company, they have but failed me at all. If you have them, keep them!
