I have been with American Family Insurance for a total of 20+ years. I have utilized them for car, rental and life insurance during that time. I trust my agent, Vicky Denny in Lebanon, MO, 100%. Ive had a few claims over the years and have never been disappointed in the prompt, fair response. Claims are paid promptly and adjusters, when needed respond very quickly.I remember people telling me over the years to be sure and shop around for insurance every few years because if you stay with one company, their rates just go up. This is so far from the truth it is laughable! I DO compare from time to time, yet no other insurance company can come close to the premiums I pay at American Family! Call them, I bet they can SAVE you money!
