5 star customer service. I had an issue with an item purchased. Needless to say, they took care of it immediately. I wasnt passed off to the next person or ignored. I couldnt be happier working with this auction house. We will definitely continue to spend our money with them. 110% satisfied! Thanks!

The staff is very friendly and more then willing to work with customers. This is the best auction house to deal with out of many I purchase from.

New owners are terrible. Horrible experience. They collected 100s of items from an estate, initially claiming they only collected $28 total from their sale. When challenged it suddenly jumped up to around $200, but still far short of the value as they handpicked the items to sell. They never produced receipts for any items sold. Not worth litigating but I would avoid at all cost.

I’ve dealt with this auction several times as a buyer and the staff has been very friendly and I am in and out quickly to pick up the item.

Ever since this auction went under new management this has become absolutely wonderful. Staff from top to bottom this place runs so smooth. A fun filled auction definitely worth the visit!

The staff is great and they help you go through your items and tell you which things you have that are actually worth your while to sell in an auction. I like the fact that you can bring in photos or send photos in by email before you go there so you know what’s best to pack-up before you haul everything there. I really like their staff, they are very family orientated and also have some very knowledgeable antique experts on-hand that are known in the business and they give you an idea what your stuff might be worth before you sell it.

Dishonest. Falsely advertised items. Deliberate misguided descriptions. Buyers/sellers beware.

The most honest group of auctioneers I have ever bought from. Very much a family business and the family is courteous and professional. I have bought from numerous auctions all over Central PA and this by far is the best operated auction around.

Everyone at Kleinfelters Auction were very helpful when I had any questions on how they ran their auctions. Products are nice and well kept. I would go back any time.

Junk, terrible to consign with, doesn’t accept big ticket items, would rather consign yard sale items and still wants to charge 30% commission. Very disappointing to go there to attempt to consign. The only satisfying part of this auction house is the fresh air on the hour drive to and from.

Heard this place was great so I drove from over an hour away for them to take 2 things out of a trunk full of antiques. Some staff was friendly, others .. decidedly not. Very disappointed.

Dave Kleinfelter, is a sincere and nice man, his wife Deborah, also is very kind, and efficient. The Kleinfelters handled both my father, and grandfathers estate. Highly trusted, and in my opinion more of a sellers sale, stuff brings good money at their auction.

This place is a joke. If they don’t sell your items they get “donated” to a “church” or you can pay $2.00 per item to get your items back. No good for the honest working man. If your selling an estate this outfit isn’t prepared to give you what your items are worth, nor will they promote your items as well as other auction houses in the area. Hopefully this helps future consigner’s !!!Very displeasing and not too friendly. They don’t even deserve the one star I gave them !!!

Dont even know what to say except dissapointed with customer service. I wouldnt consign any items or even dare sell an entire estate through them. Very displeased with my experience on the phone and in person with Kleinfelters auction house!!! Look into other auction houses, its for your own good. Hopefully this helps other consigners.
