This was my first time visiting this nail salon since Im new to Leavenworth. The staff is really nice but honestly nothing was cleaned or new that was used to do my nails or toes. The gel paint job on my toes is probably the worst Ive ever had done. Same with my nails. I came in for a full new set and pedicure and paid $110. My nails started lifting and getting caught on my hair 2 days after and now its been a week and ALL of them are lifting and catching my hair. Ive never felt the want or need to ask for a refund until now. Like Im honestly extremely dissatisfied with this place. Save your money and go to Kansas City honestly.

The person did not clean up the previous customers nail clippings/ dust before doing my nails. Used the same towel as the previous customer. That really disgusted me. Also I put a tip down and my card was charged for 7 dollars more than what my total was including the tip I left? The staff was friendly but that alone would not be enough for me to return.

Absolutely will NOT ever be going back!! I decided to try this place for the first time and literally left in tears. I made an appointment and showed up 15 mins early then they had a regular customer walk in at 5 mins till my appointment and they took her directly back but left me sitting there then did not listen to a single thing I asked them to do with my nails I asked for square they are round, instead of shaving off the broken parts they glued them back to my nail which didn’t do anything except put glue on my nail and then burn the end of my thumb after I warned him it was getting hot. I refuse to pay for this type of service and I refuse to be treated this way. You want to make a profit maybe listen to your customers. If I could give the person a rating it would be zero the man who came over to ask what was going on was so nice and very polite but the older gentleman who did my nails was not and did not care to hear what I said when it came to what I asked for he simply did whatever he wanted to do.

I got a dipped set of nails and Dee was super careful in not cutting my cuticles. She even has plastic bits instead of metal so it doesn’t hurt. And Kay did my eyebrow wax and even ended it with a little temple massage. It was AMAZING

I enjoyed my visit here! They have brand new massage chairs that are wonderful. Normally I wouldnt like the chairs since they normally hurt, but these dont at all. Great customer service and quality of care. The price is reasonable for the services that are offered. Friendly and comfortable environment.

I got my nails done and they look, omg so bad. They look NOTHING like the picture i provided. There is hair in my nails, there is bubbles and white specs, the white i wanted done on the end of my nails look tragic like i let my niece paint them. I also wanted COFFIN NAILS NOT TRIANGLE NAILS. I paid $45 for nails that were maybe worth $10. Horrible. I am disgusted with how my nails look and will NEVER go back to JT Nails again. The one person that ever does my nails good there is the taller man. Ill start doing my own nails before going to JT Nails again.😒

Pretty decent place, if you don’t mind them speaking in their native language the whole time you are there. And I called to get my gel polish removed and they wouldn’t see me. But overall they are just ok.

Came in on a Saturday morning just before 11am, and got into a chair for a pedicure right away. They have lots of chairs and were doing a good job of taking care of clients. Everything was clean and nice. Technicians were super friendly. Will be going back!

I have been going here for over a year and Ive never had a bad experience. They always do amazing work and really take care of you. They dont rush you through they make sure they always do it right. I would recommend making an appointment in advance.

I went in for a soak off and gel manicure. I am not a regular and this was a walk in. The nail salon was busy but I didnt wait long. The soak off consisted of a bowl of pure acetone. The tech alternated between the acetone and filing off the finish. My nails are rough and uneven. The polish was slapped on in very thick coats. No effort was made to maintain a clean look. This is the sloppiest work Ive ever seen. I wouldnt recommend them if youre used to a finished, professional look. Just ridiculous.

I love this place, they are all friendly and kind. They do a great job on your hands and feet. I have not tried getting my eyebrows done but I am. Oh yeah they always make me feel welcome.

Friendly staff, and great service. I had a manicure/pedicure by Dee and she did an amazing job. I had an enjoyable conversation with her and she took her time and did not rush. I would definitely recommend asking for her, and I will be coming back for future appointments!

Didnt get anything special. Was 38 for full set and gel polish. I had a 5:00 appt and I got right in. The length of the nails are different. The staff was polite.

I hate that all of the nail salons here in Leavenworth are closed on Monday. Ive been here several times. JT does great and most of his female techs do, too, but the older man is not good. He tried ripping my acrylics off and caused so much pain. I was left with a few blood blisters under my nails. Despite that, Ive let him put ON my acrylics and hes not very good at that either. They were uneven, even after I showed him and he tried to fix it. Everything else was average. Not my preferred place for nails.

Visiting for school so I am always nervous about going somewhere new but this place was amazing! The staff were friendly and she did an amazing job on my eyebrows! If you are in town definitely check them out

I went there and the old man messed up my nails. I went to the owner and he said he couldnt fix it even tho it was just the nail polish. I would not recommendPlease use your money and go to JD nails and request Kelly she is the best!

I was VERY displeased. My daughter and I got gel manicures done on a Friday and by Sunday 3 of mine had completely peeled off. I went back to have them repaired and by the end of the week, every single nail had peeled or re-peeled. My daughter, 10, who is very gentle on her hands with no excessive water exposure etc, had the same issue. They were very sloppily painted regarding both color and top coat, for my daughter and myself albeit from 2 different individuals. I do not have kind words regarding the services I paid for.

Took my granddaughter and myself for nails she got full set and I got dip. Its less then 2 weeks and hers started popping off and my dip nails was so uneven and so thick they looked horrible and she just kept talking to keep me preoccupied. And they wasnt close to looking the same and my granddaughters had hair in one of them and acrylic off on the side of her fingers. I called talked to one of the woman and they said they cant do nothing. Not happy at all will not go back.

Did a walk in for a mani and pedi today. In pretty disappointed with the level of expertise of my nail tech. My nail tech was friendly, but he cut my thumb and my full set of nails are way too think and it has so much bubbles in nearly all the nails! I also had pedicure and I honestly, could have done a much better job doing it on myself at home. Not to mention, after they finished my pedi, the nail tech didnt even clean the tub and let another client use it! Thats just unethical! Definitely will not be coming back.

I really like JT Nail Salon. They are very professional and personable. Oni, who does my nails and my friends, is the best! She is good at her craft! The owner is a very nice man very professional and good to his employees. I have been going there 6 years and am very pleased with them.

I wanted to like it, but I really didnt. They told me they couldnt do like 3 very simple designs I found. Then I settled for one, and they still didnt do a very good job.
