Robert and his team with Pro Star Construction and Remodeling tackled an interior remodeling job on our newly purchased home. We were under a tight deadline with a long list of changes. Robert communicated throughout the process, brought our vision to fruition, stayed 100% on budget, and knocked it out in a timely manner! They replaced all the flooring throughout our one story room, did a full gut job on our laundry room, installed lighting throughout the house, painted, added conduit in the floor, and transformed an awkward dining room into an awesome game room. The game room conversion consisted of enclosing the space, adding a closet, lighting, sliding barn door, transom, shiplap and a 14 foot chalk wall that has delighted our kids! Robert and his team were great to work with and stayed to his original estimates. Even when we hit a couple snags we felt Robert had our back and he emphasized that he was not happy until we were. He and his team took pride in their work. We are happy to recommend their service to anyone looking for a great general contractor!

The Prostar team is a dream to work with. Robert & his team are *very* customer-oriented. Its clear they take pride in their craft & have meticulous attention to detail. We contracted with them to renovate our kitchen & bathrooms; they also retiled our whole house, replaced old fixtures & re-imagined our back patio. Its all perfect. I will absolutely work with them again & would recommend them to all our friends & family without hesitation.

My husband and I hired Pro Star to conduct a full remodel of our master bathroom, including moving walls, adding space, new plumbing, flooring, shower, fixtures, lighting, and custom cabinets. This was our first ever remodel so we were a bit nervous, but we didnt need to be. Pro Star was great to work with and did an amazing job. Communication was easy and efficient, I always knew what was going on. Everything was well managed and I easily trusted that everything would always be done professionally and to my full approval. Professional, timely and fantastic!We contacted Pro Star as we wanted a post and half wall removed. Robert gave me several scenarios to make sure what we wanted to do would fit into our budget. He then came out and took a look at the job to finalize what would need to be done. We received a quote and a contract, they then got started as stated.The entire process was smooth, easy and well done. Either Stephanie or Robert met out our house every day someone was there working. Their workers were impeccably neat, they took the time to plastic off the work areas so that the dust etc. was contained.To say we are thrilled is an understatement. Our entire living area has been transformed, the lighting in the kitchen is such a welcome improvement and the ability to move around our without that wall and post is exactly what we envisioned.We will definitely use Pro Star again in the future.

We hired Pro Star to remodel our outdated master bath. So glad we did. They did quality work and were professional at all time. We interviewed several General contractors but Robert with Pro Star came HIGHLY recommended to us by several people in our neighborhood. We cant wait to start remodeling our kitchen next. BTW, they even have a cleaning crew come in several times to keep the construction dust from getting out of control, made my life so much easier!! We will definitely recommend them to our neighbors, family and friends!

DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!! Extremely disappointed with Robert and his team. We wanted to get a quote from them for a kitchen remodel. Robert came to our house, saw the scope of work and said he would send us the quote in 3-4 days. After 4 days he still did not send anything. We tried to text and call him but no response. Finally he replied a week later with a lame excuse which was a dealbreaker. If someone cannot be responsive enough even before hiring them I do not know how to even work with them. Cannot recommend them to anyone.

We had to transform a formal dining room into a home office, and took a chance with Robert and his crew, based solely on the positive feedback here. Let me tell you that we couldnt be happier with the results, and are here to augment on all the comments that have already been stated here. A very professionally undertaken job: crews not only caring about getting it done in time, but with high quality. They were careful to cover existing furniture to avoid excessive dust, as well as taking care to conceal our hardwood floor to the effects of moisture and paint. When they finished, they cleaned up and it truly seems like the room was here all along! Communication is quick and honest, with daily check-ups and honest progress reports. Dont hesitate and call Robert if you have any project in your house!

Services agreed upon included removal of wallpaper in several rooms, repair of drywall cracks, removal of fluorescent light boxes in kitchen and utility room, installation of new light fixtures, repainting entire interior of house and partial remodel of master bath (including installation of a steam shower).Due to the scope of the project we lived elsewhere during the project. PSC used a lock box to enable their crews to enter the home while we were away. Other than leaving the house UNLOCKED not once, not twice, but FIVE TIMES, the work was performed satisfactorily. PCS procured and replaced an exterior door found to have rot at the bottom charging for the cost of the door only.Minor damage to some furniture and a window occurred during the moving of household goods to enable wall repair and painting. Excess tile was purchased for which we received a partial credit at the projects end.Project Manager Carlos was professional and accommodating at all times.

Pro Star did my Master Bath remodel and other repairs for a newly purchased home. Robert was super easy to work with, his work crews were hard working and professional. They addressed everything we encountered beyond the contracted work. Bathroom looks amazing and I would definitely use Pro Star again for next reno project.

We were looking to remodel 3 bathrooms in our house and Pro Star had come in with the best of 3 quotes. He was able to start the job when we wanted and started on time. Robert did a good job of setting expectations for the project from time frame to presence of workers to costs. He has a very good crew that is clean as can be during a remodel, professional and prompt. We had no issues with anyone on his team during the remodel. He even replaced a basketball goal that was accidentally hit by his crew which was above and beyond. I would most definitely refer him and use him again. I have already referred Pro Star to a couple of people already.

Fantastic work by these guys! My family was blown away by the courteous remodel staff and punctual service and support through the entire course of our show remodel. Highly recommended. Every step of the way they worked with us and Austin and Robert did a great job overseeing the whole process and explaining everything to us step-by-step, at every stage. We had wanted to get this remodel done for over a year and I dont think anyone else could have even come close to the finished result. Our shower looks and feels like something in a fancy hotel or spa. The tile guy they used is an artist and was meticulous on doing a great job for us. We could not be happier and their bid came in much lower than anyone else we contacted to do an estimate. I cant say enough about these guys. HIRE THEM!

Im extremely happy with my bathroom remodel, kitchen back splash and fireplace tile. Robert was always kind, courteous, professional and prompt. He did a great job explaining complex things in a way I could understand so we could come to a mutual agreement on design. He was very accommodating every step of the way. If problems were encountered, he got them corrected right away without hesitation or any questions asked. He went out of his way to make sure I was satisfied with the results. I would definitely hire Pro Star again in the future!

This was truly the best contractor experience ive ever had. Robert and his entire team of subs were wonderful to work with, and the quality was 100%! My remodel work included kitchen cabinets, tiling, drywall work, electrical, plumbing, wall removal, staircase building, floors...you name it, they did it. Their experience and creativity were valuable in preserving the charm Of our farmhouse, while bringing it current and adding square footage as well as great livable and unique features.Robert is honest, on time, on budget and delivered on all Of his promises. He and his team are trustworthy, and helped us make great decisions to make this house a cozy home. He is attentive to details, shows up every day to oversee and manage his crews and their work. The quality is great, and I felt very safe and comfortable having his guys in my home during construction.We plan to have additional remodeling done, as well as Building a new garage and barn. Prostar did a great job on my bathroom remodel. They exceeded my expectations and were very easy to work with!

Pro Star renovated 2 of my bathrooms - the master and a guest jack-n-jill at the same time. We moved walls and took the guest down to the studs to make more room, taking space from closets. It was a major job and I needed it done by 2/14/19 as 4 guests were coming! Robert & Stephanie were extremely professional, experienced and nice. As were ALL of their crew - they were all such hard workers, professional, courteous and friendly. Robert came every day to get things started with the crew and help me with any questions, and Stephanie came frequently to check progress. Ive had renos done in my past and am always nervous to pick a contractor because of the unknown. I can tell anyone who is trying to select an honest, straightforward, experienced contractor, that you will not go wrong selecting Pro Star. Ive already recommended them to my neighbors. Also, they provided something Ive never had in past renos - they had a cleaning service come in multiple times during the 8 week project! I will be using them to reno my last bathroom for sure. And yes - the baths were done by 2/14 and my guests loved the finished products, as did I! Thanks Robert & Stephanie for my gorgeous bathrooms (and closet) ;) !
