Stuart is a great guy. VERY professional, knowledgeable, understanding to what the home owner wants, did the job in the time frame he said hed finish without issue, the repairs look like they never happened (with the exception of the color of the grout not matching, but dont judge on that, older grout is dirty and will never truly match new grout unless very thoroughly cleaned). He offered to be flexible on payments (I like paying people for their work right away, but thats just me), but I didnt take him up on it. Its unfortunate how hard it is to find contractors like this these days.

This is the second time Stuart has done work for my family. He just finished installing faux wood porcelain tile in our master closet and it looks amazing! I called him needing the job done ASAP and he worked us into his busy schedule and knocked out the project quickly. I cant say enough great things about our experience and highly recommend Stuart @ Leander Tile for any tile job!

I had Stuart out to install tile in my kitchen, living, and dining room. They came in for 4 days and demoed the existing flooring, and laid the new tile. I had specific requirements that I didnt want any small cuts in the living room, kitchen, or dining so he did his best to work on layout to make that happen. I ended up only having small cuts on a wall that was going to be covered with furniture. Very happy with the entire process.

We went with Stewart since his website says hes a bathroom remodeler. Unfortunately this isnt the case. We redid an old shower with demolition, replacing a shower pan, and adding tile.I will say that he did good tile work in our shower and demolition. After that, nothing really went very well.He told us that we could use our original shower doors but once the project was done he said that he wouldnt put it back on and that it would no longer work since it was a custom dimension and he had opened up part of the area to increase the shower. This mistake cost us a new shower door and the labor despite his quote.Instead of spearing the project like his website makes it out to be, he forced us to play middle man between him and the plumber. Every time something was off and we told him he was quick to blame them despite us telling him that he needed to clarify stuff with them since we are first time home buyers.If you just want tile work, hes good and affordable but not for a remodel.
