My builder representative got Servpro to come out on a Sunday which was great news, they actually came the same time as the plumber.From the beginning James Gleson has been wonderful. He walked me through the process and timeline. The second visit he came to do the demo of where the Cat 3 water touched. James and Bertha worked seamlessly until everything was complete. There was not a spec of dirt left once they were done.I still have a few more visits before everything is complete, I’m glad my builder chose Servpro to represent their customers.

It is never a good day when your house floods. It became a much better day when Servpro arrived. Glenn Shed arrived and led us thru the process of getting our home back in order. We have had A LOT of issues with their service...both the crew performing the mitigation work and the office. I even met with the owner of this branch, Robbie Blincoe. If youre calling ServPro, it is probably for the same reason as us - emergency mitigation. Unfortunately, in those situations, you do not have time to stop and compare reviews; however, if by some happenstance you do, I cannot recommend this branch of ServPro.
