I highly recommend Affordable Pool & Spa! They are very knowledgeable and helpful. My pool had turned green and they were able to get it crystal clear in 2 sessions!!! The pool also had a leak that they were able to patch up. Scheduled weekly pool maintenance with them and I’m loving it!!!

Great response time- team was able to expedite parts and make the repair/install for new pump in less time than others were even willing send someone out to diagnose the issue. From initial contact (Friday) to closure (following Wednesday)… which included a 1 day rain delay… I was kept up to date on pricing/shipping and arrival time.Thanks!

I was not the easiest person to work with because I was going out of town a lot helping sick relatives. They stayed in contact with me at all times and got my pump and filter put in . They are very friendly and helpful. Will certainly use them again.

Nicolas really went above and beyond, he worked with me after hours, to identify the type of equipment I have in order to save me from having to pay fir additional service calls. Once he arrived we worked quickly, identified the issues and did a great job without trying to up-sale me on work that wasn’t needed. In fact he was honest enough to tell me the part he came out to replace was actually working fine. I will definitely be using this again.

It would be super cool if they would ever get back to us. Maybe they went out of business. We contacted online weeks ago and nothing. Have called several times and left a message. Again nothing. I had to do the stars in order to post this.This guy finally contacted me via text to inform me that we are not in his service area despite being within walking distance, down the road from his house. A weird experience. He was extremely angry that I had contacted him through Google, which I use frequently as a Local Guide. This is extremely rude and petty to treat people in this manner and my rating reflects that. I am glad he will not be coming here.

I called Nicholas with Affordable Pool & Spa with the issue that I was having with my salt cell system he didn’t hesitate to help isolate the problem. I would highly recommend this company for any of your swimming pool concerns.

Great customer service! Went above & beyond to help us over the phone on a Saturday when it was raining & we needed to get something fixed to be able to drain the pool.

Nickolas and Victoria call ahead and check in on us periodically. They have both worked past dark and been here on the weekends as needed. Both Nickolas and Victoria are multi skilled and smart. Nickolas has suggested slight changes to the job that have improved the outcomes and efficiency in my spa. Nickolas has knowledge of adaptations that will make the spa safer for a person with physical limitations. You can’t go wrong with Nickolas and Victoria at Affordable Pools & Spas.

Nicolas and his wife are super individuals they have gone above and beyond to help us during our pool chemical imbalance not hesitating to respond at any time of the day even weekends always willing to offer advice and suggestions . Most businesses will attempt to sell u on their services but from the get go I told Nicolas just want to learn what needs to be done so I can take care of my own pool. He did not frown his services did not diminish he actually got happy when I told him I would like to care of my own pool and offered to help at no charge with advice that is gold to me. He is willing to provide cleaning services to those that want it and advice to those that rather do it in their own after the first service that can not be best not compared. Thank you both for all you have done and continue to do.

I have been using Nicholas for about 2 years now. He was a blessing to find. Always willing to help me find product and invention to help warmup the water. Very professional but down to earth. There is NOT one negative thing to say about my service with him. Highly recommended.
