Started here on a six week challenge and the strengths of the gym were apparent (pun intended).Coaches are knowledgeable and helpful working with you to improve your comfort level with the lifts.The members are like a family and you gain many many friends as you get to know them.EVERYONE here challenges you to be the best YOU and I really couldnt ask for more.

I joined a little while ago and this CrossFit is amazing. It’s such a fun and friendly atmosphere. The coaches are great and knowledgeable, the members are very supportive.

I was new to Texas and saw a 6 week challenge come across my newsfeed on Facebook. I didn’t want to commit to 6 whole weeks as I’ve never tried Crossfit let alone work out period. I was allowed a trial for a week by the coaches and I fell in love. The coaches are very patient and knowledgeable. I love the community of members, they treat you like forever friends and family. Everyone is supportive and encouraging. I feel as though DSO is my home away from home. Awesome programming and loving the results and progress I’ve made. If I can do it, you can to!

I had a wonderful time training here for the two months I was in the Houston area! They have a welcoming and encouraging community of crossfitters and the coaches are very knowledgeable (especially with me being brand new to crossfit)! Will definitely be back if I am in the area again.

This place has an amazing team working to help others acheive success in fitness. If your new to crossfit, signup for a tryout . I did the crossfit bootcamp and it was a great into to crossfit. Everyone works together to build each other up and gives encouragement to their peers. Not just another box crossfit. A crissfit family to regain your fitness and motivation.
