I called Harrison AC and heat last night around 9:30 p.m. when my AC stopped working when I have 3 kids at the house and I also take care of my mother no other company would give me a the time of day and theyre answering Services seem to very careless when I talk to Ashley who was the on call answering service she definitely made me feel comfortable she set the appointment for an emergency 24-hour repair service call and had a technician in my house with in an hour and a half. The technician did get me up and cooling for the night however there was a leak in my coil he took me out there and showed me the link at seem like someone took a screwdriver and stopped through it and the screwdriver belonged to me I let a technician use it 3 days prior when he tried to sell me a system not only did Harrison a scene he give me up and cooling temporarily theyre also able to fix that leak so I did not have to completely invest the new one due to me not having a money for a new one at this point in time they also had the office type up and at the photographs so I can get the money back from the company who vandalized my system I will never use any company besides Harrison AC and heat again it was affordable fast reliable and just absolutely the best service I have ever had thank you guys for being such a great service provider.

Not only did David come to my house on a SUNDAY, he was quick, efficient and very knowledgeable. He was able to tell me exactly what was wrong, showed me the problem, gave me the cost breakdowns and executed as quickly as possible. Would recommend to all!

I had an air-conditioning emergency. My son my youngest that is was still a toddler and his older brother just nine and no air conditioning in the heat of summer in Friendswood Texas! Well David came out and checked out the entire system found out what the problem was. He gave me an honest quote fast, then had it repaired before he left.
