Dollar Tree always has what I need. Keep in mind I dont go to Dollar Tree for a 65-in TV. I go there for various household items and food items that I know they have. They do have a fairly good selection. You do have to look through what they have so that you can get the best quality but they have never let me down. The store is always clean and organized.
They have some cute fall and Halloween, but not much.I went in search of metal pumpkins (hanging or yard picks) and wooden pumpkins (standing, different sizes) that I have seen on a couple of FB Lives.I was told they didnt have any come in.
Great put the manager should not be on the phone with store problems I go some ace else fro. Now on
This is always been one of my favorite Dollar tree locations. The employees here are friendly and helpful. Ive noticed as of late their store is often not fully stocked, with some products missing for weeks at a time. Im assuming that this is due to issues relating to the coronavirus as that has never been the case here. All in all though, a great place to go dollar store shopping!
Big store with a lot for a dollar and helpful cashiers
My go-to for party supplies. Great value to for the price. Staff is friendly, unless your trying to shoot a music video in their store.
Great place. Good location. Generally can find what I am needed. Today they were extremely low on cleaning supplies. I went to grab some oven spray and didnt see any. Tad bummed about that. Guess I will have to check out the Clearfield store today they are pretty consistent with ordering and keeping supplies up. Not trying to down this location but I want to find what I go there for. Hence, the loss of a star. Customer service was great.
Great items and tons to choose from
Found what I was looking for and more. I go to this store quite often. Best thing everything is 1.00 cant beat that
I love this dollar 🌳! They always have what Im looking for!
I love dollar tree!
Shopped here for years. As a kid we would always come here to shop and take candy to the movies.
You actually get [more than] you pay for, in my opinion, and my experience at the checkout counter was very pleasant.
LOVE this Dollar Tree!!! I just wish they had sanitizing wipes for the carts - thats important these days. Other than that, theyre amazingly flawless. :)
Always good finds
Broken register and long lines.
The dollar trees parking lot wasnt well lit at night. It was so dark it looks like where a murder would take place. Hopefully stephen king can read this review and get ideas for another good story 😎👌
Love this store....
Found what I needed and checker was fast and courteous.
Denied to use the restroom. It was urgent, I have a disability and I will not shop where food/drink is sold but no access to the restroom.
Why doesnt Utah have a 99 cent store? You need one........just saying...
I like this dollar tree has freezer food which some don’t.
Cheap, great place to buy greeting cards. Store is a little disorganized.
Never worn a mask and they never ask me to here! Friendliest and very helpful staff.
I love dollar tree, everythings a dollar and its one of the only places i can get that orange circus peanut candy. The employees are always so kind as well.
Shouldnt have to wait 20 min in line. When second cashier finally came, she brought her boyfriend with her, who sat at the end of the register area talking to her the whole time we checked out.Boy this location has gone WAY down hill in the last 6 months. Corporate, are you listening? Obviously there arent enough competitors to make these stores be on their A game. Or at least their Bgame.
Better selection.
I would give it five stars except they always only have one cashier that they leave up front to die, I always feel bad for that person.
It was good, a lot of stuff was damaged, surface damaged some boxes open.
Huge store, great things for all 💖
Great customer service..low stocked shelves and messy isles with stock needing to be put out...but not terrible for a dollar store.
Good supply of different stuff. Employees are nice. But I ALWAYS have to wait in line a really long time because theres only one or two cashiers.
They had the red bows I have searched all over Ogden for!!
This store is fairly confusing when looking for a specific item, however, the employees are very helpful. I had a long list of items for a school project and Timothy helped me find every single one. Very affordable
This location got a sudden rush of shoppers this morning as they were stocking shelves. The line at the register formed very quickly and you had your typical unhappy shoppers. The employees were AMAZING! They were incredibly kind and extremely fast! Fantastic service as always!
Spent a lot of there
It was a dollar store within which, everything was a dollar, plus tax.
Been there
There are a lot of good values here, but not everything in the store would qualify. I love to take kids hear and tell them they can get any one item in the store. but then my kids need to use the restroom and they don Not have one, bummer.
Dollar Tree is such a good bargain. But I feel like this location is going down hill. Last time we went, we waited a long time to be checked out. Because there as only one cashier. Its not her fault but the company needs to do something about it. Hire more people. The store is not as clean or well maintain as it use to.
I always enjoy going here. Plenty of stock, variety of items and some things less than a dollar. The staff is always pleasant and helpful.
This was the first dollar store I had ever been to some 30 years ago or so (it was an All-a-Dollar back then). We thought it was magical then. Its still pretty good.
Found what I needed
This store is usually well stocked and pretty clean for its age. BEWARE- no public facilities... If your toddler has to go you are in trouble.
Manager hurt my feelings
I love the Dollar Tree. Unfortunately I will no longer be going to this location. The store manager treated me very unkindly and wrongly accused me of shoplifting.I walked into the Layton Dollar Tree a couple weeks ago with about 5 little dress up skirts that I needed to exchange. Because my two-year-old was with me we went right for the Halloween stuff at the front of the store on the right. I held the skirts under one arm and picked out about 15 or so cute little Halloween things quickly. When I walked up to the register I let the cashier know that the five skirts were an exchange, I bought about 20 for my daughters birthday party and we didnt use the five. They were still in their packaging, in perfect condition. She let me know that I cannot do an exchange without a receipt, but then went on to say that if she had seen me walk in with them then she would let me do an exchange. I explained that I had stayed in the front of the store and I didnt realize that. and I reassured her that I did purchase them quite a while ago. (If she had taken a look at them she would have realized that the packaging was different from the packaging on the new skirts in stock.) But for some reason she did not believe me, she quickly rang up all of my Halloween items. And she told me that she could not do the exchange.I was very frustrated and mostly just shocked that she would assume this about me. I did not exhibit any of the behaviors of someone who would shoplift. and also, why in the world would I shoplift to save $5 when I was spending so much more than that? When I asked to see her manager, she informed me that she was the manager and would not give me anyone elses information. At this point I was beginning to become angry. I let her know that was very unkind to imply that I had stolen the items. I was so embarrassed and upset, I left the items at the register and let her know that I would not be returning to this location.I took the same 5 skirts to another Dollar Tree location and they politley exchanged them without any questions.I completely understand that shoplifting happens. And I do respect her attempt to guard against theft. However, if she was suspicious of me, all she had to say was that she needed a receipt in order to do the exchange. There is no need to imply that she thought I had shoplifted. It is concerning to think she is teaching other employees how to treat customers. I am so grateful there are other locations in my area, because I will not risk being treated this way again.
The employees are nice but the store itself always seems dim and cluttered. They frequently have boxes stacked in and around aisles, making it hard to move around. You always feel like youre going to knock something over. You can frequently find some good deals on name brand items.
I just go here to get some supplies that I am in need of.
Always a fun time shopping here! Today my future daughter-in-law and I found great deals on some things for craft projects. Affordable as always and great employees as well!
It is one of the bigger stores. Good variety. The employees could have been a little more friendly. Fast check out.
Had a scarce variety of craft things, no pom poms or pipe cleaners
I like Dollar Tree of course Everythings a Dollar. Sometimes they have a lot of stuff sometimes they dont. All depends on the day. But I always tell people to go there they got some cool stuff.
This Dollar tree got extremely busy while I was there. However, they were really good about opening more lanes. They were also friendly and paid attention to the customers.
I’m sorry but Donalene is a horrible worker. I come in to this location several times a week usually and she is so horrible with customers. Ithis location is great but I because of her and her “customer service” I would rather drive to the location in Syracuse. Every time I come in she is rude to ever single person she helps. The way your employees treat customers and represent your business speaks volumes and let me tell ya it’s not good!
Its always fun to visit Dollar TreeIts a great place to pick up party supplies for great prices.
The store is stocked well. I went in looking for a artificial Christmas tree. The staff could be a little more friendly. Be warned they do not have a public restroom for children who are shopping with you to use or for Elderly people either.
Ive had the same experience countless times--personally as well as when I took a van load of senior citizens to Dollar Store. Explain to me why it is that there are NO RESTROOM facilities??!! Thirteen states have a law requiring bathrooms for customers. WHAT THE HECK IS WRONG WITH UTAH??
We go here often. It is kept fairly clean. It is a nice place to find cheap toys for my children and party favors (e.g., balloons).
Very convenient and affordable. Most Good quality items. Long lines, and store is usually disorganized
Smells and has nothing inside, they def need to restock
I gotta say, not a bad dollar store, its always clean and the staff here is always super nice!
Love this dollar tree! Always clean and organized. Friendly staff.
Great!
I love this place. The staff is always friendly towards me and my little siblings. I go here for practically all my crafty needs. :)
Excellent, Excellent value for the buck.Everything in the store is for just $1. WOW
One of my favorite dollar tree locations! the staff is pretty nice here!
The place to go to get a huge variety of low cost items. Greeting cards for a low low price. Unique items that are hard or impossible to find anywhere else.
$1 Dollars is perfect!!
Always busy but a great store to find cool cheap treasures
There is no other place that offers the selection at these prices. Little tough to shop for all your groceries here but they have a little bit of everything and is great place to take your loving little people
Friendly cashiers, everything is reasonably priced...not organized the best however.
Be prepared to go up and down the aisles like theyre obstacles courses. Empty boxes littering aisles, some shelves are empty and disorganized. Customer service is almost non-existent. Youre better off going to the one at Kaysville. Bigger store doesnt necessarily mean better.
Has so many great things
Great place to shop. Needed more cashiers at this time of the year.
What more can be said? Everything is a buck or less. Site is clean. People are nice. Youll be surprised what you can get for a buck.
I love it
I can always find something here thats useful.
Not a bad place. Great pricing.
Good low cost itemsbut watch your prices. Some things are not a good deal. Love getting stocking stuffers for Xmas here and some stuff for camping trips.
Theres always long long lines at the checkout. I used to work there and I know theres a policy about having 3 or more customers in line. So when it was finally my turn after trying to patiently wait, I asked about it cuz the line hadnt died down. The cashier said yes but she couldnt call, even though shes in the lane with the phone. So she kindly said something to the manager after reading and admiring all the things I was trying to purchase. So I get why her line was long. Ugh! Anyways the boss lady was in another line checking people out as slow as she could. When my cashier asked her to call up someone for help the manager threw her arms up in the air and acually started yelling at my cashier. The thoughts going through my head at that time. I ended up apologizing over and over to her. I felt so bad. Poor lady was doing her job just to be belittled in front of dozens and dozens of customers. Im glad this rating thing popped up. Hopefully that manager gets set straight. My profession is customer service but at that time I only wanted to serve her a left hook. Ill still be back to shop there. Mostly cuz I live across the street. Its convenient and cheap for the most part.
Horrible people work here. Long lines, filthy interior, and the absolute worst customer service Ive ever seen.
I always find more than I need here!
Its a nice store, great selections for cheap. Just needs to be a little more organized and clean.
Very friendly associates. Found all I was looking for and great price.
Went here to buy some picture frames. Actually a really good deal for picture frames, only $1. Store was very crowded though, stood in line for a while.
Great store!! Big thumbs up
One of the managers was very rude, Kelley was the managers name. Not only rude to us, but rude to one of the employees. Just because your in management doesnt mean you get to put people down like that, especially in front of customers.
Generally decent quality items for the buck youll spend. Just dont go in a few days before Christmas...
We love a shopping at Dollar Tree! They are so friendly there!!
Great bargains
Great place to go to get candy to sneak into a movie theatre.
Pleased with the service... and person on bottom... people make mistakes that can be fixed. I know that if there was a problem that they would try to fix it right away. Its not like you are perfect at your job....
I love having everything 1$ always something for everyone
Its nice to shop here when you are on a fixed income
I shop hear often great value for $1
Cashiers are alittle slow when busy. But over all well stocked and a great place to save money
Kind of a fun place to take the grandkids
