Slow! I was picking up money my dad sent me on April 3rd 2018 .When I got to the money center, the line was almost all the way out to the regular registers. There was only one person helping. I waited in line for 20 minutes before another associate came to help get the line down. It ended up taking another 10 minutes to get through the line to get my money. However, the process was easy once I got to the front of the line. I like that I am able to use the Walmart app to make the process smooth .

They didnt load the proper amount on our card and instead took the fee out of the amount we said to put on the card
