I originally tried to go through Ascend Staffing in Ogden and the staff there were way less helpful, never got back to me in regards to jobs when they said they would, and made me feel like I was not a priority to them. At the Layton office, all of the staff members are extremely courteous, very helpful, and excited about finding you good employment. I called them and they found me employment the same day. Went in for an interview and was hired on, all within hours after calling and inquiring with them. Started working the following day and I absolutely love the place where I work now. I feel so thankful and so happy that I decided to give them a call. I would highly recommend this staffing agency to anyone!! 5 stars all the way!! Keep up the great work!! 👍🏼

This is by far the best staffing company Ive ever been to. I filled out the paper work online then brought in my documents, and they gave me a job on the spot! All of their jobs pay very well and theres plenty of options and flexibility. If you ever need a job and fast, these friendly people are the ones to see!

Be aware of this agency location in layton they seem to not pay you and would talk with the branch manager about not recieving my pay and would just give me the run arounds til to this day never got my pay and seems like they got excuses for everything.So just be careful everyone.Kenny or Kenneth was not helpful and would hang up on your face someone should report this matter.

It’s a good staffing agency that I have had no issues with. Polite people and polite staff.

I wouldn’t recommend this firm to anyone. Very unprofessional they are not organized. I would be afraid my Social Security Number would be misplaced. It looks like the company rebranded their name but did not change their attitude. I wouldn’t recommend patrons to this employment establishment. Unless you want to redo your paperwork at least twice!

Low pay, and they make you sign a paper that says if you quit or walk off the job without 24 hours notice then you only get paid minimum wage for the hours you worked. if you get fired they dont tell you. you actually get to the job and find your key badge doesnt work.

They seemed very willing to help. As well as had resources & job contacts available. However, they lacked communication between staff there. Was asked to come in to fill intial paperwork twice. By two different people. After already doing so the first time.

This place is great, as long as Sara is not helping you, she is supposedly the branch manager but is the most rudest snide person I have ever talked to, I juts asked her about my paycheck and made me feel like it was such a chore for her to answer my payroll questions, never talk to or work with Sara, and you’ll have a great experience with ascend staffing.

Awesome staff and crew with my kind of personality I like. Funny statement to say. Before I just walked into the office I tried calling them wasnt able to get ahold of someone so i came in. When i was filling out the paperwork on the computer I staff member was calling me back on the phone. It was really funny. We all laughed. Cant wait to start work. Thanks guys.

Immediately upon walking in for the first time, the employees had me sit down and fill out tax forms and all kinds of personal information. Then they simply asked me what kind of job I wanted. No discussion of my skills, resume, nothing... They mentioned a position and wage and a vague location of the company, and told me they would email my resume. I havent heard back from them in three weeks. I feel forgotten, which is kind of a rude way to treat your assets.

Intermountain is a great company..... as long as you do everything the way they want it. Be warned if you sign up for this staffing agency. They will set you up with jobs... however if do not accept or have issues then out come the claws. They will try and turn things around effecting you in other jobs and employment situations. They are nice, until you start having a mind of your own.
