I am so happy my family and I switched dentist and now ortho. I always feel welcomed and love the clean fun environment. Brie is a hoot, fun to talk with, Jessica on the dental side does an amazing job! Just love the people and facility!

Had a crown and two fillings done all in one visit. The crown was made right there and is one of the best crowns I have had to date. The fit has been perfect and have been able to chew on it from day one.

I absolutely love Summit. The staff are so friendly. They are quick, responsive, and professional. The building is beautiful too. I have three young children I anticipate will get braces (their father and I had to get braces) so I love that this place offers both dental and orthodontist procedures. Highly recommend this place.

Phenom team!After 6 years of not going to a dentist due to horrible experiences at another dentist, Dr Hadley and the entire team restored my trust In dentistry. So much so that even though I’ve moved 20 minutes further from Summit Dental, I refuse to go anywhere else. Even if I lived an hour away, I still would not go anywhere else. The customer service is phenom!!!

Excellent staff. Friendly people. I was happy to find an office with hours that make it possible for people that have jobs that don’t fit a 9 to 5 schedule. The dentist explained my options for treatment and the cost for each. My previous dentist retired and we didn’t hear about it until the day of my appointment. The nice thing is Summit is close to home. Looking forward to not driving a long way for dental care.

The overall cleaning effort is fantastic and the dental hygienists are very knowledgeable. The only complaint I have concerns how well they handled my insurance for a crown they put in.I found out I had a broken tooth that needed to be repaired and I came in and got the work done. Having a crown installed is not cheap either (what is cheap at the dentist, really?) but I knew I had to pay for part of it out of pocket. I was assured my insurance would pay the higher percentage but a month later I was told I was going to have to pay all of it. If I didnt pay for all of it, Summit would refuse service to future cleanings, etc.I wish they had helped me be more educated in cost and services, including how my insurance could bounce back at me (believe me, Ive had conversations about this issue with my insurance provider). I dont need Summits opinion on the seriousness of getting certain work done on my teeth more than I need help with paying for them to deceive me.

I drive half and hour to Summit Dental because I love it so much. Beautiful facility, incredibly friendly people from the moment you walk in, helpful and transparent. Ive never had a bad experience here

They are always super friendly and professional and I never have to wait more than about 5 minutes to be taken to a room. I have been very pleased with every one of the dentists who have helped me. I definitely recommend them.

We’ve been coming to Summit Dental for years! We always get exceptional service. Our most recent visit wasn’t any different. Our hygienist’s were all amazing, but Andy really stood out! He’s so great with our kids! He relates to them and really pays attention to them. He asks questions about what they are doing and it makes the visit more enjoyable for our kids. With multiple kids that need to be seen, we know they are all in great hands!

What a great experience! My 4 year old has not been excited about going to the dentist but from the minute he walked in everyone was awesome and made him so comfortable. He loved every second of his cleaning from the ride in the dental chair, learning about air/water/suction, to the balloon and prize he got at the end. I just switched Dentists after 20 years of loyalty, and I am very pleased that I made the switch to Summit. My other Dentist was good, and the staff, but they have never taken care of me like Summit has!The front staff extends a warm welcome, and offers me bottled water every time I walk in.I can not say anything but kind words for the staff I have encountered.I also have to give 5 Stars to, Star (Staff) she made me feel very comfortable during my visit to have a Cavity filled. I really enjoyed talking with her during my time there.

I went there to get my cavity fixed, they did it the same day which was perfect. But they did not fix it, the next day my tooth was still aching. I went back about a week later to get it fixed again, same thing, wasn’t fixed. The workers are actually dumb. I told them I got a certain X-Ray and didn’t need one. They still took me back and gave me the X-Ray and charged me for it, when I told them specifically I don’t need that X-Ray, as I can get it from my last dentist. They are also very rude, i didn’t get one nice greeting/goodbye. I do not recommend this place at all if you want your teeth actually fixed

Called and asked if my insurance was in-network... The girl on the phone had no idea and kept saying that she thinks my insurance would be covered. Youre a dental office, shouldnt you at least have a list of common insurance companies? Especially being close to an Air Force base, youd think youd have federal dental insurance listed somewhere. She recommends for me to call my insurance to check. Why not make an effort to ask someone else in the office? Dont ever assume that someones insurance is covered because once they find out they arent and theyve went through all the work to schedule the appointment and physically head there, youre going to waste everyones time. Please teach the front desk how to do customer service better.

Do not wait to get your adult braces!!! LOVE SUMMIT!!! As an adult I finally found myself starting orthodontics for my first time. I always wanted them but just quite never felt like it was a good time or worth the money. Now I can truly attest that its one of THE BEST investments you can make for yourself. My confidence is better than its ever been. Im constantly reminded and complimented how beautiful my teeth and smile are. Dr. Metcalf is so unbelievably talented, he is attentive to every single detail. He has so much knowledge and makes you feel comfortable with the treatment recommended, makes sure you fully understand the recommendations. Bree the treatment coordinator is so friendly and welcoming from the first stop youre greeted with a warm friendly smile, THEY STOP AND STAND UP when you come in!! How amazing!? I felt so welcomed and respected through the whole process. They even gave a tour of the facility, it is BEAUTIFUL. I always feel like Im at a spa. I am a dental patient, my children, sister, boyfriend and his children and his ex wifes whole family now come too!! The dentists on the dental side are knowledge and gentle. My son has had to have several extractions and isnt even remotely scared, shots included!I had a crown done at the office and ACTUALLY enjoyed the process and overall experience.My son is now an orthodontic patient and loves coming for his appointments. Consider no other office and check out this place. Trust me you wont go anywhere else.

Summit Dental is the only office I’ve gone to where I don’t leave embarrassed or ashamed. They don’t judge because they acknowledge you’re taking a step in the right direction to get your oral health in check. I’ve gone for traditional maintenance and a few emergency visits, and I’m treated wonderfully by the hygienists and dental assistants & talked to like a person by the dentists (even some tough love on occasion WHICH IS GOOD). Summit Dental’s gotten me on the path to fantastic oral health.

I have just moved and sadly dont go to Summit Dental and Orthodonics anymore but I have to say they are the best clinic I have gone to. They always so nice and ask what you want even if it is to their inconvenience. I strongly recommend Summit and if you can you should go there.

Amazing experience for our kids! Jess was my dental assistant today and she was so amazing! I loved my whole visit! After being greeted by the warm and welcoming staff Jess made me feel right at home. I was very nervous to be seen especially in my current situation and Jess literally made everything melt away and I truly bonded with her, she is fun, bubbly. Truly I think she is one of the sweetest people alive!! This is the place to go if you want to be treated and felt cared for and really heard when it comes to your needs. I went in for a crown and root canal. Some patients may say thats scary, but not me! Dr. Theurer, Ashley and the rest of the team made me feel so at ease. It was a great distraction to be able to listen and watch Netflix while the dental work was being done. The team consistently checked in on me. Their up beat and confident attitude was very comforting. Ill be going back for another crown in June and Im looking forward to it! Thanks for taking such good care of me :)

My daughter had been going to summit dental for her ortho treatment. She had been seeing different people but only one person that stuck out to me as a parent the most.Katie, you’ve been through it all with my daughter and I really do appreciate all that you did for her! She went in with little to no confidence with the smile she had before and now that she took it off, it been nothing but joy for her! We’ve cheated on Katie a couple times but for the most part it was Katie. We had a couple of bumps throughout the process and I don’t like seeing multiple people. Again,.. it was Katie who stuck out the most & the one person who we will never forget and never stop seeing. She made it up to my comfort level & if we had a choice I’d love to do it all over again with the exceptional/professional experience she had given us. I will refer people over and I’d rather have them go to Katie because how she treated us. Every single visit we had with her she walked us through the whole process, I never had to ask.Katie, thank you for taking care of my little girl, like I said,.. it won’t be the last. I am now 18 years old and had all my orthodontic work done had a separate business. Throughout the years I was with the other orthodontist I threw up every time they did the molds.Today I came to get a mold done to remake a removable retainer. I was terrified. I didnt want to throw up. And I didnt. Cassy knew exactly what to do to get me through the process without even feeling the need to gag. She is incredible! If you are looking for an orthodontist that cares about you. This is the place to come!Thank you Cassy! You are AWESOME! I wish I could have had you all those years ago.

Brought my daughter in today for her 6-month check up and cleaning. Andy was AMAZING!! He is so kind, like not the, “I’m kind because it’s my job” way but he seems to genuinely care about his patients and what he does.He was very open, honest and informative. He kept my daughter comfortable and entertained the entire time. He deserves extra kudos for that.Summit Dental is great as a whole. The staff is always friendly and courteous. The environment is so peaceful. Oh, the place ALWAYS smells SO great, that’s a plus. I should ask what air freshener they use next time lol.I would recommend 100%. Worth the drive every time!

I was sent a letter stating that they were taking me to collections for owing them less than 20 dollars. After i went in and paid it, i got a receipt. It showed that i had a credit for almost 300 dollars.When i inquired about it they could not explain why.

They poor shame like no tomorrow. I had to get my wisdom teeth removed cause one got infected and the lady kept trying to make me get the more expensive drug. I get trying to sell it one time but even after we said we couldnt they kept trying and trying until we had to say that we couldnt afford it no matter what and then the lady got as judgy as possible.They also a whole year later called me asking if I still needed my wisdom teeth pulled and were happy they I was able to find someone to pull them (yall pulled then like?? Shouldnt you have it documented )Overall its clear if youre poor or cant afford regular luxuries of the dentist this place will shame you and make you feel bad.My dad rn is dealing with a cavity that they somehow never noticed. He gets check ups ever few months and now he suddenly has a bad infected that went on for a bit too long. Like how do you do monthly cleanings and check up but dont notice a root canal forming? They just feel like a giant scam.

My dental experience has always been great. First of all the dental work I had done was excellent. Every person who worked on me was very articulate and professional.The front office staff are always courteous and very warm and friendly. They know you by name and make you feel like family. They go out of their way to accommodate the patient and their needs.So, I’m very happy to be with Summit Dental.

I went in to the office a while back because of serious issues with my teeth. I had a crown break off, fillings fall out and have had to have teeth pulled because they have broken. I got my teeth cleaned, X-rays taken as well as molds of my teeth. When I was called back into the office, I was met with a team of the owners/top dentist of the practice and they told me I needed to spend 40k - 50k to get my teeth fixed. When I said it was too steep, they tried to tell me ‘if you take out a loan for that, it’s just like buying a new truck’ and told me it’s an investment for my teeth for the future. I get that, but I happen to drive a 2010 Kia and not a new truck, taking out a 40k loan would be huge for me since I was trying to buy a house. I asked them if they would be willing to fix the problem areas then and we would work towards that in the future. They refused and told me that taking out the huge loan and doing everything at once was my only option. Here we are post pandemic shutdown and my teeth are killing me!! I still have the broken off crown that they refused to pull out because they wanted it to be a ‘place holder’ for the work they wanted to do. Again, I understand, but I am not in a position to take out a 40k+ loan like they want me to!! I am in a lot of pain and am unable to hardly eat because of it all - all because they weren’t willing to work with me and fix the issues I had at that time and wanted to force me into something I couldn’t afford. The fact that they called in all the ‘big dogs’ into the conference room to gang up on me was a poor move!! I do not recommend this office to anyone that needs to get any serious work done. I feel like they are more invested in enriching their pockets than making your life better. Worst of all, my kids go to school with theirs, so I have to be reminded of my poor treatment every time I go pick my kids up from school and happen to see the owners or their children! 👎🏻

I had the best experience! Great service and the nicest staff! Rachelle the receptionist was so kind and helpful! She explained to me about a smile plan over the phone that was affordable (full time collage student) and answered all my questions. Rosy was amazing, knowledgeable and so sweet! She made my cleaning easy and comfortable and my teeth sparkle! I highly recommend this place! Thank you all so very much!

Wow! This office was top notch! They were quick to get me in. I actually felt like they cared about my wellness. As someone who tries to keep a good oral health Rosey, the hygienist, taught me more ways to stay healthy. They have a lot of technology. More than I’ve seen at any other place. They take oral health serious. They made suggestions for future visits, but they weren’t pushy at all. Highly recommend them!

Short story: orthodontist is great, front desk staff are so ridiculously nice and accommodating, all the assistants I had were great (shout out to Ashley especially).Long story: I had braces over 10 years ago primarily because one of my canines was sky high, so braces for 2 years (with a different equally amazing orthodontist). I had a permanent retainer put on top and bottom from canine to canine and all was said and done, no issues until last year when my top bonded retainer broke and was pushing on my teeth weirdly at the start of the weekend. I got into my dentist to have him fix it as my old orthodontist was booked out a month (even for emergency appointments)! My dentist fixed about a half a week later but my teeth had been pushed around or something by my broken retainer so it didnt take a broke again and this time was hurting my teeth so I called around every orthodontist in my area (Utah county) and basically none could see me or were not open on Fridays so I ended up here at summit: the only orthodontist I could find that was open every Friday (some are open every other). The front staff people I spoke with were great (I want to say Chelsea? helped a ton one time I called) and were able to get me in same day. I had to have my bonded retainer removed and a spring removable retainer put in for a few months to help fix the shift.When it came to putting my bonded retainer back in, the orthodontist at summit (I forget his name...) put on a bonded retainer covering the first four teeth, not my canines. I was so anxious about this because my canine was the bulk of problems when I had braces and I dont want it to shift. It caused me a lot if anxiety for a while because I have had a consistently hard time wearing my removable retainer comfortablt when I sleep (I think I like suction my mouth weird when I sleep and it makes me wake up with a headache and mouth ache wearing it when I sleep even after the 2+ months I had to wear it wearing it every night for the rest of my life is just not something I would reasonably do. This last week, part of my bonded retainer broke so I had to come in for a fix (again the front office staff were so helpful getting me an appointment as its hard for me to leave work in the middle of the day so they worked with me to get me in as late in the day as possible) and I told the orthodontist my concerns and told him I really just wanted my retainer put back in like before from my canine to my canine and (I really might sound like a Karen here I know.. I felt bad) I just didnt think I should have to pay for it because if I was ever spoken to beforehand about how he was going to put it in I would have asked for it put in canine to canine, also thats what I had when I came in originally. I didnt know a permanent retainer sometimes only covered 4 teeth, I though canine to canine was just standard otherwise I would have said something. I was so worried I was going to have to put up a fight, but he was happy to fix it for me. Now its exactly how it was before and I am not stressed all the time about my canine moving. Ashley was my assistant for a few appointments and she was sweet. She explained everything she was doing, which for me a, grown adult who is fine with the dentist was just interesting because Ive never really known what all the steps are that they do. For a kid who is scared, it would be so helpful to relax when they are just poking around in your mouth to know what it is theyre doing. I wish I had had her as an assistant when I was a kid and was getting braces. I was so shy and scared back then, I just think it would have been very helpful to me.Thats my annoyingly long story. I would recommend them to anyone who lives closer to them than me (an hour drive one way is a lot!).

Literally one of the best places I have ever been to. Everyone is so nice and they make sure that you get tooken care of. They did great work with my teeth and made sure that I was informed what was going on in the process. They made sure I was comfortable and happy the whole time.

Had the most fun dental cleaning I ever had. At 43 I even received a balloon. What wonderful place to get your teeth fix and cleaned. Summit dental is awesome.

One think I didn’t like in my last visit was that the girl that attached my braces was chewing gum and pulled her mask down multiple times just to pop the bubble

I have always had issues with dentist which I am sure many have as well. Not only did these guys listen to me and my concerns they were also so reasonably priced. They got me in within a half hour of me calling! I am just so pleased and cannot say enough good things.

In August I broke one of my front teeth I didn’t know really what I was going to do I was able to get some help to be able to get it fixed we didn’t know what dentist to go to that would be decent or affordable because I have had bad experiences with the dentist in the we were suggested to go To summit dental to get the work done they are amazing their staff really cares and does very best to get everything done in a timely manner I really did enjoy going there it didn’t feel like going to have a normal dentist it felt like going to a place where people actually wanted to talk to you and do everything they can to help I would highly recommend this dental office

They are always on time for my appointments, they explain exactly whats happening during my appointment, their staff is well-trained, professional, and pleasant to work with. Dr. Holt & Shar helped me with a new crown today. They made sure to keep me informed through the entire process. They both were amazing & made the experience pleasant & painless.

Best dentist Ive been to so far - and Ive been to a lot. Easy to work with, friendly staff, obviously keeping up-to-date with tools and techniques.

Set up an appointment for Monday at 8:00am for a cleaning and checkup as a new patient. Found out I needed three crowns. Was able to go in the next morning and have the temporaries put on. Scheduled to come back in a week for the permanent crowns but they called me later the same day and said they had a spot open up that afternoon. Got the crowns done all in one day from beginning to end. Unexpected and AWESOME. And before Thanksgiving. Staff is extremely friendly. Very comfortable atmosphere. Great experience. Highly recommend.

There were some misunderstandings, but the manager, Kathryn has been so helpful and was quick to get the issue resolved.

I tell everyone who mentions getting their teeth fixed to go to Summit. I loved my Invisalign, the process was so smooth and easy, and worked wonderfully. Doctor Metcalf was the nicest to work with, and helped me feel so confident in my smile.

Katie and Dr. Metcalf cater to my needs each and every time. I am that type of person to ask so many questions and they are so patient with me and address all of my concerns. By far the best Orthodontic office I have been to (this isn’t my first time in braces). I will continue to send everyone I know to Dr. Metcalf. My experience is always amazing and everyone is so friendly.

The Summit Orthodontics team were great! Doctor Metcalf was very knowledgeable and did an amazing job in straightening my teeth! He was kind and answered any questions I had. Brea and Katie were the assistants that worked on my teeth. They were super fun to talk to, very nice, and made sure I had a good experience! Kathy gave me a full tour of their building. I mentioned they should get toothpaste squeezers and Kathy bought some for me! Kathy and Madi went through the payment plan with me as well. They suggested a plan that would benefit me the most and were fun to talk with too! The facility was new, modern, clean, and had up to date equipment. They also have a rewards program and gave me free Summit merchandise! I would recommend this place to anyone!!

We love summit dental! They do an amazing job with my kids every time, they are always counting down the days until their next appointment. Seriously.

Just got done seeing Dr. Hadley and his assistant, Isaac, after my 4 year old broke her front tooth after hours. She was terrified to come in, but as soon as we walked in the door and the staff started talking with her she calmed down. I was amazed that Isaac got her to sit in the chair and get an x-ray, and even got her smiling. Dr. Hadley was so kind and professional. He was patient and gave us several options for treatment with pros and cons so we could make a good decision. We left with balloons in hand (rainbow confetti special made by Isaac), and eased minds. Thank you Dr Hadley and Isaac!!

Summit Dental is great!! It has such a warm and inviting environment the minute you walk in the doors. The staff and dentists are so friendly and accommodating. You don’t even feel like you are in a dentist office! The have state-of-the-art technology which makes me feel very comfortable. The dentists are very knowledgeable and take their time with their patients. I have been going to Summit for many years and I always feel welcome, they get to know you personally!Tammy, Jenna, Sarah and Dr. Hadley were super helpful and friendly today. They all take a personal interest in their patients and I love that!
