My first experience with this place was not very good but I have to add an edit to that... So the store actually reached out to me when I had a problem. I was pretty impressed. Then I did return to another location that went the extra mile to get my order correct and done in a flash. (Thanks Donna in Ogden!)I wish I could have had this experience the first time but I am happy I went back.

The store was clean, uncluttered, and had a great selection. The manager greeted me at the door, but seemed pretty grumpy, especially when she checked on me later during my shopping. You dont have to be a cheerleader or even smile, just dont blatantly look/sound like you were called in on your day off. The cashier was friendly and quick. The real pitfall came when I went to ship 2 packages. The clerk seemed a bit confused, like she had just woke up. I type in all my information for both packages.....and the interface froze up when I submitted my last package label. The clerk simply apologized and said I had to retype everything. I had my squirming 2 year old with me so that wasnt going to happen. I used to work for Office Depot several years ago and I know for certain that once information is submitted the employee then goes to the printing interface which shows which labels are available for print. The clueless clerk didnt even offer to check that interface to see if the labels went through, didnt radio a manager to see if anything could be done...just sorry youll have to do it again. Anyway I left pretty annoyed myself.

They didnt call me when a project was ready and that was very frustrating. While the project was very well done and the price was perfect... not sure Ill be back. TERRIBLE customer service all the way around.

I went in to see prices on new computer monitors and was greeted right as I come in to the store from the lady in the printing counter and she went completely above and beyond to not just tell me where the monitors were but walk me there and talk to me about all of the sales and when I asked about specs, I could tell I was asking questions she didnt really know the answer too she went and got someone that did and then got a person to check stock in the store and bring the monitor I wanted straight to the counter for me. I mean do you expect anything more because to me that was what great customer service is. 10/10 would go again.

They have most items in stock with the exception of cheaper printers. curbside pickup is available for those who still arent comfortable shopping in the stores.

Our experience was not very good. We called ahead of time to check printing hrs. We were told we had to be there no later than 7:45. We arrived at 7:10 The girl at the desk Morgan would not take care of us and was rude and unreasonable. Very disappointed in the non service

Great store plenty of items to choose from. Does have very good sales. Make sure you check out the open box and former display items, rack for great deals. Friendly workers too...👍😉

Good store. No one was in there but Hey its Sunday!! I went in for purple poster board..none 😒 seems like maybe purple doesnt exist anywhere but online?

Back to school savings so I bought school supplies. A lot of the items were almost 50% off. One of the items (watch as you highlight highlighters) was offered in a 3pk at $3 or an 8pk at $14.?? so I took two 8pks to the register asking if they could give me a deal. Turns out the 8pk was only $8 anyway but there was no sale sign.It was a good visit!

I don’t like giving bad reviews but I have to say I will never go to Office Max ever again. Their photo and print children are rude and uneducated. Alphagraphics in Layton had way better customer service and they are about 40% cheaper

2 stars only because they had what I needed which is surprising given the lack of items in their store + empty shelves.Kenya was my cashier and when I approached she was on her phone and seemed annoyed that she had to actually put it down to help me. She greeted me (if thats what you would call it) with a Phone Number? No Hi or How are you today? - that was annoying to me. If you are in customer service you have to treat people nicely even if you dont want to.Her voice was monotone and she acted like she would rather be anywhere else but there - hardly said two words to me the entire time and seemed annoyed the whole time.Wont come back. Staples is just down the street and has nicer employees...and a better selection to boot.

I found everything in this very clean and well stocked store. The workers were very friendly and helpful.

You can everything your looking for. Store is large and open so you can find what your looking for with no problems. Staff very helpful

When you go to buy a printer and someone tells you how to save money on the ink (Instant Ink - $36 a year, all my ink is paid for) and the manager is telling me to get over $100 worth of ink cartridges instead...I dont feel they care about me at all. It felt like the manager was sticking her hands in my pockets.Its hard to want to go back after that experience. And the other guy was awesome! Sold me the best printer for me needs and tried to get me a great deal on the ink as well!I understand the store needs to make money, but at the cost of their integrity? Sad.

Love to order online and it all ready to pick up when you get there.

Izzy the print manager is amazing. Her outstanding customer service and willingness to help is worth the 30 min drive past 2 other office max closer to my home.

Whenever I visit here its not super busy. Its a little bit out of the way so maybe people dont visit because of that. Either way I get great service and the prices are the same as if I went to The Office Max in Riverdale.

I went in to find an ink cartridge and was assisted immediately. The staff was personable and knowledgeable. He took me right to the product I needed then the check out counter. I was in the store about 2 mins. It was fast and easy.

The staff was extremely helpful. Definitely use OfficeMax more often due to the help staff

I was a little disappointed when I went in the store. It was a very hot day and my car had broken down, I was waiting for a tow truck. I went in to purchase a cold Diet Coke. They had several Coke products in a Coke branded drink cooler but no Diet Coke and very little selection.

The print shop was very helpful, quick and accurate.

I went here to have something laminated. They cut the lamination for me and everything. They were very friendly and fast.

No one in the store went to the first counter, 2 employees talking up a storm, to busy talking to check me out.I had to walk to the far end to get checkout.This kind of attitude piss me off, no wonder your going out of business.As for stock you have hardly anything on the shelves. I found only 1 writing padLack of supplies.

Office max always seems to have more of the things I need in stock for a great price than other office supply stores.

Purchased k cups . When I got home realized they had already expired. Figured it would be a straight across exchange since I had a receipt. Such a hassle to get help.

They had what I was looking for, Walmart did not. Also had a trouble free return with receipt.

You can get most of your office supplies here with a good services. You can get a good deal if you use a discount coupons.

I use this place all the time for my work needs. Whenever we are low on a certain item I just go and pick it up here.
