I couldn’t access my hard drive through any computer source and needed it had 5 years worth of pictures on it and they were written from a Mac. Chris didn’t promise anything, but he was able to get all the files off that I needed! He was very easy to work with and get ahold of. I would work with him again anyway!

Moving from another support provider that was unresponsive and disinterested in maintaining our business. Brought in Integrinet IT to buildout a new server and transition our people a new location. All the laptops and desktops had to be transferred to a new domain plus maintain the daily use and abuse of the machines (my outlook wont work stuff). All that in addition to building out a new server and transitioning all the domain controllers, access creds, etc. Steve our Integrinet Manager did a great job of remapping the drives, fixing weird sign ins as well as troubleshoot all the problems that come with a transition. He called back, texted or emailed immediately, and was able to get us to understand what and why things occur rather than just fix and sign off. We are moving into the maintenance mode now and Integrinet IT is still responsive for the daily boring maintenance questions. Great move for us.
