I made the mistake of trying to clean my area rug by hand, which made it look much worse. Not only that, but the water and cleaner had soaked through to my carpet underneath and it had started to stink. I called up Holt and the owner responded immediately. He gave me a really good deal and had Braden come that same afternoon and help us out. He was quick and respectful and thorough. I noticed that the smell still lingered so I called up Holt again and the owner came right away to take a look. He did another cleaning free of charge and said it might take some time for everything to completely dry and the smell to go away. My area rug looked MUCH cleaner and everything smelled better after awhile. You could tell they focus A LOT on good customer service and on getting good results. Next time I need my area rug cleaned, Ill call them!

I called Holt Carpeting Cleaning to clean my carpet simply because every review was 5 stars. I was looking at a nationally know company at first, but after reading several 1 and 2 star reviews, I decided to look for a company with better reviews. I decided on Holt because of their reviews. Braden came to our home and was promptly on time. He did an amazing job. Very nice young man and very professional. I’ve had Holt’s out to clean my carpets and rugs three times. I’ve been happy with the work they did each time. I’m usually able to get an appointment within a week. If they are running late they call and let me know. The carpets take awhile to dry but they look great for several months!

Two months ago we hired Holt Carpet Cleaning to be a carpet vendor for our property management firm. This is the best carpet cleaning I have ever had. Both my mom and Aunt use Holt and they rave about them. I had a really bad experience with another carpet cleaning company a few months before calling Holt.Holt came in cleaned my carpets and stairs to the point that they almost look new. My carpet is at least 10 years old and I have 4 kids. Brain was super polite, very professional and did the best carpet cleaning job I have ever had. They are the best!! Weve had our carpets cleaned twice by Holt Carpet Cleaning and they did a great job both times. They are punctual and work very fast and efficiently. They are also very friendly and honest. Most importantly they use cleaner that doesnt leave any residue behind (our carpet is a kind of light tan and always stays looking clean for a long time.) As long as they are around, I wont use anybody else!

Holt have been cleaning our daycare and preschool rugs for many years. We have thousands of students so the rugs get a lot of love! My poor dog was really sick, and unfortunately, after taking him to the vet, kept having accidents. There were 2 particular areas that I thought were pretty bad and I needed our carpets cleaned. Being new to the area, I didnt know who to call. I called a few places and left messages, but no one called me back. I found Holt Carpet Cleaning via Google and read all the great reviews and decided to try them. The receptionist was so nice. I told her what had happened and that I was a little embarrassed about it, but I knew my dog couldnt help it. She made me feel at ease and she was very knowledgeable about the products they would use to clean the carpets. I scheduled the appointment and they let me know that Brian would be cleaning the carpets. He is so nice and so professional. You can tell that he really loves his company and he treats his clients with respect. He even came back the next day after I wasnt sure if the smell was gone and treated the area complimentary. I have to let everyone know they are number 1 carpet cleaning company.Regarless where you live you need to have holt clean your carpets.. He cleaned our carpets after a company did not do what they promised. It was 100 percent difference. Prices are on the lower end! Will cost little more to travel to slc or further. But so worth it!
