These Ladies are fantastic! My carpets look great. Lisa is so nice and very professional. When she was all done she gave me a printed pamphlet of carpet cleaning after care. This is the second time weve used Clean Steam Carpet Cleaning and it wont be the last. The attention to detail is incredible and the package we purchased was a great value; a lot of companies dont include stairs which is a must, to me. Highly recommend, they do a great job!

I had just had my carpets cleaned a month ago, but was not impressed with the service. I called Clean Steam and they were very professional from the start. Gave me tons of information over the phone and even quoted me over the phone. Lilian was punctual and so nice! We walked through with a black light to identify the problem areas. Lilian informed me that she went over the areas with the black light again and she was able to lift some of the stains, but not all of them. Which is okay! I just want the odor gone. So far, it smells really nice. Lilian assured me that if the odor was still there after a week or so, she would come back and reapply the enzyme at no charge! What great service!

Lisa was awesome! She was personable, knowledgeable, and she did a great job! Our carpets look better than they did when we moved in and she took the time to give me a couple tips about our pet urine issues. She made sure to answer any questions we had and that we were satisfied. Also, LOVE supporting women-owned businesses!

We bought a used couch off of Facebook Marketplace. Wanted to get it cleaned, so hired Clean Steam Carpet Cleaning. She came in with a black light and told us it was covered in dog pee. We were not informed of this when we bought it, so we cancelled the cleaning. The lady was super nice to tell us before she started and cared more about us then making money. Really appreciate a respectful business! 5 stars, definitely recommend 👍

I was so impressed with the service provided. I had a stained chair that I was worried wouldnt be able to look much better. Clean Steam make it look brand new again. They also cleaned a run I had previously had cleaned (but the company who did it the first time didnt really do a great job) and got a dark high traffic spot out perfectly. I was so impressed and appreciative for their attention to detail.

Tech Angela cleaned my couch as well as the tile grout in my kitchen and mud room and did an amazing job! Not only did she save me so much time and hard work - not having to get down on my hands and knees and spend probably hours scrubbing the grout myself (I have a lot of tile) - but I’m sure it turned out cleaner than if I had done it myself as well. The before and after pictures don’t do it justice. I’m so happy with the services! We will definitely be having her come back to do our carpets soon!

Our carpets are older and were mess! They came clean really well and the boy mess smell has finally gone away! The recliner that was cleaned is back to looking new, so excited! The only reason i only gave 4 stars was because it took longer then 24 hours for the carpets to dry. Even with all the windows open and fans going.

Update: We received a call from the company inquiring about the damage, stating they will fix it. My husband and I were worried about who we were going to get to fix it, so that was a great call! We appreciate the concern and repairs!The individual that came by was nice and she took her time cleaning the carpets. Not sure how it happened but the hose she was using hit our wall and chipped it leaving a good, deep sized hole. We scheduled a cleaning because the owners before us let their dog pee on the carpets and they reeked! We hope a professional cleaning will fix this problem! Super bummed about the damage though because the interior of our home was just restore and painted.

The attention to detail was amazing. I have used other carpet cleaning companies many times in the past, and nobody even came close to getting the clean carpets I got today. My last service was with zerorez and they said once a carpet is stained red you can’t get it out. Well today the sweet woman( I’m so sorry I forgot your name) used her flashlight to find all the fruit punch spills and was able to remove all of them! She worked so hard and it shows in my carpet. She said she would never hire her sons to clean, but she would her daughters, simply because women have a keener eye to detail, and I would agree with that statement, not just in cleaning, but in our daily lives. I’m so happy I used them and so happy I could support an all women business. Truly outstanding work and I would recommend everyone to use them. She even sprayed an orange essential oil spray in all of my rooms, it smelt so good!

Angala done a really good job on our rugs because they were really dirty she took her time cleaning all of our rugs straight through the whole house done a good job she explained what she was going to use it for and where it goes and now our house smells very beautiful.

They cleaned our carpets and after it dried there was still a smell. I figured the first cleaning just lifted the yuck up is why it smelled. Not their fault, the carpets were nasty. They were more than willing to come back out two days later and do it again. Smell gone this time.

They were polite and professional both on the phone and in person. My carpet feels so soft and look good. Its been about three weeks since my service and the pet urine smell is coming back. That may be normal, Im unsure if any cleaning service can fully get that type of smell out or not or if its something that will take several treatments. So that is frustrating, but understandable, over all great friendly service. They communicate frequently to let you know exactly when they will arrive and even showed up a bit early. Carpets were dry within hours (other places left them soaking wet for days.) This company is happy to do what it takes to make sure their clients are taken care of. Overall I think that I would use them again, and would recommend them over the other companies Ive used in the past!

Simply amazing! We bought a motorhome with terribly stained carpet. I mean it looked bad. I tried to clean it with my little green machine and it didnt look much better. Kayla came and in 45 minutes had it looking like new. Seriously, no stains and the couch looked so clean too! They are awesome!!!
