Everything was in working order and the availability of the wash ports was better than the car wash near my house (which was jam packed and the reason I came to Hidden Cove). Place seems well maintained with good water pressure in the automatic wash. The fact that this automatic wash is touchless is also the reason I will come here because I refuse to destroy my paint with a touch wash.

Best self car wash in the area! I have been to many self car wash places in the area and Hidden Cove is the best. The hot soap + water combo is not found in any places. All of the machines work at all times as well, this place is kept nice and running. Will continually be back. :)

Its been a long time since I have used Hidden Cove Car Wash due to where I live. Having said that, I think I will be frequenting this place more regularly. Everything about it was great. The options on the wash were full featured, the soap and wax came out very nicely, the wash was very clean and reasonably priced. Highly recommended.

The hand spray/wash is great, but we also love the brushless drive through wash.

The only car wash that has removed the bugs on my bumper. Highly recommended.

Very impressive wash for large trucks.

$3 minimum for only 4 minutes. The wash is a very nice place but the price is outrageous. And theres only a small little sticker when you go to change your bill to quarters, it says may dispense some tokens as well.

My only experience has been with the automatic wash, but its a nice little touchless wash. Does a better job than most of the more expensive washes. If there are more than a couple cars in line, it can be a bit of a wait, though.

Went in this morning to vacuum my truck, it was being finicky so I decided to head home. After hearing of my trouble this morning the owner contacted me personally and offered me a wash pass and vacuum to make it right! Today I realized that they truly appreciate their customers and Ill most definitely keep going back!

Update spoke with Jeanine and was able to get a behind-the-scenes tour of the facility I was able to experience and use every aspect of this amazing car wash unbelievably impressed after seeing how well kept and well updated their equipment is not to mention the actual spot-free rinse and the way it works I will never be using another car wash again it really goes to show what 21 years of experience of owning and operating this type of car wash is actually worth and this was worth every cent and every minute I was able to spend here today thank you to Janine for showing me what a real car wash should be and how it actually should work especially how to spot-free rinse and the type of chemicals that are used and one of the most important things the brush head for your car that you scrub it down with these ones that they have would never scratch chip or hurt your paint in any way if you see the multi colored ones do not use those are the ones that will actually mess your car up I know from personal experience as well as now having the expertise of her information passed on to me.

I decided to try the touchless car wash. It was definitely touchless, but not in a good way. I patiently waited as there were 3 cars ahead of me. When my turn came up, I chose the $10 wash. I pulled forward as instructed. It flashed stop for a split second and then switched back to pull forward again....and kept flashing pull forward until I had no choice but to pull out of the bay as there was several cars behind me. I am obviously very unhappy that I wasted money and time on this place. I will not be coming back.EDIT: The day I wrote this review they immediately apologized and asked that I call. When I called, they apologized again and explained what had happened. They offered money back or two free car washes in recompense. I chose 2 free carwashes and they said would mail immediately. I received the coupons in 2 days. I have yet had a chance to go back. However, I am very impressed with their quick response and willingness to make things right. I have changed my review to reflect this.

Great car wash the change machine wouldnt take my dollar and the guy who works there happened to be there and I asked if he could possibly give me change and he was great about it. Thank you again...

Nice driver-thru car wash for bigger trucks!

I use the brushless car wash but they also have three bays of wand style car washes and vacuums around the back. It is a decent quality car wash and I recommend it on that basis.

My favorite carwash in the Layton area. Im here almost weekly keeping my Jeep nice and clean.

Best car wash in Utah! The owner is an amazing woman!

My truck was really dirty to the point it would take a bit of work to clean but I decided to try out the automatic wash since I have never taken my truck to one before. I heard some comments that auto washes can scratch the paint and such from the brushes so I have been staying away. I found this brushless auto wash and went with the premium option. After the wash I was very impressed with the results so I would definitely take my truck there again!

I love this place. There are two different automatic car washes and three bays if you like doing the washes with a personal touch. Vacuums and everything youd expect from a car wash.

Go here lots this is the best wash around. Stopped in yesterday with mud stuck to the pickup. When I pulled up to do the automatic she said I would be better off using one of the bays first. Which I did and the truck came out excellent. Bonus she paid for the stall I used. I highly recommend this car wash.

Its the only wash near me, that I could find, that has a touchless wash. It does a pretty decent job.

Great self service bays. Best soap to water ratio in town. Clean and friendly service. Nice giant bays fit the biggest of vehicles with ease. Never used the automatic car wash myself.

Equipment worked well.

Did the job. The equipment is a bit outdated and could use an upgrade. Also you cant use cash only a card but again it gets the job done.

Very well maintained. Made cleaning my vehicle inside and out, super easy.

I go there about once a week. Rarely have to wait for the auto wash and never had to wait for the manual wash. Good price for a good wash.

I like to wash our vehicles there, take the time I need and not be rushed.

Pretty good place although some of the card readers are in need of work as some are having problems reading my cards. Even the new ones.

The brushless wash works very well and is a lot better for your paint, our car was covered in road salt and was clean when we pulled out.

A car wash is supposed to clean your car. If it doesnt dry your car, it gets dirty immediately after. Im so confused about what we just paid for. :((

The 1st stale took 2.50 and wouldnt give it back because someone stuck a nickel in there and jammed it up.

I just left Hidden Cove car wash. We had a dirty rain a few days ago, I used the automatic car wash. My car came out looking as if I hadnt ever entered the car wash. I did the most expensive wash you can and my car looks terrible. Im now going to have to rewash it by hand. I used to frequent this car wash but the last two times my car has looked worse after the wash than before. I dont expect perfection but there is still dirt on my car.

Nice & Clean Establishment. Car wash works great, we use the Drive-Thru wash. The Owner is great, works with u with any problem or situation.

Automatic car wash either has no blowers or they dont work. There are no signs posted warning customers before their money is taken.

Its mostly convenient, but only if Im going home afterwards and turning right on Antelope after I leave. Spot free rinse still left a lot of spots on my windshield, dryers werent very effective. It did remove all of the bugs off my car from driving to Logan twice in 24hr. Its one of the few touchless carwashes in the area so Ill continue to use it.
