The A/C in my car went out and it was leaking oil. I went to BJs because it is close to my house and I thought I would give them a shot. My car is a 20 year old chevy so I figured it was going to take a lot to fix it. Sure enough it needed a full rebuild. They said it would be about 2,500 to fix the A/C and the oil leak. They got everything fixed pretty fast and my A/C is working great. I can enjoy driving my car again. Better yet, once they got finished with it my bill was less than what they originally quoted. That was a nice surprise. I did ask for a tire balance too which they forgot to do but that is forgivable considering how good everything else went. (We are all human after all)Would recommend these guys anytime. It is hard to find an honest mechanic now days. It is even harder to be one. Trust me I spent 5 years and 5,000 dollars trying to be one.

Great prompt service. I dropped my truck off for maintenance services and a front steering issue. I didn’t expect to have my truck back for at least a couple days. Five or six hours later they called and advised me the needed repairs were completed and my vehicle was ready to be picked up. I know it doesn’t happen that way all the time and I certainly don’t expect it to.While I was there I was able to discuss my tire needs for a different vehicle. I had an idea of what I wanted and after a discussion of my needs BJ’s recommendation made more sense. He backed he recommendation with his experience and expertise for the specific vehicle I have. Upon our 5th trip back with bald tires the woman and worker we completely perplexed as to what should cause the tires to go so bad in 5 shirt weeks. You kept the vehicle, repaired your alignment machine adding extra days, checked with the tire company for possible tire defectivity, I was told the tires would be covered & then told nothing was subsequently. However, YOU let them woman up front in your store tell me, nothing was covered you guaranteed nothing and nothing apparently was due to you nor your workers lack of knowledge either!!!!!I did not hear Any offer from you to repair what actually needed to be repaired nor see you again Sir.I will make positively sure Anyone I know will avoid your establishment & wish you all the Karma you deserve!

Bj’s Tire Pros is a great place to take your vehicle. I needed a set of unique snow tires and BJ found three sets, gave me the pros and cons, and made his recommendation. He got me in that day with amazing customer service. The staff also educated me on the difference between snow and all season tires and why they are so different. It really made driving in the snow way less stressful. Needless to say, the tires themselves, customer service, and atmosphere fosters high satisfaction and recommendations.

I have been going to BJs for almost 3 years now. I always come in the shop without my husband and I have to stay in the shop to wait because of mine and my husbands conflicting work schedules. I know they will take care of me and do it in a timely manner. Car repair prices have always been reasonable and I can trust their work. Jeremy has great customer service and always talks me through what needs to be done and breakdown of prices.This year for my car registration, they threw in a free safety inspection since it is no longer required. They also were willing to check out my transmission fluid for free to determine if it needed to be serviced.However, every time I leave, my driver floor mat is dirty. Every time. They never have put down anything to prevent that as Ive seen at other places. Also, never let them change your air cab filter. With parts and labor, it cost $50, which came as a surprise to me because when I got it changed last year at Jiffy Lube, they had me run across the street to ORileys where the filter cost $17 and they did not charge me for any labor.But overall, I recommend them!

I had not one but two flat tires and had to come in, in a jiffy by a tow truck. The employees were not pushy to get me out of the door and instead were the sweetest, most understanding staff members. They didn’t think twice about helping me change all 4 tires and continued to stay open half an hour after their posted closing time. I will forever be grateful to the staff here at BJs Tire Pros and highly recommend using this company for any vehicle issues.

Heres a story that should paint a good picture of my experience: Late one night, my wife hits a deer on our only reliable car. We take it to a mechanic (not BJs), and they fix the radiator. The car works well for about 2 months. Then, one of the radiator fans tear into the newly installed traito radiator.I take it to BJs, because they fixed my other car speedy quick, and I want someone to get it right. Bad news: repairs are more than I can afford.I guess well just scrap it... PLOT TWIST!I dont have a title yet, because the DMV is making me go through red tape. Its the middle of a pandemic, so cash is too tight for a tow back home. I call BJs to ask how much to park it there for 7 days (according to the DMV). Their response: no charge. Wow. But wait, it gets better: I call the DMV, and the titles going to be another week, possibly up to 6 weeks! Anxious about money, we call BJs. Their response? Dont worry about it. Just keep us posted. Lets be clear: there was no money coming from me to them during this time. They just saw a guy who needed some help, and they gave it. Nice work guys. Thank you so much.

One of the most dishonest places I have been. Three different times they told me that they couldnt resurface my rotors, as they were too thin, so I needed new rotors AND calipers. I took it somewhere else, each time, as it didnt seem right, and sure enough, the other places resurfaced my rotors just fine. The only reason I kept giving them a try, was because they were near my work.After this happened this week again (I wont be going back there again), I asked Caleb about this, and he showed me a picture of how the brakes were wearing differently, due to the calipers not operating correctly. However, that has nothing to do with them saying that my rotors were too thin to be resurfaced, which 3 different places verified was incorrect.I also came in once to have them check my battery, and they told me I needed a new one, and wanted to charge me a ton of money for a battery.I went somewhere else, and they tested it, and it was fine, and showed me so, on their meter. When I talked to BJs about that, Caleb said maybe my car had just died, so it wasnt charged up yet. I drive 35 min to work, and it was more than charged up.My seat belt was twisted once, and I couldnt get it untwisted. They wanted to charge me $70 to replace the whole assembly. The next place just untwisted it for me, and it was fine.Skip this place!

I have taken my cars here for a while. I really appreciate their customer service and honesty. I had taken my van in for its annual safety and emissions inspection. It didnt pass initially because I was told that the tie rods on needed to be replaced. I scheduled an appointment to have it done, but when the tech that does the work double checked he felt that while there was a little play in the tire, it didnt warrant replacing the tie rods at this time. I really appreciated that they just didnt do it, but let me know. One of the things I value most is the honesty of those that do mechanical work on my cars. Also, when these guys have done work on my cars, it has always been quality work!

The employees here are knowledgeable, patient, and very pleasant to work with. They also do reliable work, and dont take forever to do it. New tires installed in an hour. They also dont try to sell you unnecessary items, but treat you with respect instead. Highly recommend!

BJs really watches out for you. my car was throwing both a check engine light and a Tire Pressure light. Caleb pulled the codes, recommended we put a new gas cap on, adjusted the tire pressure, and sent us on our way without charging us. I love these guys!

They are absolutely honest with me and my family. They did not do anything without asking and explaining the pricing first. When I was buying a used car they gave me a full inspection for free to ensure that I was getting a good car before I actually paid for it. I can actually trust them. No ridiculous fees that surprise you or run your wallet into the ground.

I went to jiffy lube to get a state inspection done today. They were pretty busy and when I sat down (with my three year old son), the lady next to me told me that she had been waiting an hour and no one has even taken her info. With my little one, that kind of wait was out of the question so I started calling around. So glad I ended up at BJs because not only were they quick and friendly, they had a great kid area for us to wait in so my son stayed happy to while time we were there. :-)

These guys are excellent. They always go the extra mile for us and their work is timely and incredible. We had a problem with the rebate manufacturer of the tires that we purchased and they called up the company and straightened out the problem. Talk about customer service. Weve been taking our cars/trucks to BJs for several years now and have always been very pleased with the service. They have never tried to rip me off when my husband isnt around. They have done custom work on the truck for very reasonable prices. I would refer anyone to BJs and never worry that they would be treated discourteously or ripped off.

We had high hopes at the beginning but things quickly went downhill. They have charged us thousands of dollars to supposedly “fix” our car and it is still having the same problems we paid them to fix. Took it back several times to try and remedy the situation and twice they changed their minds on what was actually wrong with the vehicle. Stay away!!

The place is freezing and uncomfortable. Went in for an oil change and was told my stabilizer links were broken, they told me they would fix it for $280 since theyd have to replace the entire stabilizer bar and links. Took it to Hatch auto, they looked at it for free and SHOWED me the bar was fine and how only the links were broken and needed to be replaced. Hatch auto fixed the links for less than half the price!

These guys are the best. Resolve any auto problem for a very reasonable cost. Always willing to fix any problem.

I entered a submission for my best friend who was struggling with affording car repairs after her car had broken down (after she had already paid for 3 significant repairs recently). BJ emailed me to let me know he had selected my friend for his giveaway and went right to work. Instead of completing the simple repair we had discussed, he went above and beyond to make sure every aspect of her car was in top shape!! Not only did he replace her starter (which was the issue considered in the email submission), but he fixed leaks and belts, replaced brakes and tires, and even took care of her upcoming registration!!!! After being loyal customer for about 4 and half years bringing 3 vehicles for service, repairs, and tire purchases my car made puddle of liquid under engine. Took car to BJs to find out what happened. Got estimate for head gasket oil leak, also oil pan gasket leaking. Estimated cost $ 650. 00. Drove to different shop for second opinion they found no oil leaks . Real problem was bad radiator cap. Cost of repair $7.50. People be afraid to go there. Ower last year or so thay turn into criminals. Beware.
