A clean, relaxing environment to get a massage. Mindy has excellent communication via text when it comes to rescheduling, availability, etc. Mindy took care of me while pregnant and postpartum and she knew exactly what to address during my visits. It’s like she knew where I hurt! Would definitely recommend to anyone needing a time out from Mommy life!

She does an amazing job! By far the best massages Ive ever gotten and more aware of trouble areas than other masseuses Ive been to.Ive been during my pregnancy and after, she has a very comfortable booster for the belly and chest to rest in so you dont have to lay on your side for the massage, its also great for postpartum massage if you are nursing.

I love Mindy! She does such a wonderful job and is really knowledgeable and professional. She follows all protocols for cleanliness and safety. I felt very comfortable getting a massage from her during COVID. I had tweaked my back right before a vacation and she was able to work my muscles out so that I could enjoy my trip! Thanks Mindy!

Mindy was my doula for the last 4 months. I was impressed by her professionalism and ability to make me feel comfortable. She has a great doula package and skills to match. I appreciated that she would answer questions about anything pregnancy related both in our massage sessions and through texts. It brought me a lot of ease especially being a first-time mom. I always look forward to the massage. I highly recommend working with mindy. She was a great help and support not only throughout pregnancy but especially during birth. I had a planned Hospital birth and a not so planned induction which I ended up needing pitocin and an epidural. Even though her skill set is most useful for a natural birth she was extremely useful and needed during the whole process.

Very professional, and a lot of education and certification on her part, made me extra comfortable receiving my (first) prenatal massage at 7 months pregnant. Would highly recommend to any expecting mamas or anyone for that matter!

Mindy was my doula for my second child. As the saying goes, it takes a village, and when you don’t have a village of support nearby, it is a gift to have a doula like Mindy, whose support extends beyond the delivery room.Mindy’s doula offerings afforded me the opportunity to stay above the scary swirl - she was so knowledgeable about childbirth, and was able to answer and give tips and tricks for many of the questions that flurry around prior to delivery day.The prenatal visits and massages helped get my mind in the right headspace- feeling not only supported, but strong and capable myself during the third trimester and for the process of childbirth. Then there’s the oft overlooked postpartum care. Mindy’s postnatal support- belly binds to help physically hold you together, home visits and massage that help you to check in with yourself and how you are doing, and teaching of infant massage that shows a lovely opportunity for bonding with your baby. Even just being a consistent point of contact for needs outside of her doula care- lactation consultants, placenta encapsulation, etc- it was nice having a personal referral instead of navigating a blind internet search. All this to say I’m grateful (as is my husband) that we had the opportunity of Mindy as our doula and wish that kind of support for every new parent.

I was a couple months pregnant the first time I went to Misty. I had been dry heaving and throwing up so much that my back constantly ached from the convulsions. I actually had to throw up during the massage and Misty got the trash can and rubbed my back while I threw up! I was sitting there apologizing and she chuckled and said, If I couldnt handle throw up I wouldnt be very good at this, or something to that affect. I was so relieved. Her pressure and technique is wonderful, and she really listens to what the client wants and pays attention to what your body needs as well. She may specialize in pre- and post-natal massage, but this momma is still going to Mother Nurture Baby for regular maintenance. I even sent my husband to get a massage after he did a lot of maintenance on our vehicles and was achy.

Went in for a 75 minute prenatal massage and it was awesome. The pregnancy pillows she has are the real deal and are very comfortable unlike many other places. It is very comforting going into someone who clearly knows what they are doing. She does an amazing job and I highly recommend her. I cant wait to go back!

I appreciated the time Mindy took to find out how I was feeling and what areas she could focus on to alleviate neck pain & tension I have been experiencing. I was comfortable in her office and she was very professional. I enjoyed (2) 60 minute Swedish with hot rocks & warm towels. I also loved her text reminders and would definitely recommend her to family and friends.

I cannot find the exact words to express how exceptionally wonderful Mindy is as both a doula and a massage therapist! Mindy supported my husband and I during what may have been the one of the hardest times of our life. My last pregnancy with my third baby was extremely high risk as our baby was diagnosed with a rare trisomy. Mindy became one of our most valued support people during the entire process. Looking back, both my husband and I strongly feel we couldn’t have done it without her.We had an appointment where we met with all of the specialists and surgeons that baby Samuel would need after birth. Mindy was there with us for the overwhelming entire half day appointment. She was quick to reassure us and offer hope when the other doctors were more reserved. She too participated and asked questions to better help prepare herself on how to support me and Sam after birth. My previous two deliveries were natural births. We set out for that with Samuel but due to complications we went for an emergency C-section. Mindy was a wonderful and necessary support person that once again my husband and we’re so grateful she was there with us.Samuel immediately went to the NICU and my hubby went to be with him. Meanwhile, Mindy stayed by my side offering me reassurance, comfort, and support during my recovery. Specifically, she would not leave until I was relaxed, settled in, and sleeping. However, despite her amazing therapeutic efforts I just could not bare to be separated from Samuel. I had to literally convince her it was ok to leave, she’s that committed and sweet!Mindy’s prenatal massages were amazing! I still see her for massage as she is one of my most favorite therapists; and believe me I’m particular! Not one massage is ever the same either! She has different techniques, and surprises that she’ll throw in like stretches, sugar scrub for dry skin, or hot stone facial massage (one of my personal favorites)! I bet she has more surprises that even I’ve yet to experience!Lastly, Mindy’s heart leads her to go above and beyond. Mindy still stays in touch and loves to receive updates on Sam. Not only is she experienced, knowledgeable, and healing in nature; she displays love and kindness that should most definitely make her the person of your choosing.
