Marked my delivery as receiver refused and never even made contact with me. When I called the customer center, I spoke with Kyle who said that if it was damaged, the driver would’ve put that in the system, but he could not verify that was the case because he tried calling and messaging the driver and got no response. I called twice, a hour apart and there was still no resolution. It’s the next morning and I still don’t have my package or a reason for it not being delivered. The least the driver could’ve done was make contact and ask me if I wanted the package.
Our UPS driver, Simmons, needs to be recognized. He is so polite and courteous, always has a smile on his face. Good job Mr. Simmons!

I am a customer here at least once a month and never have I received bad service. I have always been treated with kindness and professionalism even when I call they always have the time to find out what is needed and they always get things taken care of. So thank you to the entire UPS team here in Lawton.
The man who helped me was super nice and understanding. I had just been sent there from the UPS store after having a less than pleasant experiance and it took less than 5 mins for this man to print off my return slip where at the other store they couldnt figure it out for some reason. Will always be using this location for my UPS needs.
If I could give them a zero stars I would they have been more then a week over on my deliveries. The driver just sits the packages on my porch wherever I guess it depends on how far he wants to walk. My door can be open and he will not knock or anything to let someone know it’s something outside. He doesn’t do anything but drop it and go and the 4 or 6 delivery notices doesn’t help cause my packages could be stolen. He is not a good delivery driver
UPS use to be very reliable and on time; however they havent delivered a package on time to me in a very long time. I can understand packages being delayed; however I cant understand or accept 1) them lying and saying it was delivered - when it wasnt only to have it out of delivery the next day and 2) it being out for delivery three days in a row and not delivered. Do you just not care anymore? The great thing about unhappy customers is the fact that they can go somewhere else. I for one will be taking my business elsewhere.
I’m only writing this because I’m beyond frustrated. My package was supposed to be here on the 2nd, it got to Lawton on the 31st according to the tracking number, and it is now the 5th and I still have not gotten it. It is something that is very important and has caused issues (and a lot of anger) with it being late. They are also only open for 4 hours so it’s a very narrow time frame to hit so you can call. I understand things are rough right now but it’s been 5 days. Please stop holding my package hostage.

I have a gate on my driveway. They will not attempt to go through it. I am currently waiting for a very expensive package and can not get it. I was home all day waiting for this package. Now I can not get a hold of a human to arrange pick up for my package. All they had to do was call the provided phone number and I would have met them at the gate.
This UPS center is absolutely USELESS! If there was an option to give no stars, I would. Every time I am supposed to get a delivery from them when they have a substitute driver, my items do not get delivered. Every. Single. Time. If you’re going to use substitute drivers, then train them on the freaking route and hold them accountable for getting the job done correctly.
Said they where open on Saturday. Metal sign on the building (not a temporary paper sign) clearly says they are not. Door was locked. Googles note said the times where edited by the business 2 weeks ago. Obviously not. Im going out of town and was trying to pick something up that theyll deliver Monday. Guess not
They almost always deliver my packages to the wrong address and can take days to get it corrected. I have no problems with USPS or FedEx deliveries. Now when I order something, I tell them to cancel the order if using UPS. I pay to have my packages delivered to my home and now I have to have them held at the Lawton center and I drive 45 minutes to pick them up. Ive spoke with several people to try to correct this and UPS just simply cant get it together and take care of their paying customers. I dont use UPS unless there are no other options and there are always other options.

This driver pulled into my driveway which nobody has ever done before. Home driveways are for cars not heavy commercial vehicles. And why do the drivers never ring the bell to alert us they just dropped a package at your door??? So easy to do and it would help keep our package from being stolen.
I have never had a driver pull up our driveway and search for a package not find it and just drive off, it we are home we meet them at the gate so they don’t have to walk to house. This guy never seen me standing 5 feet from his truck and just drove away. When he turned onto street he seen me standing in yard and I could hear him calling me names from his truck (driveway is about a 1/4 mile long). He came back to tell me package must have been loaded on wrong truck.
Normally good deliveries.Please your carriers place boxes the correct side up - today my live plants were trashed by the delivery toss at my front door.

Tracking said delivery Friday, had a storm in the area (nothing bad), then the tracking said “delivery delayed due to weather. Even though FedEx and local mail were not affected by weather, now says delivery Tuesday. Will never use UPS again if I have to chose I’ll go with FedEx.
Having to wait over the weekend for a second delivery attempt on Monday because delivery was attempted but could not access the building. Yet, the front door of the building was open since 7 in the morning. Not to mention another package was dropped off at the same time my delivery was attempted. Will never voluntarily use UPS!!!
The customer service at this hub is horrible! Vanda, the normal lady at the desk is FANTASTIC but she’s been out & the other employees are HORRIBLE! We go to pick up shipments once a week & they stand around telling each other “it’s not my job”, “I’m not doing it this time” - all right in front of us! Then when someone decides to stop wasting our time and actually do it, they’re so rude & make sure you KNOW that you’re inconveniencing them.Last week one of our boxes was torn completely apart and things were actually hanging out the sides. The guy at the counter said “sorry, not my problem. You’ll have to file a damage report. You need to sign for it.” Of course we refused it and that just made him even more upset because now he has a little more work to do.This week we stand in the office for almost 5 minutes before going over to the little trailer. Took them another few minutes to decide who was going to get our boxes because none of them wanted to do it. It took us saying, “fine, we’ll go get it ourselves” for one of them to actually do their job. Then our shipment is short 1 box. The guy says “I don’t know what to tell you. This is what you have. You need to sign here.” That’s it. No help on the missing box, nothing.They do not care about the customers at this hub at all.
This location was great and Johnny on the spot. Very friendly service. Its also in a great shopping plaza and located next to a fantastic coffee shop.

Very unorganized and unprofessional. Had a package being shipped express and none of the workers could tell me what happened to the package. They all seem to have different theories on its whereabouts. I can also only assume a worker stole it. But who knows.
I paid for overnight / next day shipping. I saw through the UPS tracking website that my package was on the truck and out for delivery at 8:39 am. At 8:45 pm i still had not received my package, so I decided to go to the Chat with an Agent section of the website. I was told, ... sorry, there is nothing I can do.After discussing my frustration with my wife, she told me she saw the delivery driver who normally comes to our house hanging out at the local gas station talking with a woman (hearsay, I know), but I have personally seen the same driver pick up girls in his delivery truck. Also, personally seen him texting while driving and swerving all over the road.Then just shortly after the conversation on chat, the status of my package changed to in transit with another 3 day wait (because of the weekend).Now, about the driver. He has repeatedly driven through my yard leaving huge ruts in my lawn. He has also thrown packages toward my house without ever leaving his truck, tossed them in the back of my pick-up without leaving his truck, and delivered to my neighbors house even though my address was clearly on the package and very visible from the road.This does not reflect the entire company, just the local branch and driver.
One star only because you dont get any less. 3 times our packages have been delivered to wrong address. Thankful we have honest neighbors.
I had 2 packages being delivered from the same company to the same address on the same day. One of them made it. The other was misdelivered. When I called I was told someone was out looking for it. Here I am a week later with the package still missing and no one answering phones for the past few days. AWESOME WORK.
Im late posting this. It was a little while back. I literally watched the driver throw my package over my fence at my porch... and they also deliver packages to wrong addresses... other than that theyre ok.
Waited all day for a package and never got delivered. On the tracking it says attempted delivery yet no one tried to deliver my package to me. So now I have to wait another whole day for it and hope it gets here.
Great staff, very helpful, even though they were very busy, they always smiled and took the time to figure out the best way to help.

I didnt know that they offer services through USPS. They sent my package through USPS without even giving me that option. I assumed my package was sent by UPS. My package was lost. They cant figure out what happened. Will never go back.
UPS delivered to my house supposely... No package. This is third time my name and number is on my mailbox. Im tired of this Im closing out my Amazon Prime and I will not be ordering from Amazon. They only use UPS the company that does not deliver! With Christmas it is not worth the stress.

Twice in two days we have had packages delivered. Both days the boxes were dropped on our porch and the UPS person just drives away. They did not bother to ring the bell or knock to let us know our package was even here. The time lapse from delivery to actually finding out they had been delivered certainly gives someone time to steal our packages. Does that actually happen, yes. Very disappointed in UPS..I would rather use Fed EX.

Ordered my Christmas gifts three packages only one made it. It saids that was delivered but never made it home when there is always people at my house. UPS never knocked on the door, they just dropped the package and keep on rollin.
Delivery issue with my address not being found. They contacted me and we sorted it out quickly, next day I received my packages.
The hours they are open are bad need to be open during the day to be useful at 8 a.m. 3p.m. til 7 p.m. they might as well not have the building business goes on in the morning not after 3 p.m.
