They would not have said a word about the errors on my plaque if I wouldnt have called them out on it. They gave me the plaque when it was ready like there was nothing wrong with it. I inspected it in front of them and when I called them out on the third line, thats when they told me their machine was broken. But yet, they still took my plaque order and my money ($62). If my machine was broken, I wouldnt have taken the order in the first place and definitely would have refunded the customer if there was an issue. But there was no refund and NO apology. One of the associates even said, I thought it was supposed to be like that. When I asked if it could be fixed, she said she would have to work late to do it. This was an office gift for an employee leaving our department. I had to get it fixed by another company and they did great (All things Embroidered). Would not recommend getting plaques made here.

100 percent awesome, one stop shop. Awesome environment awesome staff very friendly. They just make you want to come and shop there or mail your packages off there because of the quality of their service. I wont go anywhere else str8 up....thank you to the staff, you guys are awesome....

I love the engraving that they do here. I have had a few things engraved that came out beautifully. You can have an item engraved or they can custom make you something. And theyre pretty fast too. I will be referring all my friends and family here...

Great place to go if you already have your package boxed up and label printed. If you have the box already they will only charge you a $1 for packing and to get it all taped up for you. If your label is already printed they will just make sure it gets shipped at no charge. The inside staff were polite and very gracious.

Great place to do business. They not only do copies and faxing, but they have a notary on hand at all times. I was able to take care of my property closing all in one place. They printed it, notarized it, and Fedexed it for me. One stop shop. Very friendly staff also.

Awesome place! Had a memorial plaque for my cat from here and Mary did an amazing job I will definitely be coming back! I always use this place for my packages and faxing and never had a problem! Best place in lawton

This place is a joke. There so greedy they charge u to print off a prepaid shipping label. They even charge u to send them the shipping label through email so u can print it off.

This place is a complete rip off. I went there to mail two small paintings to Washington State and they wanted to charge me over 70 dollars to send it. That of course was for the packing and postage. I felt that was an insane amount of money to mail something that weighed 2.48 pounds. When I asked which company would be providing the actually service of delivering the package; they said FEDEX. When I asked them why it was so much; they said it was their fees for being the third party. People save your money and go straight to FEDEX, UPS or the post office. I drove to the FEDEX office on 11th ST in Lawton and sent my package from there. It was only 26 dollars to ship my package through FEDEX. Dont let this place rip you off.

Great place to ship fragile items. The young redhead that runs the front, is very nice and professional. she packed up a huge painting for me and sent it all the way to alaska. and it made it there in one peice. definately saved time and money,having them pack it for me. they have my full aproval.

Incorrect hours listed. The close at 6, not 7. Pretty frustrating to drive across town for nothing.
