I’ve been getting my eyebrows threaded with Joyce for over 2 years and I absolutely love this place. The parlor is always clean and I am always seen for my appointment on time. I would highly recommend coming here rather than the other places in Lawton!

I absolutely loved The Brow Parlour. I called when they opened at 9 a.m. and had an appointment same day. I came in to get a Brazilian wax and I’m so impressed! This was my 2nd time getting a Brazilian and I’ll definitely be going back. Everyone was friendly and happy, plus the salon had such a comfortable feel to it. Cameron waxed me and she did amazing! She was so laid back and easy to talk to. She made the entire experience less awkward and more comfortable. During the wax, she was very efficient. I left with no unwanted hair at all!! She gave me great after care tips and even taught me about some of the other services they offer that enhance your skin. I loved that she asked if I had any questions at the end also. She’s a master at her craft and I would recommend her easily! I’ll be returning to The Brow Parlour for my next Brazilian and I plan to try some of their other services too! I also found out that you get an incentive of $10 off when you return to get another Brazilian wax, they call it a “Brazilian touch up”.

This place is a blessing to Lawton! The ladies here work hard to make sure you feel beautiful and satisfied when you leave. The owner has amazing taste! Ive only gotten my eyebrows done here. Joyce has even taken it a step further to give some tips on how to fill in my eyebrows. Love her so much!

Super nice staff the gentleman at the front desk offered drinks and was super nice. Very nice vibe in there super cute place. I went to get my eyebrows done, I have naturally thick eyebrows and they had been growing out for 10 weeks because I was in training. I usually get a thinner brow so I went in and the lady started waxing and I could feel that it was just a clean up, she showed me the eyebrow and it was thick and I told her it wasn’t what I wanted and I wanted it thinner she said that I need to embrace my thickness and grey natural shape of my eyebrow but no that’s not what I wanted. She refused to go any thinner and said if I wanted a thin eyebrow to go some where else. I was pissed. What happened to doing what the customer wants. It’s my body, my eyebrows. I walk around with them everyday. I know what I want don’t sit there and argue with me about what shape they should be. I only have two stars because the guy up front was so nice.

I absolutely LOVE The Brow Parlour. I recommend it to literally everyone I can. I’m in here at least once a month to get my brows done, and have also gone here for a spa day before the owners opened the Rose Rock. I’ve never had a bad experience. They are efficient, friendly, and the atmosphere transports you to a place of peace and relaxation the moment you walk in.

What a wonderful service for Lawton. One of the best day spas Ive ever been to. They make everyone that comes in feel super special and Ive tried several of their services and all are top notch!!! You cant go wrong with anything you choose to have done.

I LOVE this beautiful place. Ive been getting my brows done here for years. I recommend it to friends and new folks all the time. Ive taken my niece and daughter both here for their first brow-waxing experiences too. My daughter now regularly sees the owner, Miss Joyce, whos a dream. And I have been seeing Miss Cecile for years, since my first time. The atmosphere is fabulous Old Hollywood and you cant ask for a better experience.Im including a few different photos from visits throughout.

Very bad service I never go back. I went for Brazilian wax and that lady so rude and They charge very to much and they left so many hair to, they are very unprofessional. I never recommend this place to anyone. If you want better service go somewhere else.

This is the place to go if you want great brows! I always schedule with Ms. Shantae, and she always does a fabulous job! The prices are reasonable also.

I love this place. Ive had a facial, a peel, and my eyebrows waxed here. Theres a reason you have to schedule an appointment in advance, theyre a busy place, and the experience is well worth it.Its the first place Ive ever gotten my eyebrows waxed where theyve continually checked to make sure they were doing it the way I wanted. Most places ask what you want before starting, and then just go at it. Here they take their time, and allow you to look in the mirror (numerous times if needed) to make sure its what you want. You never feel rushed out of there.All of the staff Ive met have been great as well. Theyve always been the perfect blend of laid back and professional. Just what you want in an atmosphere made for relaxation. Theyre really good at remembering each client as well, which is amazing to me, considering all the business they get.As for complaints about the cancellation policy, I too was wary of this at first, but I understood the need for it to protect themselves. My mother ended up in a car accident, and I had to leave town. I spaced my appointment, but they always call a day in advance to remind you. I was able to make the 24 hour cancellation time with no problems.The only little complaint I have is the price of getting your eyebrows waxed. Its $15 every time you go. I kind of wish they dropped it to $10 as long as youre keeping up on them as Ive seen other businesses do. I like to tip, but I have a tendency to tip a little less when its so much each time. This still didnt stop me from going though, because I never found anyone in the area that was better to do my brows.All in all the best place to go in Lawton. Im no longer living in the area, but The Brow Parlour will definitely be something I continue to miss.

I have been going to the Brow Parlour for a little over a year. They are amazing! Very professional, discreet, and the staff has a lot of experience. They have set the bar. No place like it in Lawton. They also have a rewards program thats pretty generous.

Good stuff. I enjoyed the time they take to wax your brows and the girls soft hands.

The front desk gentleman was very polite and offered me something to drink twice. And then he takes me back to the waxing room and lets me know that Miss Joyce will be m me in just a second. I cant say enough things about Miss Joyce! She is such a wonderful person and I just met her today and I can tell that she loves to make peopole feel beautiful and loves her job! My eyebrows have never looked this pretty better so its bye bye hairy caterpillars on my forehead! LOL! I know I will be going to Joyce every 3 to 4 weeks to let her perfect my eyebrows! It was so beautiful inside and smelled so good ! I really cant say enough nice cant say enough nice things about this beauty parlor and I would highly recommend the brow parlor! I really did love it! Couldn’t get service, I tried to make an appointment but waiting 2 weeks to be seen?! Who do you think you are Anastasia Beverly Hills?! I just wanted a simple eyebrow wax and tint. Your website makes it seem like walk ins are welcome, so you need to change that, and whoever you have on the phone to make appointment needs to learn how to be a little bit more help fulShe wasn’t mean or rude, just not helpful in the least bitAnyway just gonna keep going to the benefit brow bar, where walk in’s are welcome.

They are overpriced IMO. With them being the only wax center here people continue to go. I was tired of paying so much for a painful job I started waxing myself. When i move near a Brazils Ill start back getting my waxed done again. Its sad because the employees are so sweet but they are entirely too expensive for me.

Ive had my eyebrows done here twice now, and I dont think that Ill go anywhere else from now on. The staff is amazingly friendly, the theme and decor are absolutely fantastic, and I LOVE how my brows look!

I missed my last appointment so I made a new appointment when I got done girl at the front seat told me $30 I was like what I am regular and it’s usually $15 she said $15 is late fee to miss your last appointment. I am regular using them for 7-8 months I paid her $30 and didn’t make my next appointment because I will not go back

The service was pretty awful. The girl who did my nails was a snotty b*tch. She kept making snarky remarks about how my nails werent long enough and oh, do you bite your nails AND she was saying crap about my skin. I was just there to get my nails done but instead received crappy service from a stuck up air head.
