I’m giving four stars because the kiosk is supposed to open at 11:00 am and the lady was a few minutes late + adding the time it takes her to open the shop and start all the systems, resulted in additional ten minutes. Besides that, my eyebrows were done nicely, she was patient and ensured I liked each brow before moving into the next step. Definitely coming back but not in a rush to go somewhere else afterwards.

Only go to her and she does them how I want every time. She asks throughout the process if I want anything done differently

Perfect eyebrows everytime!!

This place is terrible. They used to do so good on my brows but the past few times Ive been they have really messed them up! One always looks completely different than the other. Really sad after Ive spent months growing them out I decided to give them another chance but Im always so disappointed. I definitely do not recommend this place if you want nice brows. Plus their customer service is not good.

So I did this eyebrow thing with Sammy. Being this my first time she made it so easy. It didnt hurt at all. She wont talk to other ppl while doing her work. heck they dont even talk to each other like other place where they be working on you and talking. I recommend yall to go there and ask for Sammy. she will make your Brow slay

So I Did my eyebrow with Sammy. The service was pretty awful. Dont ever ever go here if you want to keep your eyebrows. I havent stopped at crying since I left. After specifically asking her not to make them too thin,she threaded them so thin that there is a gap in my eyebrows. Ihv never had more disappointing experience and I know their is not growing back anytime soon. But hey if you need your eyebrows removed they will do A great job.

Love this place no appointment needed just walk up and your good! Sammy Ill say is the best threader I know ! Totally recommend!

I went and got my eyebrows done there and the employee was nice and made my eyebrows look amazing. UPDATE: i used to love coming here but the girl that usually did my eyebrows is gone ig and now its another girl who i feel like doesnt know what she is doing. Every time this other girl does my eyebrows she messes them up. This time she made one shorter than the other one, so one eyebrow has a bald spot where there should be hair. Last time she made my eyebrows thin, one thinner than the other. Im so upset that I actually wasted my money. If you go DONT GO ON WEDNESDAY.

Ive been going here for the past 4 years I used to love the job they did but not anymore the past few months Ive gone they have messed them up so bad just yesterday I went HUGE MISTAKE they made them so thin you can barely see them freakin pathetic.
